The use of Power Line Communication, PLC, as a communication solution for Automated Meter Reading, AMR, is popular by utilities in Sweden and other parts of the world due to demands of accurate and fast meter reading. However the use of the electrical grid as a communication medium is complex and sometimes problematic. This report handles some of the issues and problems that are important to understand when using the grid as a communications medium. Focus is mainly on investigating high frequency distortion in the Kristianstad power grid own by C4energi caused by a frequency converter. Measurements on site are done to investigate signal damping in the grid, different configurations for the frequency converter and signal strength of the PLC-system.

Feedback is a tool that can be used to give students the confirmation of their accomplishments , helping them to increase understanding of the results of a performance and to alert students if change is required for future performance. Other studies and reports regarding clinical practice in education has shown that students feel that feedback has good impact on learning and positive effects such as enhanced self-confidence. Onboard training forms a major part of the education at the four-year nautical science education in Kalmar, in four years, one year is spent on board ships. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to find out how students at the four-year nautical science program in Kalmar felt that they receive feedback after completing on board training and how they wish that such feedback would be given. Six students were interviewed, three from grade one and three from grade three.

Det allra viktigaste instrumentet för att utveckla en individs självkänsla och självinsikt är feedback. Syftet med denna rapport är att belysa vikten av feedback för att utveckla individen, dessutom vill vi skapa en plattform att diskutera kring när det gäller hur feedback aktivt kan användas under polisutbildningen. Den effekt vi pratar om är först och främst självinsikt, dvs. insikt i hur individens självbild påverkar känslorna och beteendet..

Due to the obvious fact that one can never be hundred percent sure of what's hiddenunder the ground surface, construction work is naturally hard to project.However, many of the work methods are executed in the same way on variousprojects. The department of construction work at JM AB region öst describes a lackof follow-ups and feedback between the calculators and production managers.In this thesis we have studied the communication between these groups and alsohow they share experiences and knowledge. In order to get the full pictureof the day-to-day operations we used three methods to gather information. Studyingliterature gave basic knowledge of theories about feedback, and thenecessity of working with giving feedback. In order to understand the process ofconstruction work we made several interviews, both structured and nstructured.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka vad feedback har för betydelse och funktion i undervisningssituationer sett ur ett elevperspektiv. I studien undersöks också om elevers motivation i skolarbetet kan påverkas av olika former av feedback och i fall det finns några fallgropar med de samma. Här behandlar en litteraturöversikt skolans styrdokument och lärarens ansvar utifrån flera olika perspektiv, samt tidigare forskning kring hur samspelet ser ut mellan tanke, känsla, behov och motiv i relation till elevens motivation. Studien utgår från en kvalitativ ansats innehållande kvalitativa intervjuer med åtta elever.Den slutsats som kan dras utifrån det resultat som framkommit är att feedback fungerar motiverande i anslutning till elevers delmål i skolan, dock uttrycker sig eleverna olika gällande detta och alla är inte medvetna om hur feedback påverkar dem då de är ovana vid denna typ av reflektion. Den feedback som ges till eleverna varierar både i form och i frekvens och accepteras olika utav olika elever.

The report descripbs how a diplexer for a hybrid analog/digital filterbank has been constructed and tested. A diplexer divides the frequency band into two different bands that do not who doesn't overlapp each other. The sampling rate for the two ADC:s is 80 Msps, and therefore it is advantage to have zero at 80 MHz. The reason for this is that a proposed class of hybrid filterbanks with very good quality requires a zero at or close the sampling frequency to work well. The diplexer was made in three versions.

Swedish school children's results have deteriorated in recent years and formative assessment is, in accordance with previous research, a way to develop students' learning and performance. A part of formative assessment is based on feedback that students should receive before, during and after a new assignment. In this study, we want to find out how students and teachers apprehend students' development in relation to feedback and what general attitudes towards feedback can be seen in both parties. The literature and theory discussed is linked to formative assessment, both at international and national level where many important aspects of formative assessment are essential in relation to pupils' further development. The theories are based heavily on human interaction and socio-cultural perspective as a concept.
