Mitt barn, saknaden är oändlig! : En litteraturstudie om föräldrars upplevelser av att plötsligt förlora sitt barn.
Bakgrund: Inom den palliativa vården har möjligheten att få vårdas i hemmet ökat genom åren. Idag vet man att närstående utför betydande insatser inom vården och omsorgen och att deras insatser bedöms vara tidsmässigt mycket större än från den offentliga vården. Att vara närstående till någon som är sjuk är en upplevelse som är unik för varje enskild individ. Upplevelsen av isolering, att behöva ignorera sina egna känslor och kämpa för sin egen överlevnad kan uppstå hos de närstående som vårdar en sjuk i hemmet.Syfte: Att belysa närståendes upplevelser av palliativ hemsjukvård.Metod: En litteraturöversikt har gjorts baserad på elva vetenskapliga artiklar som granskats och analyserats. De databaser som använts vid artikelsökningen är Cinahl plus with Full Text, PubMed samt Medline with full text med sökorden Family, Palliative home care, Experiences och Sweden.
Fritidshemmens förebyggande arbete mot diskriminering, trakassering och kränkande behandlingar : En jämförelse mellan två fritidshem
The study aims to contribute knowledge about children's perceptions of the leisure-time as a learning environment. The study can be seen as an attempt to highlight the possible learning in the leisure-time, formally or informally.The study is based on two group interviews with a total of 11 children and was conducted by an interview guide with question areas to be discussed freely so that the children could give as full an answer as possible.Main results of the study show that children feel that they are staying at the leisure-time to get care when their parents are working and that they primarily associate the leisure-time with playing. The results show however that children feel that they learn things when participating in the leisure-time teaches controlled activities.It is possible to draw conclusions about the child actually experienced the leisure-time as a learning environment, but it can be difficult to identify when and how learning actually occurs. Bakgrund: Sexualitet är viktigt för alla individer då det ingår i människans fysiska och mentala behov. För äldre personer oavsett sexuell läggning (hetero? bi? homosexuell) är sexualitet viktigt för upplevelsen av ett hälsosamt liv. Forskning visar att många äldre saknar just kärlek och en fysisk nära kontakt. Patienters sexuella uttryck i form av verbala och sexuella handlingar kan skapa oro hos personalen då de saknar kunskap inom detta område.

Ökad medvetenhet under jakt i skog och mark
This reportcommunicates the processes and results of my degree work in industrial design at candidate level at Umeå Institute of Design.During my degree work I had a cooperation with Svenska Jägareförbundet (Swedish Hunters Assosiation).The aim for my project has been to explore how I could make hunting a safer hobby and undertaking. Every year people get seriously injured and in average 2 people a year dies due to hunting accidents. My goal is to identify problems within the hunters communication and approach. Through a creative design process I will find a valid nd realistic solution to these problems. My project will be presented as a conceptual solution hat will be based on currently existing technology.
FLYKTEN FR?N VARDAGEN. Om fantasy, eskapism och verklighet
This paper investigates the relations between the fantasy genre and the phenomena of escapism. It also delves into the factors which motivates consumption of various fantasy mediums. This is done through interviews with six different fantasy-consumers, along with two observations; of which one is performed at a science fiction convention and the other at a table-top role playing game. The study resulted in a basic understanding of escapism ? it is not limited to the fantasy genre, and fantasy consumers do not deny that fantasy is a form of escapism.
Peas as feed for dairy cows
AbstractAn approaching overproduction of cereals and a future uncertain supply of non genetic modified vegetable protein feedstuffs have increased the interest in an expansion of the domestic production of protein feedstuffs in Norway. Besides rapeseed (Brassica campestris), peas (Pisum sativum) may be the most suitable crop for this purpose. Peas are characterized by having a relatively high content of crude protein, ranging between 20-26%, a high content of starch, 42-51%, and a low content of fat. In general, the energy value for peas is higher than for barley but lower than for rapeseed and soybean meal.Pea protein consists of albumins and globulins to 85-100%, which leads to the fact that a large part of the pea protein is soluble and degradable in the rumen. Starch in peas is on the other hand to a large extent resistant to rumen degradation compared to starch from other starch rich feedstuffs.
Chefers identitet och identitetsskapande: en studie av chefer i offentlig verksamhet
The aim of this study was to gain a comprehension of managers experience of their identity and their construction of identity in the work sphere. 14 semi-structured interviews were performed with managers in the public sector. The interviews were analyzed from a hermeneutic approach. The results showed that the managers´ experience of their identity and their construction of identity were full of nuances and was characterized by a being and a becoming. The managers had several social identities at their disposal, which were brought to the fore due to the situation.
Socialization and Identification of New Recruits in Knowledge Intensive Firms: A Case Study
Using the models from van Maanen and Schein (1977) and Dutton et al. (1994), we have been able to investigate the socialization process and organizational identification both from the organizational as well as the individual?s perspective. The link between these two perspectives establishes a better insight into the company?s actual socialization intentions and the individual?s identification with the firm.
Samordnad organisationsutveckling
Organisationsutveckling kan enligt vår litteraturstudie indelas i tre viktiga utvecklingsområden: verksamhet, informationssystem och kompetens. Utveckling i ett av dessa områden kommer att påverka de andra två områdena. För att organisationer ska få bättre resultat med sin organisationsutveckling bör dessa utvecklingsprocesser samordnas vilket då benämns som samordnad organisationsutveckling. Men enligt vår litteraturstudie sker inte samordnad organisationsutveckling, likaså visar litteraturen inte en helhetsbild över hur denna samordning ska ske. Syftet med uppsatsen var att undersöka om och i så fall hur stora organisationer samordnar IS-, kompetens- och verksamhetsutveckling.
Grön marknadsföring : En guide till grön framgång
The purpose of this thesis is to analyze green marketing and green brand building from a managerial perspective, with the intention to create an implementation guide for companies in the Swedish consumer market. The essay is based on a qualitative approach with a mixture of inductive and deductive elements. We have interviewed five people with close links to green marketing. We have during the study identified a number of touch points to be particularly important in the process of incorporating green marketing. These findings are presented in full in chapter five. We have found that the framework of green marketing is established during the company?s choice of green strategy.

When consumers experiences a specific brand symbolizes best possible value for money, the corporate behind it has managed to create a unique competitive advantage that should be to its full potential. Strong brands can pose the difference between winning or loosing on the market. Due to this brands should be considered as cost-effective instruments since they help create financial advantages such as consumer loyalty.
Pedagogisk kompetens i mötet med nyanlända elever
Nyanlända elever är, på grund av sin särskilda levnadssituation som är full med stress och oro, i akut behov av trygghet och förståelse i deras vistelse i skolan. Mitt syfte med denna studie är att vända uppmärksamheten mot de väsentliga faktorerna, som inverkar på förberedelseklassens pedagogiska process i kombination med skolledningens insatser. Kvalitativa observationer och intervjuer med förberedelseklassens lärare och elever har varit underlag för min undersökning. Resultaten är att den sociala interaktionen mellan förberedelseklassens lärare och elever å ena sidan och mellan dessa och resterande skolans personal och elever å andra sidan, har stor påverkan på nyanlända elevers psykiska mående, som i sin tur har sin påverkan på dessa elevers studiemotivation. I mottagandet av nyanlända elever som lever under speciella omständigheter krävs det av skolledningen åtgärder för ett gott bemötande för dem.
