Medarbetarskap ? en studie av medarbetarskap i en arkitektbyrå

Companies and organizations recognize the importance of collaboration to develop responsibility and ability of change in the workplace. The concept of collaboration was a relatively new idea in business in the late 1980s. In a Nordic context, collaboration is a traditional approach that companies use successfully for competition, survival and development. Collaborative organizational efforts cover management of committed people who can help companies achieve flexibility, customer loyalty, innovation and economic success on a challenging and competitive market. Many theorists believe that collaboration is the key to integrating technology, financial competence and innovation.

Ungdomstjänst : I ungdomens eller samhällets tjänst?

The purpose with this essay has been to describe and understand why youth community service became a penalty in Sweden. The political discourse in which youth community service was established has been analyzed with Laclau & Mouffe´s discourse theory. A social constructivist onset and a discourse analysis were the methodological tools of the essay. The result is two folded. Youth community service was created to strengthen the constitutional state, combined with high beliefs of the social services competence.

The purpose with this final paper was to examine how the collaboration between parents and teachers can manifest itself. With collaboration, we mean the dialogue that has to exist between parents and teachers in regards to e.g. how well informed the parents are about the regulated principles on which the education plan is built on, and in which way they can take part in and influence the system. This is to empathize on the fact that a good collaboration between parents and teachers help create a good foundation for the pupil?s ability to learn.The method that we have used are questionnaires given to parents and teachers along with studies of literature both as means of furthering our studies as well as a basis for the design of the questionnaires.

Försvarsmaktens arbete mot en jämnare könsfördelning bland officerare

The number of female officers employed in the Armed Forces is low. Of the total proportion officers, female stand for 4.8 %. The Armed Forces are currently working actively to level out the distribution. This paper is intended to create a better understanding of the slow increase in female officers in the Swedish Armed Forces. The study is qualitative and the results from the data collection have been based partly on a text analysis, partly on a theme-based group interview in which three themes have been discussed.

En för alla - Alla för en? : Krissamverkan och intern informationssamordning mellan nätverkande myndigheter

The purpose of this thesis is to study the context that affects crisis communication through an organizational perspective. It also tries to identify factors of success and difficulties when it comes to coordinating information between governmental organizations during a crisis. Carried out as a case study of the Swedish governmental network Krissamverkan Kronoberg, the method used are source analysis and qualitative interviews with members from different organizations in the network. The results have been analyzed through Organization theory, Network theory and theory in Crisis Communication. The context that effects governmental organizations ability to cooperate during a society crisis is characterized by knowledge, understanding, utility and willingness. In addition to this a successful coordination of information should be based on resources, competence and continuity. The main problems when it comes to cooperating and coordinating during a crisis situation lies in what we would like to call organizational egoism, existential uncertainty and defensive behavior. .

The aim of this qualitative study was to examine six individuals' experiences to talk about the sexual abuse that occurred in their childhood. We interviewed five women and one man, using a phenomenological approach during the work process. The theories emerged as we analyzed our results and appeared to be communication, cognitive theory, validation, trauma theory and taboo. The results showed that the respondents, whom disclosed the abuse as children, were most likely to get a negative response from both formal and informal support systems. While as adults they were confirmed to a greater extent and therefore achieved a better physical and mental wellbeing.

Skola för en hållbar framtid : En kvalitativ undersökning om lärare och elevers tankar om hållbar utveckling

The purpose of this study is to find out teachers and students thoughts about sustainable development. Research shows that sustainable development should be a part of all education. When this is the case, the student´s will develop a competence to act in this matter. This is important so student´s encourages to act and make decisions based on knowledge about sustainable development. This field investigation is based on four interviews with teachers and eleven interviews with student´s. The result shows that the teachers has learned a lot about the concept, and in different ways realizated this in their teaching.

Föräldraledighet i Sverige -fortfarande långt ifrån jämställd

Wiklund, Marie-Louise (2007) Lärares syn på specialpedagogens arbete. (Teachers views on special needs educational competence) Skolutveckling och ledarskap, Specialpedagogisk påbyggnadsutbildning, Lärarutbildning, Malmö högskola. Syftet med detta arbete är att beskriva och undersöka lärarnas syn på specialpedagogens arbete. Baserat på lärarnas arbetssituation i skolan vill jag undersöka hur man använder sig av specialpedagoger i dag och se vilka övriga önskemål och behov som finns. Med hjälp av en strukturerade intervjuer vill jag åskådliggöra lärarnas syn på specialpedagogens arbete. Sammanfattningsvis visar mitt resultat på att specialpedagogen är en viktig person i skolan. Att undervisa är vad lärare är vana vid att specialpedagogen gör.

Mot mål eller i mål, det är frågan : En undersökning av det målrelaterade betygssytemets tillämpning i ämnet idrott och hälsa under Lpo 94 och Lgr 11

I föreliggande undersökning är syftet att studera hur lärare i idrott och hälsa tillämpar det målrelaterade betygssystemet och diskutera hur denna praktik påverkats och påverkas av olika faktorer såsom läroplan, betygssystem och kunskapssyn. I studien riktas intresset både mot tillämpningen av betygsättningspraktiken under tiden för Lpo 94 med tillhörande kursplan för idrott och hälsa och hur den kan komma att påverkas under Lgr 11. I fokus för studien är betyg och bedömningsprinciper för betyget Godkänd på grundskolan, vilket motsvarar betygssteget E i nya Lgr 11. De specifika frågeställningarna rör därför såväl Lpo 94 som Lgr 11 och formuleras enligt följande:Hur kan man förstå att den samsyn som råder kring betyget Godkänd i idrott och hälsa på grundskolan har uppkommit, då denna samsyn inte baseras på kunskapsmål i kursplanen?Vad anser lärare i idrott och hälsa är viktigast med ämnet?Hur kan de nya styrdokumenten i idrott och hälsa komma att påverka undervisning och betygsättningspraktik i idrott och hälsaVilka uppfattningar finns om den nya betygsskalan hos lärare i idrott och hälsa? Undersökningens empiri omfattar sex semistrukturerade intervjuer med lärare i idrott och hälsa på grundskolan, som har tolkats utifrån ett hermeneutiskt angreppssätt.

The purpose of this thesis is to achieve an increased understanding of factors and considerations of importance to larger companies? purchases of tax consultancy services. Based on a qualitative case study, the thesis more specifically analyzes purchasing companies? perception of quality in tax consultancy services, how the companies organize their purchases of such services and the relationship between purchasing companies and tax consultants. The study suggests that tax consultancy services constitute a heterogeneous group of services which are normally purchased by people in charge of either accounting or tax matters in the purchasing company.

In critical ideology analysis nothing can be automatically visible to us and critical ideology analysis is a method as well as a theory.A central point in this study is to investigate whether there are oppositional views or unanimity in the debate of affirmative action. The debate is still under ?construction?, which means that the debate has not yet come up with a solution to the problems of discrimination.

The aim of this essey is to examine how teachers´ work with individual development plans (IDP) can contribute to an intercultural leadership and inclusion. The interwied teacherss ay that IDP forces them to reflect critically on their thinking on aspects as learning methods, gender and ethnicity. It makes them listen to -and think - in new and more including ways to adapt to each pupils individual possibilities to achieve the curriculum standards within the common area. That requires lots of resources like extra teachers and new material.An active reflection can make ethnocentrism develop into intercultural competence. That is a listening, critical and diversified thinking prepared to deconstruct and create new ways of thinking in relation to different pupils and situations.

AbstractDuring recent years the climate in recruiting new personnel has hardened as a result of high levels of employment and increasing competition in labour market. In order to resolve this problem, organisations have to adapt new strategies to attract and meet the demands of potential employees who have the required competence to meet job requirements.The aim of this study has been to examine a well functioning work place in order to elucidate explicit examples of what employees consider positive, and what can be ascertained as positive deviations. Narratives emanating from the unit manager and personnel illustrate their views on the positive influences found in their working place. Another ambition is to increase awareness and understanding about the factors that promote satisfaction in the workplace and positive deviation; and to utilise this knowledge.Traditional research on organisations has frequently focused on problems. The theoretical point of departure of this study is based on Positive Organizational Scholarship, abbreviated as POS.
