Denna litteraturstudie avser reda ut den eventuella kopplingen mellan bonus och dagens finanskris samt undersöka om ett bonusstopp för bankanställda kan minska risken för en framtida finansiell kris. Uppsatsen inleds med en förklaring av bankväsendets särart och vikten av ett statligt skyddsnät. Senare avhandlas relevant bonusteori och moral hazard, därefter en redogörelse för bonusens betydelse i finanskrisen. Vidare utreds bonusprogrammens inverkan i svenska bankers expansion i Baltikum. Vi har kommit fram till att belöningsstrukturen inom finansbranschen har varit felaktigt utformad då dessa belönat kortsiktiga vinster på riskfyllda affärer.

SammandragSyftet med uppsatsen är att studera vilken syn fyra lärare, verksamma inom olika skolområden, i och utanför Sverige har kring kulturarv och kulturell identitet i ett internationaliserat samhälle. Mina frågeställningar riktar sig till gymnasielärare som är inbegripna i distansutbildning i utlandet på ett eller annat sätt och behandlar frågorna: vad innefattar det kulturarvsbegrepp som står omnämnt i Lpf 94? Påverkas det skönlitterära kulturarv som förmedlas till utlandsstuderande distanselever av den utländska kontext eleverna befinner sig i samt hur stärker fyra lärare i och utanför Sverige elevers kulturella identitet i svenska skolan?Utifrån en enkätundersökning med de fyra lärarna visar det sig att kulturarvet är ett mångtydigt begrepp som kan innefatta allt från estetiska konstarter till en mer antropologisk syn där kultur är allt vi gör och tänker. Det skönlitterära kulturarv som de fyra lärarna presenterar är nationellt/traditionellt och nationellt/samtidsbundet. Lärarna har olika uppfattningar om huruvida hänsyn skall tas till den utländska kontext som svenska elever som studerar på distans i utlandet befinner sig i, men i praktiken är den internationaliserade skolmiljön främst märkbar i svenska skolan i utlandet.

Syftet med studien är att redogöra för investerares och kreditgivares tillämpning av informationskällor i deras praktiska arbete och på så vis öka förståelsen för användningen. Vidare är syftet att undersöka vad urvalet beror på. Syftet har uppnåtts genom en kvalitativ forskningsstrategi där en kvalitativ fallstudie utfördes med induktiv inriktning. Studien bygger på två intervjuer med vardera av de två intressentgrupperna, investerare och kreditgivare. Två större företag intervjuades där det ena köper upp företag för expansion och det andra går in som aktiva ägare för att sedan sälja investeringsobjektet.

Jämtkraft AB which is a power production company in Sweden has bought two newhydro power units to their station in Hissmofors. The two new generators are using aconcept with sliding stator feet to handle the thermal expansion.The concept with sliding stator feet on hydro electric generators has not beenworking satisfactory on many hydro power stations in Sweden and has caused a lot ofcosts due to long downtimes.The new station in Hissmofors is very important for Jämtkraft AB, and therefore theywant to know how to make sure that the sliding stator feet are working as theyshould. According to theories and a simplified model of the generator the stator feetdisplacement should be around 1 -1,6 mm.The generators are delivered with a surveillance system that will measure thedisplacement of the sliding stator feet. Since the Internet was introduced, it has taken over faster than anyone was ever expected it to do. It has taken over how we, humans, today live our life and is expected to accomplish our errands, such as paying our bills, ordering clothes and looking up information about travelling.With that said it is important to remember and have in thought that not everyone has the knowledge and skills to use the Internet, this because of the extreme development that the Internet brings.As mentioned above there is one group of people that has been called the ?forgotten group? when it comes to the expansion of Internet, and those are the seniors. Most of the seniors today have difficulties using the Internet due to either lack of knowledge or due to the size of the text on the websites, as well as the different color combinations. Since the seniors today have special needs on how to easily use a website, they are forgotten since most websites aren?t developed for seniors.However, sometimes appearances are deceiving and that is what this study has shown us.By questionnaire and interview study, the result of this study has showed us that the majority of the informants do use Internet, but they have special needs when it comes to the design on a website, and that includes color combinations, sizes of the text as well as on how to navigate from one page to another..

This report is the written documentation of a project work carried out at the Division of Engineering Materials at Luleå University of Technology in cooperation with Seco Tools AB. The project deals with the analysis of residual stresses in Ti-Al-N thin film grown on WC/Co cutting inserts. The composition of Al varied from 0% up to 75%. Increasing the Al content in the Ti(1-x)Alx N compound improves the compressive residual stresses even after annealing of the material. The experiments have been performed in a high temperature x-ray diffractometer (HTXRD) where the interplanar atomic spacing was determined in-situ and subsequent converted into stresses.

This study deals with the distinct difference in media attention the earthquake-disaster in Haiti and the flood-disaster in Pakistan got in 2010. There may be many reasons to this divergence, but this study focuses on how news articles can create compassion.   This study, with its critical perspective, examines how two daily papers in Sweden portray the suffering of the victims of the catastrophes in Haiti and Pakistan, and create compassion for them. Furthermore it asks the question who benefits from the newspaper?s description of human suffering in the third world.   The result shows that the manner of which Swedish daily newspapers report from the catastrophe in Haiti creates an emotional involvement, which most likely leads to compassion. Furthermore it shows potential to lead the readers to identify with the suffering people in Haiti.   The Swedish daily newspapers report of the catastrophe in Pakistan on the other hand, does not involve the reader on an emotional level, but gives them the role of a spectator.

The aim of this thesis is to describe and analyse the development of libraries on Tjörn, an island on the Swedish west coast. I have divided the thesis in two parts, one in which I will describe the libraries development between the years 1873 to 1952 in the municipality of Stenkyrka and one in which I will describe the libraries development between the years 1976 and 1985 in the municipality of Tjörn. The study is mainly based on written materials and a theoretic model will also be used in which I apply three factors, society, the libraries economy and individual actors on the library activity. The libraries in Stenkyrka during the early period were dependent of public grant from the state for their survival and the libraries were undeveloped. The society around them was poor and hardly any money or assistants came from the municipality.

The health care is an important part of the welfare services in Sweden. Therefore it is of large interest that it is well performing. A part of this is related to how the health care is organized. This essay examines how the Swedish health care has been organized between 1960 and 1990 and what organizational changes that have been made to the health care. It shows that the Swedish health care has un-dergone many organizational changes the last decades.

Syftet med denna studie har varit att ta reda på hur det är att vara kvinna och äga och driva ett företag som har flera anställda. Jag valde att undersöka kvinnor som har flera anställda då jag tidigare inte funnit någon forskning på det området samt för att de flesta kvinnliga företagare är soloföretagare, vilket betyder att de inte har några anställda och företaget räknas som levebrödsföretag.För att få fram den kunskap som jag eftersträvade har jag använt mig av kvalitativ metod och djupintervjuer då jag samlade in mitt empiriska material.
