The last two decades have changed the society from the Industrial Age to the Information Age. The technological development, especially in IT, has caused a ?Revolution in Military Affairs?. However; how big are the changes RMA will give, or will it even change the foundation of the Art of War and if so, in what way?RMA has three cornerstones DBA, DS and PE all closely integrated in an NCW-concept.

I denna uppsats ställer jag mig frågan vilken praktisk kunskap jag har, i min yrkesroll som professionell facilitator.  En professionell facilitator är en för gruppen neutral mötesledare vars huvudsakliga syfte är att planera, förbereda och genomföra arbetsmöten och workshops som bygger på dialog, engagemang och delaktighet. Inte sällan med inriktning på erfarenhetsutbyte och kunskapsutveckling.Men, vad är det jag gör när jag skapar delaktighet och engagemang i en grupp, när jag får deltagarna att se sakfrågan i ett större sammanhang och genom olika metodval ger dem förutsättningar till konstruktiva dialoger? När jag underlättar för deltagare att inte bara närvara fysiskt under ett möte utan säkerställer att alla i gruppen aktivt deltar och bidrar till ett konkret resultat.Uppsatsen har skrivits inom ramen för magisterprogrammet i yrkeskunnande och professionsutveckling vid Linnéuniversitetet i Växjö under våren 2013. Empirin utgörs av de reflekterande texter som jag har skrivit inom ramen för kurserna mellan åren 2011-2013, baserade på 18 års erfarenhet av att leda och facilitera arbetsmöten och workshops. Mina erfarenheter har jag kopplat ihop med de olika teorierna inom ämnesområdet yrkeskunnande och professionsutveckling.Resultatet av uppsatsen vittnar om att mina erfarenheter och min praktiska kunskap har jag fått genom att öva och utveckla en känsla för olika människors och gruppers beteenden.

ABSTRACT The potato has had an important role in the Swedish dietary customs for quite some time. However, during the last forty years, consumption has decreased from 87 kg/year and person to 46 kg/year and person. Other products such as pasta, rice and bulgur are competing with the potato. Many of the competitors have been developed and refined while the potato has not changed much. The potato is still a bulk product while competing products have been differentiated. Stakeholders within the potato market has realized that something has to be done and today there are a number of organizations and networks that all actively work to preserve the Swedish agriculture and specifically the potato as a product. The purpose with this essay is to examine how store managers in the Swedish grocery stores view the handling of the potato in the store, the quality and packaging, marketing and future consumption.

The aim of this study is to examine the significance of having a music department at the public library in Enköping, and how the organization of the phonograms is handled. The different areas examined are the reason of the reintroduction of a music department, its budget, its users, the work with selection, the marketing, statistical data concerning loans, the work with classification, indexing, and organization of the phonograms and the future of the music department. The empirical material consists of qualitative interviews with staff connected to the music department at the public library in Enköping. For the theoretical frame, Sanna Taljas discourse analysis of music libraries in Finland is used. Talja presents three discourses which all show different views on what kind of material a music library should contain.

SammanfattningEn utmaning för många kommuner i dagens digitala samhälle är att skapa effektiva och samhällsnyttiga e-tjänster för medborgare. Dessa e-tjänster skall förenkla kommunikationen mellan kommun och medborgare men också bidra till mer öppnare förvaltningar i kommunerna. För att göra detta behöver först en utveckling och förankring ske internt hos förvaltningarna i kommunen.För att åstadkomma denna utveckling av e-tjänster kan ett processorienterat arbetssätt användas. Processorientering innebär att man upprättar effektiva processer internt genom att optimera och utveckla sin egen verksamhet. Detta görs genom processmodellering där man identifierar alla de aktiviteter som finns i verksamheten och sätter in dem i ett samband för att i slutändan kunna få ut ett högre värde och bättre service för medborgaren.

Urban trees contribute significantly to our society. By providing ecosystem services and a habitat that other urban species and ecosystems depend on, both biodiversity and the people in the city benefit. Some characteristics that the trees possess include functioning as biological filters for the atmosphere and water, as well as positively impacting people's mental health. However, urban trees are challenged by stressors such as pollution and a drier environment, making them particularly sensitive to climate change. The goal of this study was to estimate the expected magnitude of climate change in Gothenburg and compare it with the current urban species' natural climate boundaries to understand the extent of the climate threat and which species appear to be most at risk.

The aim of this Master's thesis is to examine how blogs are used by public libraries for marketing purposes, and how librarians who blog perceive their blog as a marketing tool. The thesis is based on a qualitative study conducted using asynchronous e-mail interviews with librarians representing eleven different library blogs. The theoretical framework and concepts are taken from marketing theory, including Kotler's marketing mix, relationship marketing, and theories on the marketing of non-profit organisations, knowledge organizations, the Internet, and blogs. Our results and analysis reveal that libraries use blogs because they are an easy tool to use, they represent a new way to inform users about the library, they are a way to improve contact with the users and a way to reach potential users. According to the librarians we interviewed, blogs can be used to market libraries in a number of different ways: by disseminating information on the library and its various media and events, by providing a forum to demonstrate the skills of the librarians, and as a way of changing the image of the library.

Bakgrund och mål: I dagsläget har Scania inget vedertaget samlat tillvägagångssätt för att, i den dagliga verksamheten, arbeta med riskbedömning av arbetsmiljöfaktorer. Scania har köpt ett riskhanteringssystem för bedömning av fysiska arbetsmiljörisker och vill undersöka om metoden är tillämpbar inom företaget. Modellen heter SARA- Samlad Riskbedömningar Arbetsplatser. Syftet med examensarbetet var att utvärdera Scanias möjligheter att arbeta kontinuerligt och systematiskt med riskanalyser av arbetsmiljöfaktorer enligt den metod som SARA beskriver och definierar och utveckla en anpassad version av SARA, utformad för Scanias förutsättningar. Den Scania-anpassade versionen av SARA fick den preliminära titeln WERA - Work Enivronment Risk Assessment.

Traditional product features such as price, quality and supply service have been extended and nowadays includes environmental aspects as well. It raises new and increasing demands on haulier companies. The transport sector is responsible for a large part of the pollutants causing today?s environmental problems. The business is being closely monitored and to operate environmental friendly is seen as one of the most important elements for the industry?s future development.

Society?s interest for environmental issues was reinforced in the 1960:s when the book by Rachel Carson, ?Silent Spring?, came out. She described a picture of a world without birds singing and this got the environmental debate going. Today, this debate has reached the corporate world since stakeholders are putting pressure on companies to show greater environmental awareness. Many companies show uncertainty when they are faced with these new market demands.

Syftet med examensarbetet är att hjälpa Tibrokök med produktutveckling, Tibrokök har idag en enkel processplan vid produktutveckling som inte används fullt ut eller som det var tänkt, därför utformas en ny produkt-utvecklingsprocess specifik för Tibrokök. Under förstudien i examensarbetet upptäcks flera brister inom produktutveckling på Tibrokök exempelvis onödig väntan på beslut och oklara regler eller roller, målet är att reducera dessa brister så att produktutveckling på företaget kan bedrivas effektivare.Observationer, existerande hjälpmedel och personalens erfarenheter inom produktutveckling på Tibrokök tas tillvara vid framtagningen av den nya produktutvecklingsprocessen.För att underlätta införandet av det nya arbetssättet för produktutveckling ut-formas en produktutvecklingsguide som är ett hjälpmedel till produktutveck-lingsprocessen. Produktutvecklingsguiden ska även stärka kommunikationen och dokumentationen inom produktutveckling på Tibrokök. Dokumentationen stärks genom ett antal underlag som tas fram tillhörande produktutvecklings-processen.Produktutvecklingsprocessens funktionalitet testas och utvärderas genom simulering av två produktutvecklingsprojekt, simuleringarna säkerställer om produktutvecklingsprocessen är tillräckligt generell för att passa alla typer av produktutvecklingsprojekt.Resultatet blir en produktutvecklingsprocess speciellt anpassad för Tibrokök. Med hjälp av den framtagna produktutvecklingsguiden kan all personal oavsett förkunskap använda produktutvecklingsprocessen.För att implementera det nya arbetssättet med produktutveckling på Tibrokök utförs utbildande redovisningar och en workshop med personalen.

Svenskt Rockarkiv is an organization located in Hultsfred, Sweden. Its goal is to collect and document the history of Swedish rock music. The archive contains several types of documentation, such as audio recordings, photographs, posters, video recordings and books representing Swedish rock music history. In order to store information about the audio recordings in the archive, Svenskt Rockarkiv uses a SQL Server 2000 database and a client application written in Microsoft.NET C# and Windows Forms. The purpose of this degree project is to audit the database and windows client, since the organization has needs of new functionality.

This choice was made in order to reach a sufficient large amount of service users and empirical data to answer our problem.ConclusionsAccording to the theory, customer satisfaction can be expressed through a comparison between customer?s expectations and the experience of using a service, and there are also positive correlations between service quality and customer satisfaction. Additionally, loyalty is based on service quality and customer satisfaction.

Many studies have shown that unethical acting can affect the share price of the company negatively. However, this is not always the case. The aim of this thesis is therefore to examine what it is that can cause the share price to be affected negatively by unethical acting exposed in media. This qualitative study is primarily based on interviews with institutional investors, but also with economic journalists and investor relations managers. Our conclusion is that there are three main reasons why the share price can be affected by unethical acting, namely economic consequences, the management's behaviour and psychological factors.

Social media have become a bigger and bigger aspect of daily life for many ages and especially within the youth culture growing from digital interactions. At the same time libraries seems eager to use this medium to reach out to the youth to inform and to educate. But do we know enough about how these two groups? views each other to be effective at this work? And is it even something that is wanted? What?s the image of social media from their point of view?The goal of this study is to investigate the image of social media from the point of view of two groups, librarians and youth. The study is based on a qualitative approach with a random selection of candidates.
