Flerspråkiga barn i förskolan : Ur ett lärarperspektiv
My purpose with this paper related to my questions was to find out how professionals preeschool teachers working on multilingualism. I also wanted to get answers on how pedagogues in the preeschool may promote multilingual children´s language development, the factors that promote multilingual children´s language development and the role parents have in the language development of multilingual children. I chose to do my study in the form of interviews with professional preeschool teachers and interviewees described including the need for more knowledge of pedagogues around multilingualism. My result based on theoretichal background and the study is that pedagogues should let the children´s all languages esemble together. A factor influencing the multilingual children´s language development is ambient attitudes to multilingualism.
Tid för Time? : En studie i hur musikalisk timing lärs ut
Syftet med studien är att få en fördjupad kunskap om innebörden av Time som begrepp samt att ge en bild av hur erfarna lärare hanterar ämnet i sin undervisning. Denna studie har sin teoretiska utgångspunkt i det sociokulturella perspektivet och hur medierande redskap används i undervisningen.Den kvalitativa forskningsintervjun användes som metod för att få svar på mina frågor. De fem informanterna arbetar i antingen Värmlands eller Örebro Län. De är alla verksamma pedagoger på nivåerna från gymnasium upp till musikhögskola och de undervisar i olika musikämnen. Resultatet visar att ämnet handlar om hur man, som musiker, placerar sina toner i förhållande till en given puls samt att alla informanter understryker att Time är viktigt och bör undervisas i.
Vem bestämmer musiken? : En undersökning av en symfoniorkesters säsongsprogramsarbete
ABSTRACTThere is a limited possibility for many of the concert-goers to go behind the stage and follow the work process with putting together a program for the concert season in a concert institution. The purpose of this study is to describe a concert institution's work with developing a concert program for each season. This is done through a presentation of the factors affecting the work. This is a descriptive essay and a case study of the Malmö Symphony Orchestra. Interviews have been made with people directly involved in the work or affected by the outcome of the work process.
Idrottsvanor bland ungdomar : En kartläggning över föreningsidrott och spontanidrott
This master thesis examines sport habits among young people and a view of their future in sports. Research has shown that the majority of youth leave sport clubs during adolescence. The thesis questions were: How physically active are young people? Which sports do they practice? Regarding their future in sports, what kind of aspirations do the young people have? Are there any barriers that could complicate their involvement in these activities? These questions were examined by analyzing if there were any differences between boys and girls, youth in different grades and youth with Swedish or foreign backgrounds. Pierre Bourdieu´s theoretical framework about sports and economic capital has been used as a research framework.
Styrande eller stödjande? Nationella provets inflytande på kursbetyget på SFI Directing or supporting? The influence of the national test on SFI course grades (Swedish for immigrants)
Syftet med det här arbetet är att undersöka det nationella provets betydelse för kursbetygen på SFI. Det nationella provet utgör ett av de verktyg för bedömning som pedagogerna har att tillgå och dess syfte är att fungera stödjande vid betygsättningen. Tidigare rapporter som genomförts av Skolverket har visat att de nationella proven på SFI har en status som ligger nära examensprov och att de ofta fungerar styrande vid betygsättningen.
Den här studien bygger på resultaten från två undersökningar. Dels undersöks och analyseras hur pedagoger på en SFI-skola ser på det nationella provets betydelse för kursbetygen, och dels undersöks vilken korrelation som finns mellan nationella prov-betyg och kursbetyg under en termin på samma skola, samt om någon skillnad i provets betydelse förekommer vid betygsättningen av elever med olika studieformer.
Resultaten från den första undersökningen visar att pedagogerna uppfattar en skillnad i provets betydelse för elever i olika studieformer. Dock visar sig inte denna uppfattning bekräftas av den andra undersökningen som speglar betygsresultaten.
Psykodynamisk musikterapi i grupp : en litteraturstudie som utifrån hermeneutiskt perspektiv utforskar centrala psykodynamiska och analytiska teorier hos främst finländska teoretiker

Baserat pa? den metod Heidi Ahonen-Eerika?inen (2007) utvecklat, Group Analytic Music Therapy (GAMT), analyseras hur musik kan fungera som en bro mellan medvetna och omedvetna processer i en terapigrupp.
Hur står det till idag? : eller kan man ta tempen på kultur?
This study is focused on some individuals' experience of the concept of culture in their everyday life. Some questions about culture were asked to some persons living in a small village in the isle of Gotland and some persons in the capital of Sweden, Stockholm, in the autumn in 2007 in a field study.The study showed that peopele tend to shape their own life world in the continuous activity in their near surroundings, in the garden and in reading literature and listening to music. There were some differences in the life world depending on where they lived, in the country side or in town. Urban life has more offers as to popera and theatres but negatively more violence and stress.A study of literature on the ethnological concept of culture is included. The answers of the individuals also led to different topics such as nostalgia, mind, fear, feelings, body and soul which were enlightened by scientist from the respective fields..
Kulturella Dimensioner : och deras relevans vid tolkning av TV-reklam
ABSTRACTTitle: Cultural dimensions? and their relevance in the interpretation of TV commercialsThe purpose of this study has been to explain the cultural dimensions masculinity versus femininityand individualism versus collectivism and see what their impacts on interpreting commercials are.We also wanted to see if there are any other important aspects to consider when looking at theinterpretation of TV-commercials. To fulfill this purpose we also used this research question:?How are the cultural dimensions relevant when it comes to interpreting TV-commercials?We used a qualitative approach when conducting this study. We found that the dimensionindividualism versus collectivism seemed the most applicable, while the respondents? answers fittedthe best to the highlighted theories.
ADHD-läraren : En studie i metoder och förhållningsätt vid musikundervisning för barn och ungdomar med ADHD
Studien påbörjades hösten 2012 och är ett försök att hitta olika pedagogiska verktyg och förhållningssätt genom strukturerade intervjuer med 3 pedagoger som arbetar eller har arbetat med barn och ungdom med diagnosen ADHD. Studien belyser hur dessa olika pedagoger uppfattar sin undervisning, sin roll som lärare och vad deras generella erfarenheter av att arbeta med ADHD-elever är. Genom intervjuer skapas en bild av lärarna som arbetar med ADHD-elever och deras pedagogiska attribut, och med klusteranalys bestäms deras musiklärartyp. I resultatet framkommer bl.a. vikten av att möta ADHD-eleven här och nu, att varje elev är unik och att vid arbete med ADHD-eleven är tålamod, intuition, kreativitet och samt att vara en flexibel lärare viktiga egenskaper.

This study attempts to explore how schools? handles and prevents cyber-bullying among pupils. The purpose in this study was to investigate how the school staffs work in secondary schools with grades sixth to ninth. How do the schools discover, prevent and stop cyber-bullying? Do the schools? have any experiences of cyber-bullying? How do the schools work with anti-bullying concepts ? have the new phenomenon cyber-bullying affected and changed the schools´ anti-bullying work in connection with the guidelines and in relation to the "new technology"? This study attempts to examine how this is handled within several secondary schools with three different municipalities.
Kulturproduktion och makt : En intersektionell analys av candombespelande kvinnor i Uruguay
This is a study of the way power relationships change when women start to play candombe in Montevideo, Uruguay. Candombe is a type of music, which is traditionally played by men within the black minority in the country. This study has been done with an intersectional point of view, taking the social categories gender, class and ethnicity in account. The method used was participatory observation in a field study made in Montevideo between November 2008 and February 2009.This study?s main conclusions are that the power relationships change with the participation of women in candombe in several important ways: The women legitimize an alternative way to be a woman when they take the men?s role as a drum player.

The background to the study was that the school agency published a report stating that students, after completing school, did not meet the criteria to receive the grade ?Pass? in mathematics. The study presents the reasoning of work teams from five different preschool departments?, about ways to work with the subject with children in the ages four to five. The study may help future teachers to develop new attitudes regarding mathematics in the preschool, by letting them take part of others pedagogues? thoughts and experiences.
Ungdomsinflytande i Örnsköldsviks kommun : En tematisk analys om ungas möjlighet till ökat inflytande i Örnsköldsvik
This study is based on three focus group interviews with minors living in Örnsköldsviks municipality. The aim is to investigate what minor individuals want to gain more influence in that concerns their citizenship rights. It also aims to investigate what obstacles there is in their surroundings that prevent them from influencing it. I have conducted semi-structured interviews with the focus groups. The theoretical framework consist of T.H Marshalls theories about citizenship, with the division of civil, political and social rights.
Pojkarna mot strömmen : en studie kring några läsintresserade pojkars läs- och biblioteksvanor
A study around some fourteen and fifteen year old boys, who are interested in reading. It is about their reading and library habits, what has created their interest and where they acquire access to literature. A certain amount deals with the habits of the boys? school-friends in this subject. The result compares with earlier made reports.
Multimedia eller inte multimedia, det är frågan.
Is it possible, and suitable, to use multimedia in classic literature studies at Swedish upper secondary school? What alternatives are there? Is there any foundation in the curriculum for an expanded conception of text as in multimedia? Will the conception literacy support use of multimedia in classic literature studies, and in what ways? How do we generally look upon the definition text, is it only printed letters, or something more? To get an answer to the questions we decided to examine a number of theories, Gardner?s theory about the different intelligences, the conception literacy and the expanded text concept. In these three theories we took our starting-point for the following work. The main subjects became two interactive sights on Internet and one CD-ROM, all containing classic literature. Our previous knowledge in this subject field was very meager. This work has given us an opportunity to discover some of the multimedia that is available, and the result we have come to is that multimedia absolutely belongs in studies of classic literature as well as in other subjects.
