This project investigates the cooperation between architect and engineer. The context of the investigation is the design of buildings for a sustainable society. The goal of the project is to further the development of the sustainable built society by increasing the knowledge of the interdisciplinary cooperation between these two fields. The focus is a close cooperation already from the start of a project. By involving both fields in the early design stages it is thought that the knowledge and skills of each field is better utilized.

This report summarize a simple and efficient way to convert 2D into 3D designs. It explains the benefits of a 3D design compared with 2D, and how those benefits may be used.It will also give the reader a presentation of the company Clean Air Technologies, which for the most part constructs cleaning facilities for power plants. How to create 3D-libraries for some of those facilities will be introduced in this composition.The collaboration with Clean Air Technologies has resulted in several 3D animated movies and rendered images. This has increased the quality of the companies offer presentations, which has made it easier for the prospective customer to get an improved overall image of the power plant design..

This essay is focused on the re-use during the Bronze Age of the Stone Age passage grave RAÄ 85 in Mysinge, Öland. To increase the knowledge of the phenomena of re-use in general and that which occurred in Mysinge passage grave in particular I?ve looked at other forms of re-use on Öland and the re-use of passage graves in Falbygden. På SWECO VBB har ett projekt som kallas Geomodellen pågått ett antal år, projektet syftar till att integrera geotekniska, geohydrologiska, topografiska och miljötekniska förhållanden i en och samma 3D-modell. SWECO VBBs vision med Geomodellen är att skapa ett verktyg där all geoteknisk data i projektet presenteras på ett lättöverskådligt sätt. Detta examensarbete är ett steg i den utvecklingen, arbetets syfte är att undersöka vilka datorverktyg som finns tillgängliga på marknaden, samt att studera vilka av dessa program som kan vara lämpliga att använda för att göra geotekniska 3D-modeller. Med en geoteknisk 3D-modell menas en modell där olika jordlager i ett undersökningsområde representeras av ytor i en 3D- miljö. Önskemålet med dessa modeller är att de i ett projekt skall verka som projekteringsunderlag när förstärkningsåtgärder och dylikt skall dimensioneras, exempelvis pållängder och sponter.

The globalization of political and economic processes is a growing moral concern for theologians and political philosophers alike. My thesis aims to outline, analyze, and compare church studies of globalization with global theories of justice.To do this, I draw upon recent studies of globalization made by the World Council of Churches (WCC) and the Lutheran World Federation (LWF). The WCC and LWF are two global reaching church organizations. They have a common aim of uniting churches for ecumenical dialogue and are involved in social, economic, political, and ecological questions. The WCC and LWF analyze globalization by applying biblical and theological principles from the Christian tradition.

Organisations and projects use CSCW/Groupware systems for collaboration purposes. These systems and applications are in many cases using a non-transparent GUI, witch is also hard to learn. This paper present a novel system that aims towards being transparent and easy to use.
