Med hjälp av den klassiska juridiska metoden har jag i arbetet först undersökt barns möjligheter att i dagsläget få skadestånd vid bevittnat våld i hemmet. Här visade det sig att barn teoretiskt sett borde ha stora möjligheter att erhålla ersättning i de fall skadorna är medicinskt påvisbara. I praktiken förhåller det sig dock annorlunda. Endast i ett fåtal fall har bland annat Brottsoffermyndigheten betalat ut ersättning till barn som bevittnat när mamma blivit slagen. Enligt min undersökning har inte några fall prövats av högsta instans.

The interest in building low energy houses has increased along with the rising engagement inthe climate questions. With the advancing energy prices it is highly suitably for those whobuild and administer their buildings in long-term to build energy-saving houses. 40 % ofSweden?s total energy consumption constitutes of the energy in residences, therefore it iscrucial to take advantage of all the free energy as we possibly can. With crucial questions likequality of living and profit low energy building is a subject that concerns us all.Three proposals for apartment blocks are presented in this work on a real estate in Stockholm.Each proposal is developed through unique processes of design with the purpose to displaypossibilities to deal with the energy requirements of today and tomorrow through energybased architecture.The first proposal is an apartment block based on a traditional design process, the demands ofthe property owner and it?s affected by opinions from architects.

Reglerna om underprisöverlåtelser i 23 kap IL är viktiga för företagares möjligheter att omstrukturera sina verksamheter. Detta eftersom underprisreglerna gör det möjligt att omstrukturera verksamheter utan beskattningskonsekvenser. Det finns emellertid en osäkerhet kring vad som gäller i de fall överföringen sker till en anställd. Det är därför intressant att bringa klarhet i vad som gäller i fråga om underprisöverlåtelser till anställda. Detta är intressant att utreda eftersom en anställd, i de fall överlåtelsen klassificeras som en underprisöverlåtelse, kan undgå beskattning i inkomstslaget tjänst.

In this study the author will search on how, co-operation between teachers and guidance counse-lors in school works. The study was too looking for if guidance counselors experiencing if they can feel cooperation in school, when they work by themselves in their profession, and if the guidance counselors feel a part of the whole school.Total interviewed four guidance counselors in elementary school, in a medium sized town somewhere in Sweden. The author have used qualitative methods for allow guidance counselors to answer free and not influence from other parametric.The result demonstrates that all guidance counselors believe that it is important to have coopera-tion with teachers in schools. Most of the guidance counselors believe that neither the directors nor teachers really know what skills guidance counselors possess. The respondents describe that they often turns to teachers who believe that guidance is an important part of the school's work for students..

Syftet med uppsatsen var att undersöka hur barns bästa förstås och bedöms i förhållande till uppgifter om föräldrars våldsutövande och våldsutsatthet av domstolar i LVU-mål respektive vårdnadsmål. I uppsatsen söktes svar på frågeställningar gällande hur domstolen beskrev och kontextualiserade våldet, hur barns behov och vilja behandlades samt hur föräldrars omsorgsförmåga bedömdes. Uppsatsen hade en kvalitativ ansats och byggde på 8 LVU-domar och 10 vårdnadsdomar från åren 2010 till 2013.  Teoretiska perspektiv hämtades från den barndomssociologiska forskningen, där barndom och ?vuxenhet? betraktas som sociala kategoriseringar vilka skapas i relation till varandra. Resultaten visade att i de fall där det förekom uppgifter om att barnet utsatts för våld från en förälder förstod och bedömde domstolen detta som en brist i föräldraskapet, både i LVU-mål och vårdnadsmål.

The fundamental prohibitions against anti-competitive agreements and abuse of a dominant position are set out in the EC Treaty, articles 81 and 82 respective CL 6 and 19 §. EU: s objectives can be said to promote economic and social development within the community. These objectives will be achieved, among other things, through the establishment of a common internal market. In order to achieve a common market, where companies from different nations compete on equal conditions, it is not enough to prevent the member states from distortion of competition in the market. The free competition and thereby the advantages the common market is assumed to create, can also be limited through measures taken by companies.

There is an ongoing process where the free market within the European Union is expanding, partly through the incorporation of new member states, partly through the signing of association agreements with nearby countries and regions. When trade barriers are removed in different ways more companies consider an internationalization of the company. However, the procedure of the internationalization of companies is a rather new and unexplored area in the context of research. The focus of this study is therefore to examine how a few companies situated in Sweden, has proceeded while searching for knowledge during the internationalization process. Data has been collected through interviews that have been balanced with information from Internet and other sources.

I en obemannad flygfarkost måste datorer ta över pilotens förmåga att värdera risker och undvika kollisioner. På algoritmnivå brukar man dela in problemet i tre delar: Upptäckt och estimering av inblandade farkosters positioner och hastigheter, kollisionsriskberäkning och slutligen undanmanöver.Saabs arbete med obemannade farkoster har tidigare berört kollisionsundvikning lite ytligt men nu börjat på större allvar. Det här examensarbetet är en del i denna satsning och har resulterat i ett sätt att beräkna kollisionsrisken samt ett sätt att beräkna en undanmanöver, givet att de inblandade farkosternas positioner och hastigheter är kända. I examensarbetet behandlas parvisa kollisionsscenarier mellan ickekommunicerande farkoster givet två olika fall. Dels där den främmande farkostens position skattats väl, dels där den främmande farkostens position skattats sämre.

The smartphone market is growing rapidly, between Google Play and App Store more than 25 billion apps have been downloaded since 2008. Today many companies develop their own smartphone applications (apps) for their customers. We believe that many apps are developed without much consideration about the actual value it brings to the customer, and through them, value for the company. Instead they create applications with hope of keeping the company modern. Developing and implementing apps in a business is neither easy nor free and must therefore add value to the business in some way.

Den här uppsatsen behandlar fordrans uppkomst vid offentligt ackord inom ramen för en företagsrekonstruktion. Tidpunkten för en fordrans uppkomst utgör skiljelinjen mellan de fordringar som ingår i ett offentligt ackord och övriga fordringar. I uppsatsen undersöks hur fordrans uppkomst vid offentligt ackord kan bestämmas, hur fordrans uppkomst vid offentligt ackord bestäms och hur fordrans uppkomst vid offentligt ackord ska bestämmas. Författaren presenterar fyra olika principer om hur fordrans uppkomst kan bestämmas. Principerna grundar sig på resonemang som återfinns i rättspraxis och doktrin och som behandlar fordrans uppkomst.

The aim of this study is to look how the Social Service has handled custody issues. The study has a legal and social aspect with a purpose to investigate how the law affects the social administration as well as the family. During a period of one year a quantitative and qualitative study was performed within the social administration in a nearby community. The study focus is partly on the relationship between the law, family and society. The main questions have been: Which one of the parents, mother or father, did in fact get the custody and why? How has the children?s point of view been reported in the inquiry? A child needs a well organized everyday life in a preferably conflict free environment.

HIV/AIDS upptäcktes i början av 1980talet och utvecklades snabbt till en omfattande epidemi. Värst drabbat är Afrika söder om Sahara med 2/3 av världens cirka 40 miljoner smittade. Uganda, som ligger norr om Victoriasjön, var bland de första länderna att rapportera om HIV-fall och hade under 1990talets början en HIV-prevalens på omkring 20 %. Sedan dess har man lyckats minska spridningen av smittan och uppger idag en prevalens på omkring 4 %. Uppsatsen syftar till att se på vilka preventiva åtgärder mot spridningen av HIV/AIDS som genomförts i Uganda och i möjligaste mån deras kostnadseffektivitet uttryckt i USD/förhindrat fall av HIV-smitta.

Piglet survival is of importance because it affects the farmer?s economy and the welfare of the pigs. There are several factors affecting piglet survival and they are often linked to each other. This paper will focus on how the behaviour of the sow can affect the growth and survival of the piglets and also possible causations of differences in maternal behaviour. Sows in intensive production systems have different possibilities to express their maternal behaviour than free ranging sows.

 Background: Euthanasia means help to die. Some terminally ill patients wish for euthanasia. Purpose: Illuminating terminally ill patients' desire for voluntary euthanasia. Method: A general literature study. Seven articles were reviewed and analyzed.

My purpose with this paper related to my questions was to find out how professionals preeschool teachers working on multilingualism. I also wanted to get answers on how pedagogues in the preeschool may promote multilingual children´s language development, the factors that promote multilingual children´s language development and the role parents have in the language development of multilingual children. I chose to do my study in the form of interviews with professional preeschool teachers and interviewees described including the need for more knowledge of pedagogues around multilingualism. My result based on theoretichal background and the study is that pedagogues should let the children´s all languages esemble together. A factor influencing the multilingual children´s language development is ambient attitudes to multilingualism.
