In this paper we examine how young women present themselves on their weblogs. The main purpose of this study is to get their own opinions and thoughts about their own blogging, to see if we can find norms for how they present themselves and how the presentation online matches themselves offline. We put this in relation to information technologies, social software and Computer mediated communication, CMC. It´s also in our interest to see how the phenomenon of blogs, its role and methods of communication have changed and developed in the last few years, and whether there are differences in the way people use it according to age. The major finding is that, unlike previous research, the women in our study tend to be themselves in their weblogs and they do not manipulate their identities.

This kind of censorship has theadvantage of not being scrutinized by public eyes in the way that the work of institutionalized censorship agencies such as the Swedish Statens Biografbyrå was. Detta arbete går ut på att jag, i ett antal improvisationer, undersöker möjligheten att spela utan att tänka på, reflektera över eller värdera det jag spelar. De frågor och funderingar jag kommer att utgå ifrån är: * Kan jag spela utan att reflektera över detta jag spelar?* Kan jag spela utan att värdera det jag spelar? * Hur påverkar dessa försök och förhållningssätt mitt musicerande i olika spelsituationer? Dessa frågor försöker jag besvara genom att med olika ramar och utgångspunkter göra undersökningar genom att improvisera och samtidigt dokumentera detta. Efter varje improvisation noterar jag hur jag upplevde situationen och jämför sedan detta med hur det lät och såg ut. This thesis work is executed at Business Unit Ericsson Test Environment (BETE), in Linköping. BETE is the department at Ericsson, which is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the company's Operations Support System (OSS). Their management system was outdated and they wanted it to be updated and it also required new features. The database needed to be replaced and the data migrated to a new database without licensing costs. The system also needed a part where employees could manage existing users.As a programming language PHP was chosen for its dynamic possibilities, platform independence and good support for database intergration.

The purpose of this study is to illustrate the impact on children's development around playing and how significance the formation of the schoolyards is focusing on how it inspire and calls to play within the children's. The study will also show how the youth workers experience the schoolyards and how they can incorporate the playground in their work to inspire the children's play and activities. The methods used in this study is based on both real conversations and by mail with educated youth workers and observations. The results shows that the schoolyard environment is very important for the children's play and development. The study reveals the importance of having nature like forest nearby and that the environment should be suited for everyone.

The aim of this thesis is to examine the properties of the municipalities in Sweden that influence the choice of being a certified Fairtrade city. The independent variables which are used in the statistical analysis are municipal governance, local tax rate, whether there is an university and/or university college in the municipality, average income and higher education in the municipality. The variables are examined by logistic regression. Since there are no statistical data on ethical procurement, this exogenous variable isn?t included in the regression.

Avloppsreningsverk står inför uppgiften att rena inkommande vatten för att möta lagstiftade gränsvärden till en så låg kostnad som möjligt. Att syresätta biologiska reningsprocesser är kostsamt eftersom luftningsanordningen förbrukar mycket energi. Ungefär en femtedel av Himmerfjärdsverkets totala elenergiförbrukning går till luftning av biologiska processer.För att öka Himmerfjärdsverkets energieffektivitet startades under 2010 experiment med olika strategier för luftflödesstyrning. En av verkets nitrifikationsbassänger byggdes då om för att möjliggöra zonvis reglering av syrehalten.Syftet med denna studie var att utvärdera reglering med ammoniumåterkoppling och syrehaltsprofil för styrning av Himmerfjärdsverkets nitrifikationsprocess. Utvärderingen baserades på reningsresultat och energiförbrukning.Med nuvarande reglerstrategi varieras luftningen genom återkoppling från syrehalten i den andra av sex zoner i varje luftad bassäng.

The study showed that one of the most common roles in childrens role-play is the role of mother and that the roles children play are based on social norms and values.

The aim of this study is to look how the Social Service has handled custody issues. The study has a legal and social aspect with a purpose to investigate how the law affects the social administration as well as the family. During a period of one year a quantitative and qualitative study was performed within the social administration in a nearby community. The study focus is partly on the relationship between the law, family and society. The main questions have been: Which one of the parents, mother or father, did in fact get the custody and why? How has the children?s point of view been reported in the inquiry? A child needs a well organized everyday life in a preferably conflict free environment.

As a support a calculation tool that can be used as a sales aid has been developed.

The thesis objective was to study the partnership between the municipality of Gothenburg and three nonprofit organizations concerning the mobile EU-citizens. The study examines how the EU-enlargement affected Sweden and eventually the municipality of Gothenburg, and how Gothenburg responded to the new situation regarding the target group. The thesis contains one case study and the empirical data are based on semi structured interviews with politicians and officials from both the public- and the nonprofit sector. The results were screened with New Institutional Theory, Resource Dependence Theory and Decision Making Theory: Rule Following. The theories were used to locate any type of isomorphism, resource dependence and rule following in the partnership.

Uppsatsens syfte är att utifrån studenters konsumtionsbeteende undersöka om detaljhandeln kan förbättra servicemötet, och i så fall på vilket sätt.Vidare har den en induktiv ansats då uppsatsen tagit sin utgångspunkt från empirin. Kvalitativ metod används i form av intervjuer genomförda med elva studenter från två olika städer i södra Sverige, samt med fem butikschefer i nordvästra Skåne inom sällanköpshandeln.Slutsatsen är att produkten och varumärket avgör studenternas val av butik. Detaljhandeln tar inte tillvara på studenter som konsumenter, då de inte kan identifiera vem som är universitets ? eller högskolestudent, eftersom de inte skiljer sig från andra i samma åldersgrupp. Detaljhandeln kan förbättra servicemötet genom att skapa en relation till studenterna.

Kinas ekonomi blir allt starkare och i takt med det förbättras också den kinesiska levnadsstandarden. Förbättringarna innebär att fler kineser har råd att resa utomlands och antalet kinesiska turister som reser utomlands ökar för varje år. 2003 var Kina den fjärde största nationen i världen för utrikesresor. World Tourism Organisation uppskattar att år 2020 kommer 100 miljoner kineser att resa utomlands. Sverige är än så länge en liten destination för kineser men det finns ett ökat intresse för de skandinaviska länderna.
