Riskhantering i byggbranschen är ett sätt att identifiera, belysa och hantera risker som kan uppstå i ett byggprojekt. Det är en del i arbetet mot en god projektekonomi. Ett sätt att styra risker, förebygga skador och ekonomiska förluster, men även ett sätt att ta tillvara på möjligheter. General- och totalentreprenader är två vanliga entreprenadformer i Sverige idag. Entreprenadformen påverkar parternas risk- och ansvarsfördelning i ett projekt, där entreprenören har ett större åtagande och en större riskexponering i en totalentreprenad jämfört med i en generalentreprenad.

Inom EU upprätthålls en inre marknad där fri rörlighet för varor, personer, tjänster och kapital säkerställs. Friheterna innebär att all diskriminering på grund av nationalitet i med-lemsstaternas nationella lagstiftning ska avskaffas, vilket följer av EU-rättens företräde framför nationell lagstiftning när regelverken kolliderar.Om en lagstiftning verkar begränsande för någon av dessa friheter måste reglerna rättfärdi-gas eller ändras. Rättfärdigande kan ske genom de fördragsstadgade undantagen eller ge-nom ett undantag som accepterats i EU-domstolens rule of reason-doktrin.De svenska reglerna för uttagsbeskattning har under de senaste åren utvecklats efter EU-rättens praxis. Senast i november i fjol meddelade EU-domstolen ett avgörande som änd-rade förutsättningarna för rättfärdigandet av begränsningar av etableringsfriheten. Den 1 januari i år uppdaterades anståndsreglerna för inbetalningen av uttagsskatten.

Med denna uppsats vill vi (författarna) samla ihop 5 år av tankar, teorier och erfarenheter kring systemutveckling och lärande. Uppsatsen presenterar 8 projekt som är genomförda i Blekinge mellan 1995-1999. Med utgångspunkt i projekten behandlas en utvecklingsprocess för IT-system som är baserad på kreativitet och lärande miljöer. Särskilt lyfter uupsatsen fram behovet av att förändra processen för att möta slutanvändare av program och tjänster..

Objective: The aim of this study was to study the prevalence of depression among patients with arrhythmia, and to investigate if there was any gender difference in the study population regarding depression. Furthermore, differences considering depressive symptoms between patients with arrhythmia and the general population were to be investigated. Method: The self-rating scale MADRS-S was distributed during two weeks to 24 patients with arrhythmia. Twenty-one patients completed the study. Results: 28.5 % of the participants showed symptoms of some level of depression.

In this study, cortisol in saliva and pain related behaviours in calves were used as markers of distress when comparing two different dehorning methods; scoop or cautery. We also investigated the effect of a non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), meloxikam, on postoperative distress after dehorning with either dehorning scoop or cautery iron. Twenty calves were dehorned on one randomly chosen side by scoop method and on the other side by cautery. Five months later, the effect on horn growth was investigated. Horn production was observed in seven of the calves.

The purpose of this study was to describe how adolescents aged 12-18 years with inflammatory bowel disease experience their illness and what coping strategies they use to manage their illness and improve their wellbeing. The method used was a descriptive literature study, and the result of the study included 15 scientific articles. Our results showed that IBD affected the adolescent?s everyday life and social life with friends, family and activities. The adolescents also reported that they experienced a feeling of vulnerability, altered body image and that they saw themselves as different from healthy subjects.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka om attityden till beröring bland Växjö studenter harnågot samband med deras självkänsla och kön. Tidigare forskning av Fromme et al (1989)visade att personer med dålig självkänsla tenderar att inte kommunicera genom beröring,vilket personer med god självkänsla gör. Enkätundersökningen genomfördes på 186 studentervid Växjö universitet där enkäten var baserad på frågeformulären Tennessee Self ConceptScale och The Touch Avoidance Questionarie. Resultatet visade ett starkt negativt sambandmellan beröringsundvikande och självkänsla. Det visade även att män tenderar att undvikaberöring med andra män mer än vad kvinnor undviker beröring med andra kvinnor.

The following text constitutes an attempt to present the French philosopher Gilbert Simondon's genetic ontology through an account of his reconfiguration of the problem of individuation in his doctoral thesis from 1958, L'individuation à la lumière des notions de forme, information, potentiel, métastabilité. The intention is to show how Simondon through this reconfiguration of a classical philosophical problem ? in which concepts and schemas from contemporary physics and technology is utilised in a critique of the bi-polar hylomorphic schema as its traditional, substantialistic solution ? becomes able to articulate an anti-substantialistic and anti-reductionistic ontogenesis as first philosophy. A systematic philosophical conception that according to Simondon precedes every critical investigation of the subject as well as every scientific ontology ? not by establishing a pre-critical position, but by exceeding Kant's critical position: that is, through a displacement toward a conception of the transcendental conditions for the genesis of being and thought as real conditions, rather than conditions of mere possibility.

The purpose with this study was to describe and analyse the daily activities of a criminal group in a southern suburb of Stockholm, Norra Botkyrka, and their attitude to drugs, the police, crimes in general, accomplices and their plans for the future. The study is a combination of different qualitative methods that is built on unobtrusive methods and interviews that was carried out during winter in 2006 and spring in 2007 and six interviews. My interest to carry out this study was grounded on my several years of experience as a prison and probation officer in the prison. I chose to ?live? with a group of criminals and participated in some of their social activities.The respondents that I chose to call ?anti-heroes? proudly tell me about their criminal lifestyle that characterizes of violence, drugs, crimes and conflict where this people show no regret.

Before that he was working as a reporter in the fifties and started writing novels about the oppression of man, power and totalitarian mentality in the end of the decade. AbstractThe purpose of this study is to clarify and analyze the servicescapes impact on brand image and customer loyalty among general dealers. The research question that we have used in the study is what characterizes the connection between the servicescape and the possibility to maintain and strengthen the customer relation among general dealers. The study is based on a qualitative approach and we have conducted eight interviews with experts and special advisers within the field. We have chosen to focus our study on the fact the market for general dealers have changed and the demands from the customers are severed throughout the years. The servicescape consists of the physical surroundings where the service is produced, examples of factors that influence the servicescape is the employees and the customers.
