The fitting room is an important part of a clothing store, it's often where the customer decides if they want to buy the garment or not. Therefore it is important that the customer can feel safe and comfortable when they are trying the clothing. A typical fitting room in Sweden today has only one bright spotlight that emits light either towards the face or from the ceiling above. This study explores possible lighting solutions that take into account the customer's experience in the fitting room.The study aim to increase understanding of the importance of a good light in fitting rooms, so that customers gets a nice experience and that clothes, body shape and facial features are shown in a natural way. The issue therefore included how lighting can affect the customer's perception of the clothing and how the perception of body shape, facial features and the clothes change in different lighting solutions.To answer these questions, observations were made in various clothing stores, followed by an experimental study divided into two parts.

Studien avser att ge en förståelse för golfspelares beslutsprocess vid valet av golfbana vid en golfresa. Studien fokuserar framförallt på att identifiera de attribut på en golfdestination som golfspelare värderar och som påverkar deras beslut gällande vilken golfbana de ska spela på under sin golfresa. Studien omfattar både beslutet att besöka en golfbana för första gången och beslutet att återbesöka en golfbana.Studien visar att respondenterna värderar attributen olika beroende på vad motivet och syftet med golfresan är, vilket innebär att beslutsprocessen kan skilja sig från beslut till beslut. Detta innebär att det bara är attributen som respondenterna har som krav som alltid påverkar beslutet. De övriga attributens betydelse kan skilja från beslut till beslut.

Denna studie undersöker hur minskad anonymitet kan förändra sättet människor skriver kommentarer på YouTube-videor. YouTube begärde nyligen att användarna skulle ange sina fullständiga namn. Användare är ännu inte skyldiga att ändra sitt användarnamn, men om de inte gör det ombes de att svara på varför de väljer att ha kvar sitt alias. För att undersöka detta lät vi först användare svara på en enkät för att se vad de tycker om att vara anonym kontra att ge ut sitt riktiga namn, och om att ge sitt riktiga namn gör dem mer uppmärksamma kring deras sätt att kommentera på YouTube. Sedan, för att se vad som verkligen händer i kommentarsfälten, gick vi igenom ett antal kommentarer för att hitta mönster i hur ett alias kontra ett riktigt namn relaterar till processen att skriva negativa kontra positiva kommentarer.

The purpose of this article is to investigate how and from which sources librarians collect information on their profession with respect to factors that are important for their work. In order to achieve this goal, a questionnaire-based survey will be conducted at three medium-sized central-public-libraries in southern Sweden. Using this survey, I wish to answer the following four questions: To what extent do librarians acquaint themselves with changes and developments within regional and cultural policy arenas important to their work? To what extent do librarians acquaint themselves with information using conferences and library debates that are focussed on changes and developments relevant to their work? Do librarians consider that they have enough time within the limits of their work hours to follow developments within the librarian profession, for example with respect to developments within information technology, and how would they appraise the future demand for information technology-based services at the library? From which source(s) do librarians collect information relevant to their work? The theoretical basis of this paper can be compared to a radar as it scans subjects-of-interest to the organization in the field of business intelligence. This investigation uses a quantitative method, with data collected via a survey consisting of 13 questions.

Bakgrund: Mänsklig omsorg är en utgångspunkt för allt mänskligt liv. Människor ärberoende av varandra och vårdrelationen utgör underlaget för all professionellomvårdnad. Tidigare forskning visar att sjuksköterskans attityd påverkar vårdrelationenmed patienter som missbrukar droger. Enligt sjuksköterskans etiska kod bör arbetetgenomsyras av ett etiskt och holistiskt förhållningssätt. Värdegrunden ska vila på enhumanistisk människosyn och alla patienter ska bemötas jämlikt och ges samma tillgångtill högkvalitativ vård oavsett kontext.Syfte: Att belysa attityder i vårdrelationer med patienter som missbrukar droger, ur ettsjuksköterskeperspektiv.Metod: Systematisk litteraturstudie.

This Master's thesis concerns the classification of compact discs according to the Swedish classification system, SAB. The purpose of this thesis is to critically study and discuss category Y of the SAB-system and its application in Swedish public libraries. The classification system has undergone great changes from the first edition in 1921 until today. In 1921 there were no musical recordings in Swedish libraries, today they are responsible for a large part of the loans. We discuss how the system's category Y has corresponded with the musical development.

This case study examines how individuals involved in the Swedish peace movement have navigated their peace activism due to the intensified security debate which followed Russia?s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. By conducting semi-structured interviews with peace activists involved in the Swedish peace organization Svenska freds- och Skiljedomsf?reningen, the study aims to provide insight into how peace activists, and the peace movement as a whole, can be affected when the security debate intensifies. By applying a theoretical framework consisting of Political Process Theory (PPT) and Discursive Opportunity Structure (DOS), as well as previous studies and literature on social movement organizations and peace movements, the study?s objective is also to apply context to the observations made by the peace activists in the study.

Background: Type 2 diabetes is a chronic disease that vigorously increases worldwide. The disease can affect the entire everyday life which usually results in major lifestyle change. The treatment consists largely of self care which the patient itself has great responsibility for. The nurses have an important role in supporting, guiding and teaching the patients. Since every patient is unique the nurse would benefit from an increased knowledge about the patients experiences of what promotes and prevents self care in type 2 diabetes. Aim: The aim was, from a patient perspective, describe the experience of what promotes and prevents a self care in type 2 diabetes. Methods: A literature review based on nine scientific articles gathered from the databases CINAHL plus with full text, PubMed and Medline.

Detta examensarbete, på kandidatnivå med omfattning 15 högskolepoäng har pågått i tio veckor och har varit i samarbete med Region Gotland. Uppdraget har handlat om att ta fram en ny parkerings skylt för Visbys innerstad samt underlätta navigeringen i trafiken genom en parkerings app. Skylten och appen samspelas med varandra och skapar på så vis en helhet över trafikproblemen i Visby innerstad.Problemformuleringen i projektet har varit: ?Hur kan jag skapa ett nytt navigeringssätt för att underlätta trafik flödet i Visby samt utveckla en ny parkeringsskylt som enkelt kan uppfattas och samtidigt smälta in i den historiska miljön med rimlig kostnads insatser för Region Gotland??Jag har genom studier på färg, form, funktion analyserat och kommit fram till en grafisk symbol, med ett färgval som är igenkännbart till skyltar relaterat till parkerings automater anpassad för Visbys innerstad. Man ska enkelt kunna tolka skyltarna och hitta till parkerings automaterna samtidigt som det ska smälta in i kulturarvs miljö.

Kor har hög motivation för att beta och om de gör det så blir de rörligare i kroppen och antalet problemkor och dödsfall sjunker. Dessutom kan bete ge bra ekonomi eftersom foderåtgången inomhus blir lägre och korna håller sig friskare. Problemet är att många europeiska mjölkproducenter med mjölkrobot väljer att ha korna inne eftersom de inte litar på att alla kor kommer in och mjölkar. Försenade mjölkningar leder till sänkt mjölkproduktion och högre celltal. Orsaken till att det blir problem är antagligen att motivationen för att mjölka är låg i jämförelse med att beta eller vara tillsammans med de andra korna i hagen.

The aim of this Master's thesis is to examine difficulties concerning information acquisition, use, and management experienced by graduate students in physics during their first years of research work. Semi-structured, qualitative interviews were carried out with nine doctoral students. The theoretical background for analysis of the material is based on the work of Patrick Wilson, with particular focus on the concept of cognitive authority, and on that of Lars Seldén, who has proposed the idea of an information seeking career running parallel to the academic career of the researcher. Results from the interviews indicate that most of the students, in the early stages of their information seeking careers, rely to a great extent on supervisors and more experienced colleagues when identifying material needed for the research project. In a situation where information of potential relevance is abundant and where experience and focus are not yet fully developed, senior researchers function as cognitive authorities and as guides to other cognitive authorities.

Målet med examensarbetet var att undersöka spårbarhet hos olikainforamtionssäkerhetsåtgärder åt företaget Veriscan i Karlstad. Examensarbetet ger först enteoretisk genomgång av olika säkerhetsåtgärder för att sedan försöka hitta gemensammanämnare till de säkerhetsåtgärderna som innehåller spårbarhet.I en värld full av teknik och information som flödar är det viktigt att ha kontroll över dedata som anses vara viktig för organisationen. Skulle informationen hamna i orätta händer kandet innebära förödande konsekvenser för organisationen och i vissa fall även deras kunder.Har en incident väl inträffat måste man ha säkerhetsåtgärder som generera spårdata som göratt konsekvenserna av incidenten kan rättas till och att den skyldigt åtalas om brott begåtts.Uppsatsen handlar om att undersöka vilka säkerhetsåtgärder som bidrar till spårbarheten.Kravet var att skapa en lista med säkerhetsåtgärder där ett poängsystem visade spårbarhetenhos säkerhetsåtgärderna. Resultat av min undersökning är att det finns flera åtgärder sombidrar till spårbarheten och att den gemensamma nämnaren är spårgenerering eller loggning.Prioritet 1 var att belysa de systemtekniska säkerhetsåtgärderna och i mån av tid även defysiska och de logiska säkerhetsåtgärderna.Ämnet spårbarhet är väldigt nytt och jag känner är att jag har varit ute på väldigt ny mark.Det har varit svårt att hitta information om just spårbarhet. Detta område är väldigt nytt ochjag känner att det kommer att bli stort inom en snar framtid.

This thesis describes the planning and development of a volume meter of pine and spruce cones. The product was designed and developed for Stigsjö Skog och Frö AB in Härnösand. It was developed taking into account a number of requirements set by the supervisor David Zetterlund. The main requirements were that the volume measurement would be fast and give accurate results. These are two requirements that are missing in today's volume measuring method which is very problematic for the company.The plant was visited several times in Härnösand, mainly to discuss the generated concepts with the supervisor and perform tests on the prototype.

Holmen Skog is currently using a GPS-program called TraktInfo, originally developed within the company. They are now planning to switch to a new GPSprogram or allowing the contractors to buy other programs available from the logging equipment manufacturers. To be able to offer this flexibility, Holmen Skog needs to obtain information about the features offered by the different manufacturers in their specific programs, and also when the manufacturers are planning to start selling programs adapted to the new standard called StanFord2010. According to the study, the manufacturers are hesitant to StanFord2010 and there has also been a lack of clear signals from the customers and clients about what kind of different new features to include in the programs. The feature most frequently used by forest machine operators today is the option to keep record of the harvester?s path by creating a ?log plot?. This feature was not used to its full potential however, since only one out of eight of the forwarders included in the study had computers that were compatible with the harvester?s computer.

Undersökningens syftet är att ta reda på vad som motiverar elever i dagens samhälle. Vi har anlagt ett samhällsperspektiv på undersökningen för att se om det finns faktorer i samhället som påverkar elevers motivation. Våra teoretiska utgångspunkter är tagna i samhällsvetenskapsteorier såsom postmoderna och sociokulturella. Vi har även använt oss av två teorier som behandlar motivationsperspektivet och dessa är Maslows behovstrappa samt den kognitiva motivationsteorin. Vi genomförde undersökningen med hjälp av kvalitativa intervjuer.
