Detta arbete behandlar hur Bluetooth fungerar samt säkerheten kring Bluetooth och några allmänt tillgängliga attack verktyg. Syftet med uppsatsen är att försöka fastställa hur säkert Bluetooth är i dagens läge. Bluetooth har länge varit tillgängligt för att utbyta data över korta avstånd. Därför har man valt att implementera det i kommunikationsenheter som mobiltelefoner och laptops med mera. Det har funnits en debatt om hur säkert Bluetooth är. För att kunna genomföra denna undersökning så har vi satt oss in i hur Bluetooth fungerar, vilka allmänt tillgängliga attacker och implementationer av dessa, som finns.

Syftet med examensarbetet är att redogöra för hur ett system baserat påExcel kan migreras till en webb- och databasplattform. Initiativtagare tillarbetet är en avdelning vid Ericsson AB i Linköping. Avdelningen använderExcel till datalagring och presentation av testmiljöbeskrivningar ochönskade migrera detta Excelbaserade system till ett webbaserat dito. Någraav de problem som uppkommer vid migration är: nya säkerhetsrisker; hurdata ska ordnas i databasen för att uppnå sökbarhet och versionshanteringsamt hur presentation av data ska styras.För att svara på dessa frågor har vi utfört en förstudie och enimplementation av systemet Node Network Plan Database (NNP DB),vilket ämnar ersätta det Excelbaserade systemet. Rapporten beskriver hur:säkerhetsrisker har minimerats genom att införa lämpliga skydd; databasenhar designats för att uppnå sökbarhet och versionshantering; presentation avdata kan styras.NNP DB visar sig vara effektivare, ur ett tidsperspektiv, än detExcelbaserade systemet.

The purpose of this thesis was to analyse, model and finally generate dynamic vehicular motions in a train. The objective with the analysis was to find important motions for a realistic train experience. The motions from the analysis were then weighted against possibilities for generation in a motion platform.A dynamic motion model was created to model the selected motions. The model was implemented in a simulation environment, more specifically MATLAB/Simulink. The simulation environment was used to simulate the model and to generate outputs to control a motion platform.

The goal of this project was to create a web-based, crowd-sourced, correlational database, that easily allowed users to submit objects and receive correlated objects as results. The webservice was created in the web development languages of HTML, CSS, PHP and Javscript, with MySQL to handle the database. Simultaneous development was kept in check with the aid of the source code management system GIT. Upon completion, the service contained several HTML-views, the ability to add and rate objects, a per-object dedicated page with information parsed from Wikipedia.org, and a view with objects ranked in accordance to the preferences specific to the current user. Roughly a month after the beginning of development, the website was publicly launched and promoted in order to collect data, and improvements were added to the website as needed.

In this thesis I explore the debate on surveillance in Swedishnewspapers that preceded the FRA law. The development ininformation technology has made it possible to monitor society toa greater extent than before. It is therefore interesting andimportant to explore a debate preceding a controversial law onsurveillance. The primary purpose of this thesis is to add to abetter understanding of how such a law was discussed in Swedishnewspapers and the relationship between idea and ideology in thisdebate. To answer these questions I explore the newspaper debateby using Isaiah Berlins notions of liberty, positive and negativeliberty.

In this study, we have considered the impact the organization`s implementation of its vision of the psychosocial work enviroment has been for the relations between the employees. We have primarily relied on a hermeneutic approach to understand our empirical data, and when we have interpreted and made a socialpsycological analysis on our collected empirical data. We have used Smith´s Institutional Ethnography, Sheff`s Social bonds and Asplund`s theory of Social responsivity. To collect the empirical data we have combined quantitative and qualtitative methods and a textanalysis at a visiondocument in the aim of capture both the depht and the breadth of our chosen fields of study. The results we have found shows that the psycosocial work environment within the organization can be seen as interplay between individual and enviroment and between individuals as well and that this interaction is influenced by the organizational culture that is created by the organization`s political vision.

Purpose: The purpose of this qualitative study was to illuminate and compare how teachers and parents are describing the homework. The study will also attempt to answer these issues; How is the purpose of the homework described from teachers and parents? How are the effects of the homework described by teachers and parents? How do teachers and parents describe the responsibility for the implementation of the homework?Methods: Qualitative study, a comparison between teachers and parents description of the homework phenomenon. The material that forms the discussion are fetched from blog forums.Summary of conclusions: The Swedish school system is based on democratic values. This means that the students are supposed to gain equal opportunity for qualified education independent of their socioeconomic backgrounds.

Rapporten behandlar ajax-tekniken, en teknik som används för att skicka och hämta data diskret i dagens webbapplikationer samtidigt som användarupplevelsen och prestandan förbättras. Fokus ligger på två primära varianter av ajax vid namn push, pull och syftet är att undersöka varför, när man bör använda teknikerna och hur de mäter sig emot varandra.Med intresset för hur dagens mer interaktiva webbapplikationer så som twitter, google hanterar tekniken så kändes det relevant att undersöka push respektive pull-tekniken inom javascript.För att kunna undersöka teknikerna har en webbapplikation i form av en communitysida skapats med fokus på korrekt implementation av funktioner för både push och pull-teknik. Applikationen utvecklades med hjälp av ett ramverk vid namn Websync för att kunna demonstrera när push-tekniken på webben kan vara lämplig.Resultatet visar att det är viktigt att tänka på var man implementerar de olika teknikerna och varför. En prestandamätning från en tidigare undersökning togs med och skärmdumpar illustrerar några funktionerna i applikationen..

Detta arbete undersöker 4 olika algoritmer som används för bred kollisionsdetektering. De olika metoderna för bred kollisionsdetektering kan delas in i 4 olika kategorier. Algoritmerna som är valda att representera varje kategori är Bruteforce, Sweep and prune, Hierarchical grid och Bounding volume hierarchy. Fokus i arbetet ligger i att mäta deras lämplighet för spelmotorer där det är viktigt att algoritmerna kan köras i realtid.Algoritmerna körs i simulationer av olika miljöer. Där antalet objekt, hur många som är rörliga och objektens distribution varieras mellan miljöerna.

Data sets are continuously increasing within organizations. Data sets will also be in larger amounts,have shorter lifetime, is becoming more varied and holds various degrees of uncertainty. Together,these dimensions are included in the term Big Data. There is no universally accepted definition ofBig Data and how it should be used. Applications that turn out to be part of a Big Data conceptoften begin as investments in an organization in order come to new insights or create new businessperspectives.

MedView-projektet, som startades 1995, är en av många organisationer som söker webbasera sin information. Projektet är ett tvärvetenskapligt samarbete mellan disciplinerna oral medicin och datavetenskap och inom projektet har en samling av applikationer tagits fram som kan lagra samt presentera data. Den insamlade informationen sparas i en filbaserad kunskapsbas.Tanken är nu, vilket angavs i projektets anslagsansökan till Vinnova 2003, att webbasera denna kunskapsbas så att kliniker inom oral medicin samt andra intresserade inom området skall ha tillgång till informationen. Detta arbete behandlar framtagandet av en central webbplats med ett tillhörande behörighetssystem.I detta arbete visas att UNIX behörighetsmodell kan användas som utgångspunkt för att skapa ett webbaserat behörighetssystem samt att de krav som identifierats kan implementeras tillsammans med behörighetssystemet i en central webbplats för MedView.

This report presents a thesis project at the School of Engineering, Jo?nko?pingUniversity, where the task has been to develop a proposal for a parish communitycentre for the Swedish church?s parish community in Bankeryd.Background1 st of November in 2004 the parish in Bankeryd appointed a special commissionof inquiry called Framtidsgruppen (Future Group), to analyse the parishcommunity?s different activities during the past 5 years and analyse the futureactivities and needs for the upcoming 5-10 years. This analysis would underlie theneeds of building a new centre for the parish community.Implementation, results and conclusionThe main focal points which this report is concentrated on has been to develop abuilding that is well suited for the activities, well adjusted for disabled persons andthe building shall be appealing in an architectural point of view.Based on the information provided from the parish community, studies ofliterature, reference objects and discussions with the contact person at the parishcommunity and the instructor of this project, the programming has beendeveloped. The aim of this thesis is to examine user experience and engagements in interactive cinema.A great deal of the research that is conducted today involves creating interactive films, toexplore and examine film structures. In this study, we build on this research by comparingthree different interactive film structures. To carry out our study, we have categorized threedifferent interactive films after three different models to define their narrative structureand interface. To examine the experiences of those structures we have performed anexperiment where we have collected data from the three different sources; interviews,observations and surveys.It is difficult to draw conclusions about how an interactive film should be constructed asdifferent structures apply to different narratives. Based on our research the conclusion canbe made that the combination between the narrative structure, the narrative content, theaesthetics, the implementation of interactivity and how the film?s interface is constructed ismore important than building a specific structure for an interactive film.
