Uppsatsen syftar till att bidra mot ökad förståelse för användandet av Air Power i olika miljöer.Uppsatsen strävar efter att belysa på vilket sätt man har nyttjat högteknologisk Air Power för atterhålla optimalt operativt övertag samt att undersöka vilka risker det eventuellt har inneburit.Detta uppnås genom att studera tre konflikter under 1990-talet och se hur man har använt sig avAir Power och titta på vilken effekt detta har haft. Det primära syftet är alltså att undersöka omhögteknologi är fördelaktigt att använda i olika nivåer av konflikter, eller om avsevärda nackdelarvisar sig.Uppsatsen syfte har också varit att identifiera hur de insatser som genomförts med dominerandeAir Power har påverkat och påverkas av teknologiska utvecklingsskillnader mellan länder.Då all krigskonst handlar om hur man nyttjar sina förutsättningar på bästa sätt blir det logiskasteget att en mindre teknologiskt utvecklad fiende kan göra högteknologisk krigföring ineffektiv.Följande hypotes prövas under arbetet: Högteknologisk Air Power är effektivt även vidasymmetrisk krigföring och vid lågintensiva konflikter.Resultatet ur studien visar att det finns både positiva och negativa effekter. De mest framträdandefördelarna är att teknologin medger flexibelt nyttjande och korta omloppstider, underlättarsamarbete och innebär vidare att ett högt tempo kan hållas genom operationen.Och nackdelarna är att det visar sig vara relativt enkelt att försvara sig under lång tid med småenkla resurser, detta kan visa sig svårhanterat för den politiska nivån. Resultatvärderingen avinsatta medel sker änsålänge alldeles för långsamt.En högteknologisk angripare gör fienden rörligare vilket i längden innebär svårigheter för denegna beslutshanteringen..

The following thesis concerns the conceptualization of openness within the open access movement. Open accesscan be understood as a phenomenon or a movement that aims at changing the current system of scholarly communication.Consequentially, the movements goals arose in relation to the escalating serials crisis in scholarly communicationand the increasing power of commercial publishers. The purpose of the thesis is to study three centralopen access declarations with the aim of uncovering the different conceptualizations of openness found withinthese texts. Leaning on the theoretical position known as actor-network theory, the declarations role within a surroundingnetwork is explored by focusing on how openness as a concept has been produced and reproduced bycentral actors. Two overarching questions frames the study: How is openness conceptualized within the declarations?And how can openness, as a concept, be understood as an effect generated by a larger network?The first part of the study focuses on the first question.

I denna studie kommer att fokuseras kring styrning i den offentliga sektorn och närmare bestämt i den akademiska världen. Anställda inom akademin värderar ofta friheten att själva kunna organisera sitt arbete högt, vilken kan hämmas av de finansiella begränsningar som dessa organisationer innehar. Här har strategin en viktig uppgift i att visa för de anställda i vilken riktning de ska sträva och få dem att fokusera på rätt saker. Vi ser att de finansiella begränsningarna kan hämma de anställdas frihet och på så vis påverka motivationen negativt.

In Sweden it?s mainly two companies that have ended up in the spotlight. The online stores Ikon M and Designers Revolt are two companies which currently sell replicas of famous Swedish and foreign designers. Lindblom in 1953 introduced the notion of polyarchy as a denomination for the incomplete democracies of the Western world. It begins with an exploration of the music of Claude Debussy and then goes on with other methods and scales and also includes an analytic chapter and results at the end. With "strokes of music" I mean a musical technique, which has some parallels to how a painter can choose colors and palettes to express what he is looking for ? the freedom to choose between colors and palettes, or in music tones and scales ? to move between them by sudden or leading modulations, from the diatonic scales with alternative formations, to the symmetric spheres, to the melodic pentatonic scales and other alternative new formations, using plateauic solutions or chords in diatonic, functional and non-functional progressions.  The purpose of this study was to study social work models to explain addiction in the assessment of response to people with addictions. This study investigated how social workers' explanations are shaped by their experiences, theoretical points influenced by research in a discretion is affected by organizational conditions, manuals, evidence-based practice and national guidelines in an investigative process. The material in this study has emerged through interviews with four social workers in the social services department for addiction and dependence. The essay is a qualitative study with personal interviews as the basis for the result. The study begins with a description of addiction and dependence, current laws on the matter, and officer's work.

This bachelor thesis in Landscape Architecture is about the planning and design of public spaces in small towns in Sweden. My opinion is that the small towns often are overlooked and my determination is to see if that is right. The purpose with this thesis in Landscape Architecture, with focus on a durable society is to find the central public places in small towns and evaluate their function. This thesis has a focus on good design of central public spaces, designed for the inhabitants of the small towns. A small town, which is the focus of this thesis, is defined to have 200-2000 inhabitants. The small towns, which often are built around industries or the railway, have since the nineteen seventies a problem with people leaving them for the cities in the urbanization. Currently there is also the opposite trend with people moving out from the cities, but to live on the country side, not in the small towns.

The text presents and explains their ideological, moral and political positions and beliefs about the world, the nation state, the society and the individual; in light of Steven Lukes? and Antonio Gramsci's theories regarding the interaction and the relationship between power and hegemony. The methodological starting point is the ideology-critical analysis; in which their arguments in the current globalization debate is highlighted and categorized.
