Sambandet mellan personlighet och arbetssökande beteende har mestadels undersökts bland studenter tidigare. Denna studie undersökte om känslomässig instabilitet påverkade sättet att söka arbete hos 123 arbetssökande icke-studenter mellan 20-65 år. Enkäten som användes bestod av Personality Questionnaire (Bäccman & Carlstedt, 2010), som mäter personligheten utifrån femfaktorsmodellen, samt Job Search Behavior (Blau, 1994), som mäter förberedande och aktiva arbetssökande beteenden. Det fanns ett samband mellan känslomässig instabilitet och båda arbetssökande beteenden. Känslomässig instabilitet kunde dock inte ensam predicera vilket arbetssökande beteende individer väljer, men tillsammans med ålder kunde känslomässig instabilitet predicera förberedande arbetssökande, och ålder kunde även ensamt predicera förberedande arbetssökande.

There is a wide arrange of sources where this could be found. One of the most important, due to the great influence it has on consumer choice, is in-store communications. This is also one of the least developed sources. It is not uncommon that the only facts that can be acquired are found on product packaging and from contact with the store´s staff.

The aim of this project was to adjust the laboratory to the new legislation, through inventory of stored chemicals, update the list of chemicals and perform self-classifications of mixtures. The work included handling of about 650 different chemicals with varying hazard classifications and search for information in corporate websites and chemical databases. This resulted in a new and complete list of chemicals stored and used in the laboratory and, in addition, an example of how to make a self classification of a mixture.

Stratego is a boardgame not very different from chess, that contains hidden information. Because of this, existing programs play at beginner level. The purpose of this thesis is to adjust a minimax algorithm so that it passes the demands of Stratego, and then build a Stratego agent around it. Tests with existing minimax algorithms leads to the development p-e-minimax. This algorithm uses two different values in its nodes to simulate the different information available to the agent and its opponent.

The aim of this master thesis is to study the students usage and experiences of the reference services at the university library at Linköping University. The four questions that I seek answers to are: - What kind of help do the students most often ask for at the reference desk? - To what extent do the students use the reference services for their studies? - What are the students experiences of the help they receive at the reference desk? - What are the students experiences of the treatment they receive from the librarians at the reference desk? I have studied literature that describes reference work and evaluation of reference work. I have also studied Christian Grönroos theory of service quality. I have distributed questionnaires to students at Linköping University.

The aim of this study was to describe nurses? knowledge of pain. The method used was a systematic literature study. Information was gathered from the databases Blackwell Synergy, Academic Search Elite and Medline, and the keywords used in the search were: pain, knowledge, nurses and nurses.The result was divided into three subgroups; Insignificant documentation and evaluation. Being able to search the internet for persons,restaurants, public transportation and a lot more is very useful to most.

Fyrtio deltagare fick som uppgift att genom ett visuellt avsökningsexperiment, så kallat visual search, avgöra om alla bilder i 3 x 3 matriser kom från samma kategori av djur eller om det fanns med någon bild från en avvikande kategori. Studiens syfte var att studera huruvida deltagarnas reaktionstider inför målbilder av ormar skilde sig från målbilder av stora rovdjur: björnar och vargar. Dessutom undersöktes om bilder i gråskala resulterade i snabbare, långsammare eller lika snabba responser som bilder i färg. Kortare reaktionstider observerades för målbilder av ormar än för björnar och vargar. Ormar skattades dessutom som mer obehagliga.

Bakgrund: Många studier gällande compliance har genomförts och flertalet har visat att nivån av compliance är låg. De huvudsakliga områdena där compliance brister är handhygien, rengöring av linsetui, överbärande av kontaktlinser, brist på fullgod uppföljning och felaktigt användande av linsvätskor. Några av dessa områden har tagits upp i denna studie.Syfte: Syftet med examensarbetet var att undersöka hur kontaktlinsbärandet ser ut hos ett litet antal Internetanvändande personer i Sverige. Personernas vanor och compliance studerades i relation till tidigare studier inom detta område.Metod: En webbenkät med, för syftet, relevanta frågor skapades i webbprogrammet Google Docs. Enkäten bifogades i en länk och presenterades som ett evenemang på Facebook.
