I am interested in humans, bodies, movements, directions and how they affect each other. How we move towards each other or away from each other, inside a home or outside. How we relate to each other and to what people say and do. Co-operations between people that occasionally, possibly, do not work; how certain relationships, like certain materials, can have various breaking-points; that materials can be laden with numerous preconceptions, for instance what they should be used for.Beginning from the perspective of a feminist commune, I have explored the concepts of family, belonging, and loneliness. I have interviewed, observed, photographed, and through living in the commune during shorter periods of time, I have taken part in their every-day life.

The aim of this thesis is to expand the understanding of 16th century Flemish art by approaching paintings by artists Pieter Aertsen (1508-1575), Joachim Beuckelaer (1533-1574) and Pieter Bruegel (c. 1525-1569) from a different perspective. This is done by extending the discourse of art history, into a discourse of literary history and primarily 16th century novels by authors such as François Rabelais and Miguel de Cervantes. The paintings are studied in relation to these 16th century novels, by comparison and as a testament of this specific time period. A widening contextualization is also constructed in which a connection to the expression of the carnivals ambivalent form, as well as the notion of lower classes is explored.

The purpose of our essay is to investigate the social services work for youth with hazardous behavior. To aquire relevant information we decided to us the qualitative method. We made five interviews with social workers from different sections to get a full view of the situation. The main conclutions we came up with is the importance of the family structure, and a safe home environment with good values. Another important part is a daily meaningful occupation, for the main part in this age it is school attendance.

Internationalisering genom mellanhänder är ett vanligt sätt för små och medelstora företag att expandera sin verksamhet till nya marknader. Orsaken är att expansion görs möjlig till nya marknader genom bryggning av distanser samt den relativt låga finansiella risken som internationalisering genom mellanhänder innebär. Resurser att expandera organiskt är något som små och medelstora företag ofta inte har. Det saknas forskning som förklarar hur framgångsrika mellanhandssamarbeten uppnås och många företag misslyckas eller når inte full potential. Vårt syfte med studien är att skapa förståelse för de faktorer som påverkar ett framgångsrikt samarbete med utländska mellanhänder.

ABSTRACT (english)Introduction: The possibility to transplant an organ is an important part of the health care system, which demands great resources and a well functioning organization with a level of high competence. The work with organ donation is complex and brings forward a great amount of different emotions for the operation room nurse. Aim: The aim with the study is to illustrate the operating room nurses experience when the organ donor is brain dead. Method: Data collection has been performed with semi-structured interviews, which have been interpreted by qualitative manifest analysis. The design of the study is pilot towards a study in full scale.

Today it is not unusual to use a secondary screen to accompany a primary screen. The possibility to integrate these two in the form of an application for the secondary screen have long been possible but have not been developed to full potential. This thesis aims to study the use of the extra information and functions this type of application would make possible and how this type of application could be used.For this study a prototype-application including a real time newsfeed and a static menu for a specific episode of a Tv-series was created based on the information collected in an online survey. The application was tested on a number of people who got to evaluate the experience in short interviews and were given the possibility to recommend changes in the application.The result after the study showed the people where torn about what kind of information would best fit the application but showed over all that a dynamic newsfeed with information continuously updated with the episode where most appreciated. The problem with the difference in interest around the categories would be solved first and foremost by the application being configurable so that every single user has the possibility to choose which kind of information to be updated in the newsfeed.

Handling materials and packaging, which is the focus of this study, requires efficient logistics, both internally and between companies. To achieve an efficient material flow, good information systems, whose role is to collect, store, process and distribute information, are required. The assumption that packagings are handled in an efficient manner is currently not a matter of course, when many companies do not prioritize the internal management of the package.The purpose of this report was to investigate how medium-sized businesses working with distribution and handling of spare parts packaging can improve their internal management of packaging. In order to answer the purpose, we have used an abductive process and a qualitative data collection. The study had Logistic Center Ljungby (LCL) at Electrolux Laundry Systems (ELS) as a case company and two other respondents, Nibe in Markaryd and Enertech in Ljungby.

Uppsatsen redovisar en utvärdering av AT läkarnas introduktion på akutmottagningen på Medicinkliniken i Jönköping. AT läkarna erbjuds en frivillig introduktion på akutmottagningens akutrum bestående av ett rollspel och en genomgång av maskiner och hjälpmedel och viktiga delar av akutmottagningen. Utvärderingen är gjord som en anonym nätbaserad enkät. Grundtanken med rollspelet och maskingenomgången är att möjliggöra för AT läkarna att få en positiv bild av arbetet på akutmottagningen och deras egna kunskaper och svaren i enkäten kan tolkas som att detta syfte med introduktionen uppfyllts. De svarande AT läkarna är genomgående positiva till rollspelet och endast två av fjorton svarande är negativa till maskingenomgången.

De flesta organisationer är beroende av kommunikation mellan olika individer både inom och utanförorganisationen för att fungera. Effektiviteten speglas ofta av kvalitén hos denna kommunikation. Detfinns många parametrar som påverkar kommunikationssituationen (fackspråk: interoperabiliteten)inom en organisation, t.ex. företagskultur, arbetsrutiner, språk, IT-system ochkommunikationsmedium. För att kunna påverka situationen krävs att man identifierar de involveradeparametrarna och sambanden emellan dem.

Vi har i detta arbete valt att studera hur målöverensstämmelsen påverkas av kostnadsfördelningen inom en organisation. På svenska universitet är kostnadsfördelning av overheadkostnader ett aktuellt ämne. Syftet med denna studie var att skapa en förståelse för hur målöverensstämmelsen påverkas av kostnadsfördelning inom universitet. Det har förekommit många diskussioner kring kostnadsfördelning, eftersom det är en icke önskvärd kostnad för avdelningar. Många gånger är denna kostnadsfördelning inte accepterad, för att förståelsen för kostnaden saknas och avdelningarna oftast inte kan vara med och påverka varken kostnaden eller sättet fördelningen sker på.

In 2002, the euro as a common currency did replace the national currencies in the EU member-states that did choose to take part in the EMU. It was then viewed as one of the greatest accomplishments ever to be made by the EU. However, during the latest years, the economic situation has deteriorated in several EMU member-states. This affected the whole euro-area and the current situation is referred upon as the euro-crisis. In 2011, at the time of the euro-crisis, the Heads of State or Government of the euro-area did reaffirm their full commitment to strengthen EMU.

The retail banking market in Sweden is highly concentrated and oligopolistic. This has been confirmed by numerous reports from different competition authorities within the EU, for example the Swedish competition authority. A considerably high number of different sorts of competition barriers has been pointed out in these reports. The competition barriers are mainly directed to the smaller banks and the potential competition. The retail banking market in Sweden is dominated by four major banks, which together has over 80 percent of all market shares.

Syfte: Vi avser att diskutera varför inte fler svenska företag idag använder IP-telefoni, och vi tänker föreslå ett antal framgångsfaktorer för tjänsteleverantörer på företagsmarknaden för IP-telefoni? Metod: Vi har genomfört nio stycken kvalitativa intervjuer med olika aktörer och kunder i branschen och vi tycker oss med hjälp av dessa ha tillräckligt med material för att besvara vårt syfte. Teoretiska perspektiv: För att förklara och tolka vår empiri har vi använt oss av tre olika slag av teori inom områdena teknologi /standard, produkterbjudande/affärsmodeller och tjänster/relationer. Empiri: Empirin är uppdelad i två avsnitt. Det första för att förklara teknologin bakom IP-telefonin och det andra för att studera marknaden med hjälp av våra intervjuobjekt.

An analysis of a specific application of anaerobic wastewater treatment at a pulp and board mill, Stora Enso Skoghall, was carried out. A literature study was done and effluent wastewater from CTMP pulp production was analyzed. The analysis consisted of a broad constituent analysis and an anaerobic treatment trial. Results from these test where used to calculate the treatment effectiveness and resulting energy potential at the mill.The literature study and constituent analysis showed that toxicity of the water to be treated, due to wood extractives and sulphur content, was of concern. Detoxification chemicals targeting these constituents where used in the anaerobic treatment trial.
