The structure and performance of grocery distribution in Sweden has changed profoundly since the second world war. Increasing access and usage of the private car, in combination with an accommodating town planning has enhanced the exploitation of scale economies within distribution firms. There is, however, some ambiguity concerning the overall efficiency of the distribution system when the costs associated with travelling and purchasing performed by households are treated as an integrated part of the total distribution cost function. The purpose of this master thesis is to develop the foundation of a spatial optimisation model, which defines the most efficient distribution system. The underlying idea is that the optimal localisation and size of grocery stores is a function of economies of scale within the firms weighed against distributions costs within the households, such as transportation costs.

Bakgrund:Prevalensen av övervikt och fetma hos barn har ökat över hela världen de senasteårtionden. Primroseprojektet är ett Forskningsprojekt som studerar möjligheten att förebyggabarnfetma genom föräldrasamtal på barnavårdscentralen (BVC). Sjuksköterskans compliancetill den interventionsmanual som används förväntas vara viktigt för resultatet.Syfte:Att inom ramen för Primroseprojektet bedöma hur föräldrar och BVC sjuksköterskor, isamband med att barnet genomgår hälsoundersökning vid tolv månaders ålder påbarnavårdscentralen, följt Primrosemanualens instruktioner.Metod: Matdagbok och målformuleringsblad granskades utifrån om de var ifyllda enligtmanualens instruktioner. Målformuleringsbladet poängsattes också utifrån den detaljnivåmålen var formulerade.Resultat:Nästan 75 procent av de inkomna matdagböckerna var ifyllda på ett korrekt sätt.Resultatet av poängbedömningen av målformuleringsbladen visade att sjuksköterskantillsammans med föräldern inte hade formulerat detaljerade mål i den omfattning som varönskvärd.Slutsats:Instruktionerna för hur matdagböckerna skulle fyllas i var tydliga. Den låga gradenav detaljerade mål tror författarna beror på en bristande överensstämmelse mellan hurinstruktionerna till sjuksköterskan var formulerade och de kriterier som skulle vara uppfylldaför att få poäng. .

Kuratorer inom hälso- och sjukvården har länge kämpat för en legitimering. I Socialstyrelsens rapport (2014) anses nu att en yrkeslegitimation är nödvändigt för att stärka patientsäkerheten samt att höja yrkeskompetensen. ABSTRACTSyftet med denna studie var att undersöka och jämföra dygnsvårdsplacerade ungdomars syn på och tal om familj och föräldraskap utifrån tre olika familjeperspektiv; den biologiska familjen, familjehemmet och egen framtida familjebildning. Också att undersöka vad de tycker är viktigt gällande föräldraskap och vilka föräldrapraktiker de beskriver utifrån de olika familjeperspektiven. Det empiriska materialet har utgjorts av livshistorieintervjuer med dygnsvårdsplacerade ungdomar som initialt genomfördes inom ett Forskningsprojekt kallat YiPPEE, och som syftade till att studera faktorer som kan underlätta för ungdomar i samhällsvård att fortsätta till högre utbildning efter grundskolan. Eftersom intervjuerna har haft ett annat syfte från början är ungdomarnas tal om familj och föräldraskap väldigt varierande, men studien har ändå kunnat påvisa skillnader i vilka föräldrapraktiker ungdomarna använder sig när de talar om föräldraskap utifrån de olika familjeperspektiven.
