De senaste årens strukturella förändringar i svensk hälso- och sjukvård har påverkat vårdpersonalen i det sjukvårdande arbetet såväl fysiskt och psykiskt. Kontinuerlig återkoppling genom reflektion kan vara ett verktyg för avdelningschefen att leda utveckling, lärande och förnyelse i omvårdnadsarbetet. Studiens syfte var att genom fenomenografisk ansats beskriva avdelningschefers uppfattningar av reflektion i omvårdnadsarbete.Analysen av 15 intervjuer resulterade i fem beskrivningskategorier av reflektion: kunskapsintegrerande, bearbetande, utvecklande, arbetsledande och patientinriktad. Den kunskapsintegrerande reflektionen fångar studenternas utbildning som kan användas i omvårdnadsarbetet. Genom bearbetande reflektion skapas en fortlöpande tankeprocess av omvårdnadsarbetet.

This report is a qualitative study on children aged three to five years who are in the Swedish preschool. The purpose of the study is to investigate how five experienced preschool teachers view the way children between three and five years acquire basic mathematical concepts, basic numeracy and geometry. The aim is also to find out whether teachers feel that the size of the group of children affects their learning.The study contains information about what preschool teachers think about the way children learn mathematics and how the size of the group of children affects this learning. From the results it can be seen that children learn Mathematics, both in everyday situations and when playing. Moreover, the group size does not seem to affect the mathematical learning of the child.

En helhetssyn på barnet är en förutsättning för ett bra specialpedagogiskt arbete. Denna helhetssyn kan vara möjlig på familjecentraler, där många olika verksamheter samarbetar. Sett ur ett utvecklingsekologiskt perspektiv sker barnets utveckling i interaktion med miljön. Syftet med studien är att se vilken roll specialpedagogen kan ha på en familjecentral där olika instanser verkar kring det enskilda barnet som är i behov av särskilt stöd. Målgruppen består av specialpedagog med förskollärarexamen, barnskötare med ansvar för öppna förskolans verksamhet, två förskollärare, socialchef, BVC-sköterska samt skolsköterska.

The subject of this study has been organizational change within two Scandinavian green parties ? the Swedish Green Party and the Norwegian Green Party. Looking at the organizational changes within these two parties using Robert Michel?s famous concept the ?iron law of oligarchy?, I have studied whether these two parties have become more oligarchic after having been elected to the national parliaments of Sweden and Norway respectively. What I have found is that although these two parties still retain much of the original organizational structure that they have had, in particular the Swedish Green Party, change has occurred and seems to be occurring, at least in the Norwegian Green Party, which would indicate that the two parties have become more oligarchic.

Syftet med denna studie var att utvärdera hur deltagarna av Kristianstads kommuns Ledarutvecklingsprogram upplevde utkomster av programmet under eller efter deltagandet och hur Kristianstads kommun kan utveckla sitt Ledarutvecklingsprogram. Kvalitativ metod i form av litteraturanalys och semistrukturerade intervjuer som därefter meningskoncentrerats har använts. Ett utsnitt av litteratur som behandlar traditionell ledarutveckling och alternativ eller komplement till densamma har analyserats för att ge en bas för vidare analys av intervjumaterialet. Sex deltagare har intervjuats. Intervjuerna har transkriberats och har återkopplats via mail för att säkerställa att varje deltagares utsaga dokumenterats korrekt.

The increase of complexity in embedded programming is forcing the development of higher level programminglanguages. These languages not only consist of traditional text based programming but also with graphical programminglanguages such as the programming language G from LabVIEW which is developed by National Instruments and havebeen around since the mid eighties. However since 2004 this language has also been able to program embeddedhardware, using the modules LabVIEW SDK and LabVIEW for ARM. This thesis shows how LabVIEW for ARM converts itsgraphical language G to C and then how C is flashed into the microprocessor. The thesis also takes up the pros and consof using G for embedded development.

Syftet med arbetet är att undersöka barnlitteraturens skildring av kost och måltidsvanor samt förskolans arbete med en ökad kostmedvetenhet hos barnen. Vidare är tanken att se hur barnlitteraturen kan användas som ett verktyg i verksamheten, för att tydliggöra sunda kostvanor. Metoder som används är enkätundersökning, kvantitativ litteraturundersökning samt kvalitativa intervjuer. Sammanfattningsvis visar resultatet att majoriteten av barnlitteraturen skildrar någon form av måltidsvanor och kost kopplad till måltidsvanor samt att den hälsosamma kosten skildras i större omfattning än den ohälsosamma kosten. Resultatet av de kvalitativa intervjuerna visar att alla förskolor som deltog i intervjun har pedagogiska måltider där personalen deltar samt att tre av fyra förskolor tycker att de använder barnlitteraturen mycket i verksamheten, dock arbetar ingen av förskolorna medvetet med barnlitteraturen som ett verktyg i verksamheten, för att tydliggöra sunda kostvanor.

Efter att ha gjort några observationer av utvecklingssamtal under min praktik hösten 2011 bestämde jag mig för att jag ville skriva en uppsats om ämnet året därpå. Jag lärde mig att på min praktik genomförde min handledare elevledda utvecklingssamtal och min tanke har blivit att undersöka vad eleverna anser om den här typen av utvecklingssamtal. Jag relaterar arbetet till teoretisk bakgrund som belyser utvecklingssamtals utformning och viktiga aspekter kring ämnet. Jag förankrar arbetet i tidigare forskning som tar upp olika undersökningar kring utvecklingssamtal och elevlett utvecklingssamtal samt innebörden av kommunikation och relationer i skolans värld. Med hjälp av fem kvalitativa intervjuer med fem elever från min praktiksola har jag undersökt elevernas syn på det nuvarande upplägget för utvecklingssamtal.

Or you control the way you communicate, making you able to use existing communication channels. Existing methods within cryptography enables two parties to communicate information securely.

2010 reviderades läroplanen för förskolan. Frågor som berör förändring i förskolans uppdrag är alltid intressanta att studera för alla verksamma pedagoger i förskolan, framför allt för att de verksamma skall kunna föra verksamheten framåt i önskad riktning.Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka förskolelärares intentioner med att ha sångsamling som en aktivitet med de yngsta barnen i förskolan och hur sångsamling används som ett didaktiskt verktyg i förskolan. Arbetet bygger på ett flertal observationer samt en gruppintervju med tre erfarna förskolelärare.Resultatet visar på att pedagogernas intentioner är de samma som funnits länge i den traditionella förskolan, det vill säga att ge de yngsta barnen trygghet och individuation, men även andra intentioner framkom som emotionellt gruppinriktade, emotionellt lärandeinriktade, lärandeinriktade, fysiskt inriktade samt skolförberedande.Förskolans läroplan ligger till grund för pedagogernas intentioner med att använda sångsamling som aktivitet och resultatet visar på hur förskollärarna använder sångsamling som ett didaktiskt verktyg genom att vara väl medvetna om deras egna intentioner och gör sångsamlingen till ett utvecklande och lärande forum för de yngsta barnen..

The objective of this study was to bring further knowledge to the subject as to what influences students motivation and self-esteem. The study had focus on role that the teachers play in these aspects. The study was done by using both a qualitative and quantitative approach. The qualitative method was interviews based on six interviews with two teachers and four students from two different classes. The quantitative method was a questionnaire study that was done in both classes.

Introduction: 1 November 2010  came the amendment about the audit requirement into force. The amendment concerned only micro-enterprises. The most common form offinancing for micro-enterprises are bank loans, therefore the banks play a major role in the business and wellness of micro-enterprises.Purpose: Purpose of this paper is to examine if the credit assessment has been affected by the removal of the audit requirement for micro-enterprises.Method: This study will be conducted by a qualitative study in the form of interviews. Five interviews were conducted, with four respondents from the large banks and    one respondent from Almi Företagspartner.Conclusion: All respondents agreed that the audit is seen as a mark of quality, some lenders will continue to request it from the micro-enterprise while other lenders look at other factors such as ownership, relationship or business concept..

The purpose of the survey was to find out how early childhood teachers work with the curriculum of I Ur och Skur with children between 1-3 years in the forest and how such educators are using the outdoor pedagogy in the forest environment in preschool.In order to answer the study's aim and objectives interviews were performed with six teachers in I Ur och Skur kindergartens.What emerged from this study is that forest excursions are a central part of the curriculum and is seen as their educational place. The teachers are working to create a feeling of security among the youngest children of enjoying the woods and also to raise an interest in the children. Natural materials are used during the forest stay and no other toys or materials.The results reveal that educators work to get the smallest children to use and develop their imagination at play and at the same time they are involved with the children in their discovery of the woods. With the smallest children in kindergarten it involves being on the level of children and as a teacher to have the flexibility to change the forest stay environment if needed..

Climate change and the sea level rise that it contributes to is an ever more pressing issue for costal municipalities around the world. Today there is a great deal of scientific reports and projections on what these changes could entail. However, resent studies on south Swedish costal municipalities have shown great discrepancies when it comes to how these scientific projections are implemented in the municipal planning and adaptation strategies. In an effort to understand the underlying reasons for this lack of concurrence, this paper has applied Rolf Lidskogs theory of the hetrogenity of science. The theory gives an explanation to the complications in the science-policy interface, by describing complicating factors in the communication between these actors.

The aim of this master thesis is to explore what role libraries play in the educational process for university students suffering from dyslexia. The question at issue is whether the library is able to meet the needs of students who have difficulty in using the libraries main resource, i.e. printed documents and information in written form. An often expressed view indicates that the modern library creates a lot of obstacles for dyslectic students. The method used is a literature study followed by an empirical study in which interviews were conducted with four students suffering from dyslexia and studying at two different universities and using different libraries.
