The purpose with this work is to investigate the cost to produce piglet in a case study company. The starting point is going to be the agriwise (www.agriwise.org) calculation which I am going to change and adapt to the case study company. To day the pig market is bad but we have probably reached the bottom. The market has started to rise. It is no business to produce piglets today.

Det huvudsakliga syftet med min studie var att vinna kunskap om högläsningssituationen i förskolan med fokus på lärarens roll. Med hjälp av videoobservationer har jag undersökt hur högläsning går till på en utvald förskola utifrån tre pedagogers agerande och förhållningssätt. Observationer har gjorts vid sex tillfällen, två per pedagog. Resultatet av studien har visat att pedagogens agerande och förhållningssätt absolut påverkar hur högläsningssituationen är utformad vilket framträder beträffande både innehåll och form. Resultatet av det insamlade materialet har analyserats utifrån Bernsteins teori om klassifikation, inramning.

Every year, KTH participates in the Shell Eco Marathon, a competition whose goal is to design a vehicle that can go as far as possible using only the equivalent energy of one liter of petrol fuel. This year, one of KTH?s contributions to this race is the Agilis prototype; a car powered by a uniquely configured HCCI-engine developed at the university. The engine is dependent of several subsystems in order to work properly, among other, systems for cooling and lubrication.Combustion engines are in need of a cooling system that reduces the heat developed during the combustion. In general, two main types of cooling systems are employed; either air cooling, where the outside of the cylinder is exposed to a flow of the surrounding air, ore water cooling, where water flows in tubes around the engine, and the heat are transferred by the water to the surrounding air through a heat exchanger.The purpose of the lubrication system is to prevent the friction that builds up in the interference between moving parts in the engine.

På EU:s inre marknad ska fri rörlighet råda. Trots det tvekar konsumenter inför att handla över gränserna. Många konsumenter känner en osäkerhet inför andra länders lagar och oroas över att skyddet mot ohederliga näringsidkare inte är det samma som i deras eget land. Denna osäkerhet undergräver den inre marknaden. För att motverka denna osäkerhet har EU antagit direktiv 2005/29/EG om otillbörliga affärsmetoder.

The present paper is part of a project carried on by the Swedish Section of the International Commission of Jurists. Sweden has ratified several major international human rights instruments. Most of the rights are covered by national law, and only in exception is there a discrepancy between national and international law. Such a discrepancy is found in the UN Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Racial Discrimination, in which the State parties agree on penalizing and prohibiting the founding of and participation in racist organizations. Sweden is not complying with this statute, despite the fact that the government has ratified the convention.

Vi har i vår uppsats kommit fram till att man i stort kan beskriva IKEA-kulturen som homogen eller enhetlig, då den är baserad på universella värderingar, men med heterogena inslag som en konsekvens av nationella kulturskillnader och lokala omtolkningar av de universella värderingarna. Vi menar att detta påverkar kulturen i egenskap av styrverktyg och påstår med stöd i den dialektiska synen på utveckling att man kan styra med en stark organisationskultur men att det är omöjligt att ha full kontroll över kulturens utveckling då förändring, ur en kulturell aspekt, är något man aldrig fullt ut kan kontrollera..

Denna uppsats slutsats är enligt vår mening att företagen till viss del följer upplysningskraven enligt IAS 36 p. 134 men eftersom det är ett principbaserat system leder detta till att upplysningskraven blir en tolkningsfråga. Detta gör att företagen tolkar upplysningskraven på olika sätt och medvetet som omedvetet i kombination med brist på kompetens, döljer information för att konkurrenterna inte ska få full insyn i verksamheten. Vi anser att normerna bör ha utformats till att bli ett ?kokboks tänkande? så att de inte kan tolkas på olika sätt och på så sätt minskar komplexiteten i IFRS regelverket..

Problem formulation? Are there any factors affecting the choice of marketing strategy?? What is it that determines the degree for the company to use a standardized or a adapt marketing strategy?? How profitable is Scania's marketing strategy in each country?Objective: The overall aim of this study is based on local adaptation and global standardization to compare the degree to which the company Scania chooses to adapt or standardize its marketing to the South American and Asian markets.We also aim to compare and describe any factors that affect the countries' differences in marketing strategies and to evaluate and measure the profitability of marketing strategies in each market.Methodology: The study is limited to Scania's marketing in the truck market in Argentina, Brazil, Malaysia and Singapore from 2006 to 2010. In order to answer the study's problem formulation and purpose we have chosen to combine a qualitative and quantitative approach. Four interviews were conducted with marketing executives from Argentina, Brazil, Malaysia / Singapore and Sweden. We have also chosen to examine Scania's annual report and include figures on the market shares of Scania in the respective countries and the number of sold Scania truck which is then compared against the number of registered vehicles by country.

Return handling is often regarded as a slow and complex process. Studies have shown that it is not unusual for a return to cost up to nine times as much as a standard outbound delivery. An efficient return handling process is therefore essential to all competitive companies dealing with logistics. This report investigates, analyzes and gives suggestions on development with the purpose to improve the return handling process at LensLogistics AB in Kista, north of Stockholm, Sweden. The study has been conducted from a deliberately practical point of view in order to suggest improvement suggestions possible to implement and thereby change the entire return handling process.

Arbetet kretsar kring tre huvudkategorier. Hållbarhet, designprocess och kriminalvård. Första delen innehåller informationssökning för att skapa en stabil grund till arbetet. Efterhand övertar ett parallellt arbete med de tre huvudkategorierna som till sist utmynnar i en produktionsfas där tillverkning på Industritextil Job sker för att ta fram en skiljevägg i skala 1:1. Även om riksrevisionen konstaterat att granatkastare m/41 är föråldrad, icke effektiv och personalkrävande finns den fortfarande kvar i tjänst i Försvarsmakten.I arbetet kommer det genomföras en kvalitativ komparativ studie av granatkastare m/41, 2s4 och M224 utifrån de grundläggande förmågorna.Undersökningen fann att granatkastare m/41 i vissa avseenden visar vissa tecken på att vara omodern och relativt personalkrävande i jämförelse med 2s4 och M224. Undersökningen visar däremot även att m/41 har en hög total effekt och full god kapacitet till verkan. .

Driving instructors education are since 2009 a comprehensive Yrkeshögskoleutbildning for three semesters of full-time study. This paper aims to shed light on what must and what can be included in a good Driving instructor education and proving a proposal for how this might look like. The goal is to create a new didactic approach to education. The result Is a ?ball didactic? approach to education.

Abstract This study is an evaluation of a development project, seeking to work for entrepreneurial learning, starting from John Hattie's findings on the significant factors for visible learning. The study is based on action research a method together with a questionnaire, focused interviews and observation, by the issue of How do students perceive entrepreneurial learning? The results show that the methodology contributes to a more active learning and greater work satisfaction among students. The results also reinforce the thesis of the formative assessment and the importance of reflection for increased metacognition. The work identifies the project's educational shortcomings and strengths, and lays the foundation for further development towards full implementation of entrepreneurial learning in a secondary activity that works to prepare students with special needs for the labor market..

Studies show that activity based costing (ABC) is not widespread in practice even though it has been present in the academic world since the 80's. This thesis examines the reasons for the discrepancy between theory and practice through a case study of a Swedish manufacturing company. The intension is to answer the question of what contributes to the choice of precision in product costing.We found arguments for increasing precision in product costing but not to the extent of a full-scale ABC implementation.
