This essay aims to examine the meaning work at daily activity centers gives people with intellectual disabilities and the questions these people consider necessary to ask in quality surveys. This has been done by interviews with twelve respondents in various daily activitiy centers within a private care company in the Stockholm area. The theories that has been used to analyze the empirical data is SOC - sence of coherence, stigma and empowerment. The result shows that the meaning of daily activity is to create and maintain social contacts, feeling important and needed by others and an opportunity to feel ?normal? and like everybody else.

The aim with this study was to give and receive an insight of children?s participation during one day in a preschool. Answers we were interested in finding out were how pedagogues act in relation to childrenÂŽs influence, participation and interests and how this shows in the pedagogical context. Our own interest of childrenÂŽs participation was influenced by the new revised curriculum that took place in 2010. Nowadays the pedagogues? have to be more active and reflect and document childrenÂŽs influence and participation, and therefore we wanted to use this opportunity to create a picture of how pedagogues deal with these new guidelines.We have with an ethnographic inspired approach performed a qualitative study with data collected during one day with focus on childrenÂŽs influence, participation and interest in one preschool section.According to the result children?s participation and influence this day were controlled by the pedagogue.

The purpose of this research was to examine the current field of management in non-profit organizations, mainly focusing on managerial approaches, but also the impact of organizational size on the shaping of governance. Non-profits are widely discussed in contemporary research, particularly due to the increasing external pressure on voluntary organization to professionalize the way they work in line with standards in the private sector. Due to this our thesis aims to investigate whether professional, bureaucratic approaches are useful when governing a non-profit organization, or if social structures are enough to ensure goal congruence and efficiency. To conduct this research qualitative interviews were carried out and a case- study was made, using the Swedish Karate Federation as object of study. Results show that formal and more professional structures are useable to achieve efficiency and prevent inertia within the organization.

When you talk with the municipal housing companies today there is a general view that theyare doing all the work when it comes to social responsibilities in the municipalities, theprivate landlords only have a focus on profit. The private landlords doesn't agree but says thatthey take a social responsibility, at the same time there is a difference in what socialresponsibility is. By looking at how the picture of CSR and its use is seen today we analyzewhy the opinions and definitions about social responsibility differ. We also look at CSR in itslocal adaptation in Sweden's special conditions at the same time as we compare it to CSR inEurope and the world. We thereby create an analysis of how CSR is perceived, prioritized anddeveloped in Sweden to see the root of the disagreements.In our study we show how different views and roles in the community influence the picture ofCSR in Sweden.

Bakgrund och problemdiskussion: Humankapital Àr en tillgÄng som finns i kunskapsintensiva branscher. Denna studie undersöker redovisningen av humankapital i bemanningsföretag samt revisionsbyrÄer. BÄda dessa branscher Àr beroende av sin personal och borde följaktligen vilja redovisa denna resurs pÄ ett eller annat sÀtt. Dagens redovisning utgör dÀrmed ett problem, dÄ det inte finns tillrÀcklig reglering kring hur viktiga tillgÄngar sÄ som humankapital skall redovisas. Detta leder till att humankapitalet inte reflekteras i redovisningen trots att de Àr en stor bidragande faktor till företagens framgÄng.

Sustainability reporting in Sweden is a voluntary disclosure action for non-governmental companies. Since 2009 all state-owned companies must however publish a sustainability report according to GRI guidelines and with independent assurance statement. Three different sustainability reporting methods are primarily used: (1) Separate Sustainability Report, (2) Sustainability Report included in the Directors? Report, and (3) Sustainability Report forming part of the Printed Annual Report. The aim of this paper is to explore why some companies choose to publish a sustainability report and identify the motivational factors behind this decision, as well as attain an understanding for companies? choice of reporting method.

Syfte: Med start Är 2009 genomförde den svenska regeringen flera ÄtgÀrder för att minska de administrativa kostnaderna för företagen, varpÄ revisionsplikten för mindre aktiebolag upphörde. Finansieringen för de mindre företagen Àr en viktig frÄga för ekonomisk tillvÀxt i Sverige, och för att kunna utöka verksamheten krÀvs kapital. Det vanligaste i Sverige Àr att all expansion sker med lÄnade pengar. För dessa företag Àr det av yttersta vikt att kreditprövningen sker med stor aktsamhet för att undvika framtida förluster. Vi stÀller oss dÀrför frÄgande till hur den frivilliga revisionen pÄverkar företagets möjligheter till lÄn och i förlÀngningen den expansion som Àr viktig ur ett samhÀllsekonomiskt perspektiv.

Syftet med följande arbete Àr att undersöka och beskriva de uppfattningar elever har om sitt lÀrande. Vilka förutsÀttningar behövs för att eleverna ska tÀnka och förstÄ det livslÄnga lÀrandet, att lÀra för livet. Studien har genomförts enligt en kvalitativ metod med intervjuer av tre före detta elever till mig och enkÀter till tvÄ klasser pÄ den skola jag undervisar. Sammanfattningsvis tyder resultaten pÄ att mÄnga komponenter behöver överrensstÀmma för att eleverna ska lÀra för livet och komponenter som jag som lÀrare bör vara medveten om. Eleverna behöver bli berörda för att minnas och dÄ bör man bland annat koppla ihop det teoretiska med det praktiska..

The present climate discussion has made energy efficiency an interesting topic. Saving energy does not only help the climate but also saves money for the energy consumer. The purpose of this thesis was to examine the potential of heat recovering from milk cooling. Two milk farms, one with voluntary milking system, VMS, and the other with conventional milking system was used to measure interesting temperatures and electricity consumptions. The numbers were used both to do theoretical calculations and to construct a SIMULINK model. To calculate the potential for heat at milk farms theoretical calculations were made in MATLAB using a reference farm with different combinations of heat recovery and pre cooling. The farm was assumed to keep a dwelling house with the annual heat consumption 18165 kWh.
