The subject of this master thesis is co-operation between archives, libraries and museums. The purpose is twofold: 1 To map out activities within the area to get an overall picture. The mapping is done by studies of documents and consists of international outlooks and an overview of national and regional projects and reports; 2 To investigate how leaders of the respective institutions within the various regions of Sweden apprehend co-operation between the three sectors. The empirical study is accomplished by inquiries and is mainly qualitative. An intermediate purpose of this essay is to try using grounded theory to treat and analyse the gathered material.

Detta examensarbete är det avlutande momentet på civilingenjörsutbildningen Ergonomisk design och produktion vid Luleå tekniska universitet. Målet med projektet är att designa en helt ny skotermodell exteriört. Tyngdpunkten i projektet är utseendet men även andra aspekter behandlas, så som ergonomi, materialval och tekniska lösningar. En Internetbaserad enkätundersökning, marknadsundersökning samt systematisk problembehandling ligger till grund för designen av fyra grundkoncept. Dessa undersöks genom strukturerat konceptval samt samråd med uppdragsgivaren.

Inledning: De flesta människor har någon gång hamnat i situationer då de skulle vilja ta sitt liv, självmord är dock vanligast hos ungdomar. Riskfaktorer var faktorer som kunde bidra till att ungdomar försökte begå självmord, till exempel hopplöshet, ensamhet, avsaknad av livslust. Syftet med studien var att belysa riskfaktorer vid självmordsförsök för ungdomar och deras behov av stöd. Metoden Litteraturstudierna baserades på 11 vetenskapliga artiklar utförda med kvalitativ och kvantitativ metod. Artikelsökning gjordes i databaserna PubMed, Cinahl och Psyk info.

Compressed air is a low efficiency media, and is thus very expensive to produce. This thesis work began by mind mapping how to create savings on the compressed air system at Billerud Skärblacka AB. Certain issues have been chosen for further studies.In order to identify the consumption of compressed air at PM 8 and 9, several measurements were made. At PM 8 there were not found any pressure drop, only large pressure variations for short periods of time. The causes of these pressure variations were not established.

Uppsala University Library owns eight volumes of manuscripts attributed to the academy equerry Johan Leven Ekelund (c.1701?1775). In this thesis, I apply methods from the field of material culture studies in order to establish which of the volumes that formed the donation from Leven to the library mentioned in his will. By mapping certain markers such as places, names and dates I am able to identify to some extent where Leven gained his practical skills and which writers influenced him. By analysing the texts, I draw the conclusion that the manuscripts can be divided into groups aimed for different audiences.

In this report a system for Rapid Control Prototyping, RCP, is evaluated through animplementation of the motor control methods Field Oriented Control, FOC, and Space VectorPulse Width Modulation, SVPWM. The evaluation emphasizes on time-consumption andresource utilization on the used hardware and on usability for of software.A new mechatronic laboratory is under development at ABB Corporate Research in Västerås. Itwill be used for both mechanical and motion control design using existing and new hardware.The control structure in a traditional robot system will be interfaced to a rapid prototypingsystem which should allow easy changes to algorithms at different levels in the system.The system designated for this project comes from National Instruments and constitutesLabVIEW Real-time and FPGA module as the software tools. The hardware is a NI Single-Board RIO (Reconfigurable Input Output), sbRIO, development board including a Field-Programmable Gate Array, FPGA, from Xilinx and a microprocessor from FreescaleSemiconductor. Graphical programming is performed in the LabVIEW environment, andthrough Xilinx tools the LabVIEW FPGA code is compiled to VHDL code.A pre-study was carried out to clarify the concept of RCP and investigate different systems forRCP and their traits.

Inledning ? efter tre års studier vid Grythytte Akademi fick författaren erbjudande om att vara med och starta en cateringverksamhet som en del i ett eventföretag i Karlskrona. För att kunna genomföra detta arbete på bästa möjliga sätt ville författaren undersöka möjligheterna till att skapa ett cateringföretag som kunde skilja sig ifrån övriga på marknaden. Detta gjordes genom att studera sinnesupplevelser och sinnesmarknadsföring för att sedan kunna applicera och använda metoderna i verksamheten.Syfte ? syftet är att belysa användningen av sinnemarknadsföring i ett cateringföretag och hur sinnesupplevelser kan användas som redskap för att erbjuda kunden något unikt.Metod/ material ? uppsatsen bygger på halvstrukturerad intervjuinformation och analyser av den information som gavs av informanterna.

The aim of this thesis is to investigate if an automation of the manual packaging process at Legosan AB is profitable. Legosan AB, located in Kumla, performs subcontract work of dietary supplements and medical products to companies within Europe. The chapterportal robot is used in the other. As there are several options in the choice of packaging robot the suggestions of improvement are divided into two different designs. Other machines and equipment necessary for the different suggestions of improvement are showed and their measurements are presented.

Syftet med studien är att få en förståelse för hur utrustningseffektiviteten kan mätas i ett producerande företag. Vår studie utförs på ett företag i Alvesta som heter Gnutti Powertrain AB som bland annat tillverkar precisionskomponenter till motorer.Genom att vi skapar en analysmodell utifrån studerade teorier beskrivs ett systematiskt tillvägagångssätt som slutligen ska leda till att syftet uppnås. Utifrån analysmodellen studeras och beskrivs först Gnutti Powertrain AB´s nuvarande tillvägagångssätt för att sedan jämföras och analyseras gentemot de studerade teorierna. Med hjälp av analysmodellen struktureras också vår studie på företaget och vårt utförande och resultat utifrån detta kommer sedan att presenteras.Analysmodellen nämner att en processkartläggning först ska göras. I processkartläggningen väljs först en specifik process ut, vilken i vårt fall blev produktionsprocessen för en rulle av stål.

De flesta politiska riktlinjer har idag en hållbar samhällsutveckling som övergripande och gemensam nationell ambition. Det innebär att uppsatta mål för ekologisk, ekonomisk och social hållbarhet ska nås i samverkan mellan aktörer från olika sektorer och på olika beslutsnivåer. Att förstå vad det innebär på lokal och regional nivå, och hur man kan nå de målen, är inte så enkelt. Syftet med denna studie är att skapa ett underlag som kan användas i arbetet med hållbar landsbygdsutveckling, inom den informella regionen Bergslagen i Sverige. Hinder och möjligheter för hållbar landsbygdsutveckling har analyserats genom att arrangera fokusgruppdiskussioner med olika intressegrupper i samhället.

Gruppen Kvantitativ Logistik (KL) vid Linköpings Universitet har under en längre tid efterfrågat en simuleringsbaserad utbildningsmiljö där produktionsplanering kan upplevas i form av planering, omplanering och kapacitetsberäkningar. Denna utbildningsmiljö ska framförallt användas för att utbilda andra studenter inom produktionsplanering. Miljön ska bestå av ett användarinterface där all data om produktionen framgår, en simuleringsmodell som utgör själva fabriken samt en sammanhållande struktur som möjliggör styrning av de båda komponenterna. Dessutom skall ett antal scenarion skapas som skall ligga till grund för de lärandemoment som MPCW hanterar.Fyra fiktiva produktstruktur skapades, på så sätt att deras komplexitet och djup var tillfredsställande. Dessa strukturer ligger till grund för de MRP- och sedermera CRP-beräkningar som används för att styra de ursprungliga aktiviteterna.Resultatet av examensarbetet är ett verktyg som kan användas för att simulera produktionsplaneringsarbete. Verktyget består av två huvuddelar, den ena är ett GUI (Graphical User Interface) i Excel som kallas för MPCW (Material Planning and Control Workbench) och en simuleringsmodell.

2014 is a special year in Sweden: for the first time elections to the European parliament and the national elections coincides, creating a"Super election year". This year has also seen the rebirth of an old way of campaigning: door-to-door canvassing. For the first time in 50 years the two biggest political parties, the Social Democrats and the Moderate Party, have decided to create a campaign based on personal meetings with the voters in their own home. To investigate this old-new way of campaigning, this study presents an overview of the history of door-to-door canvassing in Sweden and the research in political marketing associated with the phenomena. Based on that, a new model is constructed to help analyze and map the Swedish canvassing-campaigns.

This thesis is carried out at Portsystem 2000 AB who manufactures and markets industrial doors and docking systems. The background to this thesis is that the company?s management considers that their follow-up process of cost accounts is not fully functioning.The aim with this report is to investigate and describe the present procedure of the follow-up process concerning the time of operations and come up with suggestions for improvements. This thesis is performed within the range of the following areas: Information systems, quality, processes and cost calculation. The main method we used were semi structured interviews with a fairly opened framework.

An Interoperable Fare Management system for public transport has been a struggle for the actors in industry of public transport. A lot of effort has been put into creating a smart card solution that enables the travellers to use the same card for paying and holding the ticket regardless geographical position in Sweden. That project has failed, mostly due to a lack of taking non-technical actors and aspects into consideration during the project process. This thesis highlights the major actors and their responsibilities. The ARKTRANS framework is used as analytical tool to identify different roles. Throughout the thesis a sociotechnical perspective is used. The developed method in this thesis is suitable for mapping of actors and responsibilities in a network surrounding a complex technical system.

This project investigates the cooperation between architect and engineer. The context of the investigation is the design of buildings for a sustainable society. The goal of the project is to further the development of the sustainable built society by increasing the knowledge of the interdisciplinary cooperation between these two fields. The focus is a close cooperation already from the start of a project. By involving both fields in the early design stages it is thought that the knowledge and skills of each field is better utilized.
