The aim of this essay is to examine the attitudes towards publication of short stories, carried by the employees of Bokförlaget Forum, a randomly chosen Swedish publishing house. The study seeks to investigate the causes behind and consequences of the attitudes, as well as their generality. Through qualitative interviews, carried out with five of the company?s employees, the short story is defined as a problematic genre, mainly due to its low commercial success. The conclusions drawn from the interviews are put into a historical perspective, where the developments of the short story-genre, as well as that of the modern Swedish book market, are discussed.

I den här undersökningen har vi tagit del av diskussioner på två nätForum. Det ena är Flashback, ett privat, kommersiellt och mer eller mindre icke-kontrollerat Forum. Det andra är Soctanterna på nätet, som drivs av Malmö stad och inom vilket professionella socialsekreterare verkar. Vårt material består av trådar där unga beskriver och diskuterar problem med den egna psykiska hälsan och som därför har sökt hjälp på dessa Forum. I studien jämförs de två Forumen med utgångspunkt i Forumets kontroll, vertikal och horisontell dialog, samt den professionella ansatsen som Soctanterna på nätet har, respektive den icke-professionella ansatsen som förekommer på Flashback.

By means of text creation I approach, reflect upon and try a number of aspects of my own professional existence as a joker in Forum theatre and as a Forum play pedagogue.This essay is structured like the days of a week and it specifically relates three problematic situations: first, a Monday containing a case of discrimination during the performance, then, a glimpse from a Wednesday when I failed to use the time with enough consideration of our common work and, finally, a Thursday when I was professionally questioned.These three situations are described thoroughly and then they are tried by me. This is carried out partly by reasoning, partly by using for example sociological, pedagogical and above all philosophical texts in order to widen my understanding of my existence as joker and Forum play pedagogue. When writing this essay I really realized the importance of taking the reactions of the spec-tators into consideration. I have had the opportunity to develop thoughts about the way in which reflection is created and thoughts about different layers of reflection. I have also pondered over the way in which I distinguish between Forum play and therapy as a Forum play pedagogue.

Theatre is often seen as an act to entertain or provoke, however the main argument of this paper is that theatre also can be seen as a process to build peace. This study focuses on and explores how artistic processes, such as Forum Theatre developed by Augusto Boal, can be used as a method to promote psychosocial reconciliation in war-shattered areas. With the use of Forum Theatre the spectators becomes the spect-actors, the subjects that act and not the objects that are acted upon. Subjects that are encouraged to try and find solutions to social problems by acting out possible solutions and evaluating them. 10 years ago the School Library Forum´s core activity started; the development of model libraries. Since then, no comprehensive study of the School Library Forum has been made. How does the organization actually work and how do professionals perceive the changes of the organization? Against this background, the purpose of my essay is to examine the activity of the organization School Library Forum with a focus on organization and learning from the viewpoint of the learning organization. The following issues have been helpful to meet the purpose of the study:? How do the business developer, the principals and the school librarians experience the collaboration on the school-libraries model-library activity?? How does the collaboration contribute to learning within the organization according to the business developer, the principals and the school librarians?? How do the business developer, the principals and the school librarians perceive the changes in the School Library Forum´s organization, seen from the perspective of the learning organization?By conducting five interviews with stakeholders in various positions within the organization, such as business developer, principals and school librarians, a deeper insight into how respondents perceive the business from the perspective of the learning organization is obtained.

Internet also offers opportunities to send out information to large groups of people, which are at a geographical distance. A large increase of websites for parents has been seen in the recent years. On the largest Swedish website for parents, Familjeliv.se, approx. 40 000 posts are posted daily in the discussion Forum.

DiskussionsForumet Flashback Forum har med sin slogan ?Yttrandefrihet på riktigt!? etablerat sig som det Forum på Internet där kontroversiella åsikter och provocerande material får fritt spelrum. Detta gör Forumet till en tacksam forskningskontext när det gäller föreställningar om något så allmängiltigt som välfärdsverksamhet. Studiens syfte är att synliggöra de föreställningar om socialtjänsten och socialarbetare som finns på Flashback Forum, bilda en diskurs av dessa och sedan jämföra diskursen med andra diskurser kring samma fenomen. Flashback Forumdiskursen genomsyras av fyra teman; Misstro mot socialtjänsten och socialarbetare, Socialtjänsten och socialarbetares verksamhet, Socialtjänsten, socialarbetare och kön samt Tilltro till socialtjänsten och socialarbetare.

Denna studie har analyserat fyra Forumtrådar från det svenska InternetForumet Flashback Forum. Jag har specifikt valt att studera Forumets underavdelning för diskussioner rörande feminism och jämställdhet. Vi har analyserat Forum för levande historias material brott mot mänskligheten under kommunistiska regimer genom en hermeneutisk textanalys. Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka om materialet förmedlar historiemedvetande. Resultatet visar att materialet inte förmedlar det som krävs för att historiemedvetandet ska stimuleras. My aim with this diploma work is to find out if the students consider development deliberations as a good Forum in order to promote their knowledge development or not. I have also examined if the development deliberation is experienced as giving for the pupil or not, what I have been studying from the pupil's perspectives.MethodI have implemented three qualitative interviews with three students from class nine in a compulsory education that lies in Botkyrka municipality. There, I have also an implemented questionnaire survey with two half classes from same class.Materials To my study I have linked literature where research aims himself in on how teachers have worked with development deliberations in the school.Results Students that I have interviewed does consider development deliberations as a knowledgep romoting Forum, but most as a Forum for clear about study results. The students in the survey consider development deliberations as giving only when the result turns out to bee good.Importance for teachers As each development deliberation is unique, you can not come to a certain implication that all deliberations are experienced in the same way as the result shows. But that can last stakeholder for the teacher is to see how one development deliberation can to be experienced of several students.
