Social media, such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, have become popular platforms for social communication, and, increasingly, also important channels for business marketing. For a business intending to use social media for marketing, however, developing a strategy and building a trademark can be a challenge. This report describes how a small, newly established business enterprise can develop a digital strategy with clear goals and practical guidelines. The report describes a digital strategy for Gelato Scarfó and shows how this strategy is made concrete through a set of guidelines. The aim of this research is to do a comparison between students? view of equality in secondary school and in gymnasium. The research begins with four focus groups, two on each grade to conduct material. The focus groups with girls and boys were separated from each other. With help from the researcher, acting as a moderator in the focus groups, the students have discussed advertisement and what message it convey.
Unga chefer ? Kommer övertid med jobbet?
På senare år har man i dags- och fackpress kunnat läsa om att den yngre generationen som äntrar arbetsmarknaden är ovilliga att ta chefsjobb. Man har kunnat läsa om att de som faktiskt gör det har sämre hälsa, är mer stressade och saknar befogenheter i högre grad än äldre chefer. Unga chefers ledarskap skiljer sig från traditionellt ledarskap och unga ställer andra krav på sin arbetssituation och på chefsrollen. Unga människor födda mellan slutet av 70- och 90-talet har helt andra värderingar än äldre som värdesatte hårt arbete, sparande och trygghet i livet.Generation Y, som den unga generationen har kommit att kallas, uppskattar fritid och frihet allt högre. De har kallats lata, bortskämda och krävande men också välutbildade, ambitiösa och socialt ansvarstagande.

Health and fitness are two controversial and not easily defined topics that affect people in our modern society every day. We believe that we can find a link between individualism, globalization and the stress concerning weight and appearance ideals. Our bodies have turned into a popular subject for the media, and there is no indication that the interest will decline. As the world gets more artificial, "natural" ideals are getting more attention, such as the concept of a strong and healthy body. But there is also a downside, for example with health issues such as cardiovascular disease increasing following the birth of high-fat diets.

This thesis highlights the complex relationship between social movements and the mass media. The new social movements really have to struggle to get access to the media sphere, often enforced to use spectacular media strategies, and at the same time maintain their political messages. This struggle gives us reason to question the liberal notion of the media as a neutral arena for political communication and debate. In fact we argue that the media industry should be seen as a powerful actor and that the mass media serves to maintain and enforce an ideology that serves the political and economic elites in the liberal capitalist democracy. The Social movements that seek to question these elites and present an alternative, as they did during the EU-meeting in Gothenburg 2001, quite clearly gets far from neutral media image of the political actions taking place instead the are portrayed as violent or associated with violence and not presented as legitimate or believable political subjects..

We are heading for a line, and its a fine one. This project is a dialogue between you and I; about the dialogue itself. The initial interest was to use literary text to address the visitor in the exhibition space. The purpose was to make man aware of its relation to others and narrative objects. I planned for the dialectical event in every descision.
Konceptuell design och utveckling av hybridfordon
This report covers the conceptual design of a new one person hybrid vehicle that is to be fast and convenient to drive on the roads. The vehicle is most of all supposed to be used as a commute vehicle but can also be used at other occasions as well.During the work with this project the group has focused on three larger areas, the outer design (body), wheel chassis and an ergonomically designed interior. The group was not able to just create these parts in 3D to get a trustworthy vehicle, hence number of other components and details were also created to get a better entirety.The outer design starts with idea generation and sketches and ends with a 3D model which is rendered to show how the final product is going to look. The design of the body has been going on during the entire work process due to new ideas and improvements that seemed interesting and had to be changed.The wheel chassis also started with idea generation, research and sketches. It ended up with a simulated 3D model which later on was mounted on the vehicle body to show how the vehicle is going to perform during usage.
Hur man vinner ett val i Sverige
Studies have found that the applicability of commercial marketing strategies within politics have increased in recent years as a result of a rising number of swing voters. The purpose of this paper was to investigate the effects of the commercial theory of incongruent information in political marketing in Sweden. Subsequently, an experiment with 742 participants was conducted, testing the effects of congruent and incongruent ad messages for two established Swedish parties. The effect of ad message choice on several well-established measures of ad effectiveness such as awareness, credibility, attitude, conviction and voting intentions was analyzed. The results showed that incongruent information effectively increases attitude, conviction and voting intention for voters who decide on the election day what party to vote for.

This thesis discusses the representation of bodies in todays non-fiction television in Sweden. I have chosen to focus on deviant bodies (sexual, deformed or unhealthy) on display in reality-shows and documentaries on SVT, TV4 but especially on the commercial channels TV3 and Kanal5. Also discussed are the viewers emotional and bodily reactions. Altough these shows are different from one another in many respects, I argue that there is also a common thread between them. From a sociological and cultural perspective, and with help of some historical examples, I try to illustrate how we view these shows and what their function is.

This has been narrowed down into two questions: ?What are the pros and cons for a company that have a sale support system? and what are the pros and cons for a company that does not yet have a system?? Configurator that is a sale support system has been studied. It is a system that presents products by accepting different functions, qualities or parts that are possible to match. It can be used in business-to-business or business-to-consumer situations, through different sale channels, namely direct sale, indirect sale and online sale.
En studie av två multinationella företags uppförandekoder med avseende på internationella normer och standarder
En svårighet för småföretag är hur de anskaffar kapital för att investera. Många småföretag använder leasing som finansieringsalternativ, trots att leasing inte är den billigaste finansieringsformen.Syftet med studien är att undersöka och analysera varför småföretag använder leasing som finansieringsmöjlighet samt hur leasing som finansieringsform har påverkat småföretag när det gäller ekonomisk utveckling. Studien begränsas endast till att se problemet ur leasetagarens perspektiv.I studien har en kvalitativ forskningsmetod använts för att kunna få fram en djupare kunskap om det undersökta ämnet. Urvalet av småföretag har skett genom kontakt i Lidköping och Skövde. I studien har datainsamlingen skett genom semi-strukturerade intervjuer.

The foundation for this thesis lies in whether or not, and how, the body representation in printed commercials, specific products directed to the body (shampoo, body lotion etc.), has changed during the last fifty years. Four years have been chosen because of the changes in society that we believe might have had an impact. The commercials that have been picked out are the ones that best represent the general view of the body. We have found that the changes when it comes to body presentation has followed the social development to a certain degree, but it is difficult to say how much the society has had an affect on the body ideal in advertising. Representations of the male body is something that has escalated since the early 70?s, fifteen years earlier few commercials was made with male models, and the few there were, never showed more than the face.
Bestämning av optimal fordonspark -Distribution av bitumen vid Nynäs AB
Nynas produces bitumen at two refineries in Sweden. The bitumen is shipped to seven depots along the swedish coast line, and from the depots special trucks handle the transportation to customers. Recently Nynas has transformed its supply chain and closed down a few depots. At the moment the company is considering a further reduction of the number of depots. In connection to these discussions an analyse of the companys distributionsystem and of possible changes is required.

This thesis is a study of Facebook users? beliefs attitudes and behaviour towards personalised adverts on the site, using Wang & Suns theory about the relationship between beliefs and attitude toward online advertising (ATOA) and the connection between attitude and behaviour. The result, based on qualitative research and interviews, will introduce a deeper understanding and interpretation of users? beliefs, attitudes and behaviour toward personalised adverts. The result showed that people perceive the site?s personal adverts as intrusive and interfering with their personal space and the purpose of the site.
