Irans kvinnor : Och deras möjligheter till politisk påverkan
The purpose of this study is to examine the actual political conditions that exist for the Iranian women. What is the political reality of the Iranian women and how can they exert political influence within the political system that exists in Iran today. This is done to see how the Iranian women's potential political influence affects Iran's democratic status. This will be answered through the overall research question: What opportunities do the Iranian women have to influence policy? This overall question is then split into three smaller research questions:1) What formal possibilities to political influence do the Iranian women have?2) What real possibilities to political influence do the Iranian women have?3) How have women in Iran tried to exert political influence outside the institutional framework?This will be done through a qualitative text analysis where texts concerning the Iranian women?s political influence are examined.

This study rises up an untouched area of ??research where the relationship between newly arrived parents and teachers is examined from a structural perspective. Previous research has looked only at the interaction between parents and teacher; this study is thus a theoretical contribution to the research. The aim of the study is met by examining the perceptions newly arrived parents have of their meeting with the Swedish school, the relationship with their children?s teacher, cooperation, collaboration between home and school, as well as their own influence in their children's learning.
Skolan som en lärande organisation: En litteraturstudie om hur det kan uppnås
Trots att skolan har lärande som sitt gebit vet man inte särskilt mycket om förutsättningarna för dess organisatoriska lärande, vilket anses nödvändigt för en organisations utveckling. Jag har därför valt att undersöka och identifiera de faktorer som är rimliga att anta att man kan applicera på skolans verksamhet - trots att den som organisation skiljer sig från vinstdrivande företag genom exempelvis begränsade ekonomiska resurser och komplexa organisationsstruktur. Den metod jag har valt är en kvalitativ litteraturstudie och i min teorigenomgång beskriver och förklarar jag begreppen organisation, lärande på individ- och gruppnivå samt lärande organisation. Därefter redogör jag, utifrån ett systemteoretiskt perspektiv, hur en lärande organisation kan uppnås. I min analys diskuterar jag sedan hur dessa förutsättningar kan uppnås i skolan utifrån områdena kultur, organisatoriska förutsättningar såsom struktur, gruppsammansättningar och ledarskap, samt kommunikation och reflektion.

The purpose of this paper is to examine how the arrival of class society is expressed in the social dance of high society during the second half of the eighteenth century. The study is based on the idea that culture and society develope in interaction; that changes in the economic, political and social life determine the cultural expressions as well. What I wish to examine is whether cultural themes from the developing bourgeois culture ? individualism, to be precise ? is expressed in the social dance during the second half of the eigthteenth century. // The study shows that public balls definitely gave people a chance to show off on the dance floor in spite of social rank.
Skolutveckling med ett neurodidaktiskt perspektiv : En kvalitativ studie med skolledare, specialpedagoger och en utvecklingsledare.
AbstractThe overall purpose of this thesis was to investigate to what extent new research findings, in neuroscience and learning, may be useful in a school improvement context. In a qualitative interview study combined with questionnaire, we have investigated the approach to school improvement that exists in a municipality. Informants have been head teachers in preschool and primary school, special education teachers in a student health team and a development manager. The outcome of the study showed that all of the study participants, all of which have a formal mandated to work for school improvement occurs. It also shows that informants, according to their professional position, express different goals when relating to school improvement.

Many people today are very conscious about their health, at the same time alcohol is a recurring element in many day-to-day situations. IOGT-NTO is an organization that is working towards making sobriety to be the rule rather than the exception. This work is linked together by the organizations communication, which is a vital part to be able to present a unified view outward. In order to do that, it is particularly important that there are common goals and strategies to work towards.
Analys av en svensk skolas organisation, arbetslagen
Syftet med studien är att dels beskriva den studerade partnerskolans organisation i allmänhet, inklusive arbetslagen i synnerhet, dels analysera densamma. Målsättningen är att studien ska leda till organisationsmässiga förbättringsförslag som i sin tur kan bidra positivt till skolutvecklingen.
I denna studie har intervjuer, enkäter och dagboksmetod använts. För att förstå hur främst lärarna och i viss mån ledningen och elever upplever och ser på organisationen, inkl arbetslagen, har relevant litteratur studerats för att kunna jämföra verkligheten med teorin och se om det går att hitta belägg/förklaringsorsaker för olika synsätt på organisationen.
Resultaten pekar på ett missnöje med hela organisationen och ledningen från lärarna. De anser att organisationen är alltför byråkratisk och att de känner sig ?överkörda? genom att inte ha fått möjlighet att få vara med och påverka beslut.

tolkande ansats, vilket syftar till att här skapa förståelse för hur en
balanserad styrning fungerar i praktiken avseende lärande och utveckling samt
hur den skapar förutsättningar för att bli en lärande organisation. Intervjuer
har använts som datainsamlingsmetod, respondenter från två kommuner har
intervjuats, och i varje kommun har en enhetschef och två medarbetare
intervjuats.

A central role in those reformations has the public middle chief who often is the one to implemented reforms to the organiza-tion's staff.This study is examining the role of the public middle manager in care organisations dur-ing the implementation of common ideologies value foundation in a present organisa-tion's reform. The study tries to elucidate in which way the public middle managers in municipal care organisations experience their roles, which expectations the management of the organisation has on their roles and how a present organisation changes inflict on the contents of the role. If the middle manager in a municipal care organisation feels like normative for the personal group is another aspect.There are four concepts used as theoretic framework in the study, organization, imple-mentation and public middle managers in a general aspect and the middle manager in a municipal care organisation in a specific aspect.

The purpose of this master?s thesis is to study the organisational culture of two public libraries managed differently. One of the libraries in my study is run by the local bookstore and the other is run by a staff co-operative. My aim is to elucidate characteristic features in the culture of these two public library organisations. The questions I posed are which types of organisation culture can be identified in the two given examples and what the factors are that may be of importance for these cultures.

The following study is dedicated to investigate what kind of problems an organisation might stumble upon in the process of implementing a policy related to information security. Alongside investigating the eventual problems occurring in the implementation process of an organisation, the study also sets out to analyse how an organisation can motivate staff in order to follow the guidelines of a policy. The collection of empirical data was done using interviews. In order to seek answers to our research questions a theoretical background is presented that illustrate the need for information security after which motivational theories are applied to our collected data.To summarise the results of the study we find a gap of knowledge between the employees of the organisation. The organisational level of an employee together with the degree of participation in working with a policy seems connected to both the employee?s knowledge of a policy as well as how well the employee are motivated to learn about and follow the guidelines provided from a policy..

The relationship between health services and every day life has changed and raises new requirements.
Earlier research has shown that maintaining every day life is important for cancer patients and their families. This study comprised patients with lymphoma receiving their diagnosis during 2003 ? 2005.

From an organizational standpoint social media has become a way for organizations to get closer to, and create a dialogue with, their environment. Swedish municipalities have began to use social media in their daily communication with the environment, but a problem has been raised about how public organizations should organize their social media when formal guidelines from the government are missing.Objective: The objective of this thesis is to examine how eight Swedish municipalities have organized their use of social media due to the lack of official guidance from the government, and also what difficulties that have occurred during this process.Method: The method used is qualitative with data collected through interviews with one respondent from each municipality.Results: The result show that the organizational solutions varies through each municipality but also the choice of social media. It has been important for municipalities to have someone in charge of the new communication tool since social media is a fast and communicative channel. Seven out of eight municipalities have already developed or are in process of developing their own formal guidelines on how to use social media.

The purpose of this study is to find out what children think they learn of taking part in activities organized by the school. I started my study by summarize three essays about informal learning. The results are based on three interviews of totally six children in the age of nine at a school in Stockholm. I interviewed the children using a semi structured method and asked them what activities they prefer to do after school and what they think they learn there, and from their friends. The results emanating from essays which were investigating similar topic..
