De flesta organisationer är beroende av kommunikation mellan olika individer både inom och utanförorganisationen för att fungera. Effektiviteten speglas ofta av kvalitén hos denna kommunikation. Detfinns många parametrar som påverkar kommunikationssituationen (fackspråk: interoperabiliteten)inom en organisation, t.ex. företagskultur, arbetsrutiner, språk, IT-system ochkommunikationsmedium. För att kunna påverka situationen krävs att man identifierar de involveradeparametrarna och sambanden emellan dem.

The purpose of our study is to examine the case managers reasoning and descriptions of empowerment as a method in their social work from a comprehensively perspective including family members. To manage with this purpose we interviewed two case managers, two clients with mental disabilities and five family members. We have come to the conclusion that the case managers works more consist of advocacy than empowerment. Despite that we have found that the long term goal for the case mangers work is to give the clients tools for empowerment. Our results also show that the clients feel that they have gained and increased their ability to do things by themselves and to be a part of the community.

Vi har i detta arbete valt att studera hur målöverensstämmelsen påverkas av kostnadsfördelningen inom en organisation. På svenska universitet är kostnadsfördelning av overheadkostnader ett aktuellt ämne. Syftet med denna studie var att skapa en förståelse för hur målöverensstämmelsen påverkas av kostnadsfördelning inom universitet. Det har förekommit många diskussioner kring kostnadsfördelning, eftersom det är en icke önskvärd kostnad för avdelningar. Många gånger är denna kostnadsfördelning inte accepterad, för att förståelsen för kostnaden saknas och avdelningarna oftast inte kan vara med och påverka varken kostnaden eller sättet fördelningen sker på.

In 2002, the euro as a common currency did replace the national currencies in the EU member-states that did choose to take part in the EMU. It was then viewed as one of the greatest accomplishments ever to be made by the EU. However, during the latest years, the economic situation has deteriorated in several EMU member-states. This affected the whole euro-area and the current situation is referred upon as the euro-crisis. In 2011, at the time of the euro-crisis, the Heads of State or Government of the euro-area did reaffirm their full commitment to strengthen EMU.

Syfte: Vi avser att diskutera varför inte fler svenska företag idag använder IP-telefoni, och vi tänker föreslå ett antal framgångsfaktorer för tjänsteleverantörer på företagsmarknaden för IP-telefoni? Metod: Vi har genomfört nio stycken kvalitativa intervjuer med olika aktörer och kunder i branschen och vi tycker oss med hjälp av dessa ha tillräckligt med material för att besvara vårt syfte. Teoretiska perspektiv: För att förklara och tolka vår empiri har vi använt oss av tre olika slag av teori inom områdena teknologi /standard, produkterbjudande/affärsmodeller och tjänster/relationer. Empiri: Empirin är uppdelad i två avsnitt. Det första för att förklara teknologin bakom IP-telefonin och det andra för att studera marknaden med hjälp av våra intervjuobjekt.

Today, companies work with issues concerning Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). A higher demand from customers and other stakeholders as well as an extended legislation are great reasons. Framework and guidelines for sustainability reporting has been developed which includes indices that companies are able to report. Though, for a long term work with sustainability a functional system and internal tool is necessary. Balanced Scorecard, BSC, is a useful tool and efforts have been made to integrate BSC and CSR with purpose to establish the work with sustainability in a more concrete and clear way.

The different material layers as part of a road construction fill all a function so theroad becomes durable, safe, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Recently, anew group of construction materials started to play an important role in roadconstruction ? geosynthetics.This thesis addresses the two most common types ofgeosynthetics used in modern road construction, namely geogrids and geotextiles.The most common use of geogrids is reinforcement of poor subgrade by usinggeogrid soil reinforcement, which occurs when road material particles wedge inthe geogrid?s mesh. Geotextiles act partly as a barrier that prevents the finermaterial in the below ground from being mixed with coarser upper material andalso act as a load spreader.Road contractors often face a choice of whether geogrids and/or geotextiles areappropriate in a particular road project and also how much profit the choice mightbring. An analysis of a specific application of anaerobic wastewater treatment at a pulp and board mill, Stora Enso Skoghall, was carried out. A literature study was done and effluent wastewater from CTMP pulp production was analyzed. The analysis consisted of a broad constituent analysis and an anaerobic treatment trial. Results from these test where used to calculate the treatment effectiveness and resulting energy potential at the mill.The literature study and constituent analysis showed that toxicity of the water to be treated, due to wood extractives and sulphur content, was of concern. Detoxification chemicals targeting these constituents where used in the anaerobic treatment trial.

The aim of this study is to through six interviews, with six experienced, social workers?, in three cities, understand how the child?s position in the Swedish child protective services? enquiries has change, and the factors behind it. The aim of this thesis is to expand the understanding of 16th century Flemish art by approaching paintings by artists Pieter Aertsen (1508-1575), Joachim Beuckelaer (1533-1574) and Pieter Bruegel (c. 1525-1569) from a different perspective. This is done by extending the discourse of art history, into a discourse of literary history and primarily 16th century novels by authors such as François Rabelais and Miguel de Cervantes. The paintings are studied in relation to these 16th century novels, by comparison and as a testament of this specific time period. A widening contextualization is also constructed in which a connection to the expression of the carnivals ambivalent form, as well as the notion of lower classes is explored.
