IntroduktionDet är väl känt att varje patient som opereras riskerar att drabbas av hypotermi peroperativtoch postoperativt. Hypotermin medför stora risker för patienten med bland annat ökadinfektionsbenägenhet, ökad blödning och försämrad metabolism. Vidare bidrar det till ökad frekvens av shivering med alla dess komplikationer. Att kunna förebygga hypotermi både vid öppen och laparaskopisk kirurgi är en viktig uppgift för anestesisjuksköterskan.SyfteSyftet med denna studie var att undersöka om anestesisjuksköterskan med hjälp av ettvarmluftstäcke i form av ett tubtäcke och en luftvärmeblåsare peroperativt kan förhindrauppkomsten av peroperativ hypotermi vid gynekologisk laparaskopisk kirurgi samt om detta minskar patientens lidande i form av mindre shivering och frysning postoperativt.MetodI denna studie randomiserades patienterna till att antingen få ett varmluftstäcke peroperativteller sedvanlig behandling. Patienternas kroppstemperatur registrerades kontinuerligtperoperativt och postoperativt.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine how investments are justified in the Swedish data center industry, with a focus on cooling equipment. This is achieved through semi-structured interviews with 20 different interviewees. These interviewees represent different facets of the industry and facilitate an understanding of which factors, such as: investment costs, operating costs, reliability, environmental impact and the influence of external and internal actors, come into play and to which degree they impact the investment decision-making process. The results show that primarily low operating cost in the form of low energy consumption is the driving factor when it comes to the procurement of new equipment. A lower environmental impact is a positive side-effect of lower energy consumption.

The purpose of this study is to gain a better understanding about the police profession's impact on the singular individual, with a focus on roles, regions and emotions. The main question is to understand if and then so, how individuals outside of work will be affected of the profession and professional events. In order to answer this question I carried out six semi-structured in-depth interviews with police officers who worked at the main office in a police region in a midsize city in Sweden. To ensure reliability and allow readers to conduct their own assessments the quotations in this study are anonymous. The analysis of the collected material is based on selected parts of Goffman's theories about dramaturgical perspective as well as selected emotion theories.

This study is based on the notion that the most widely cited and used instrument for assessing volunteer motivations, the Volunteer Function Inventory (VFI), might not be sufficient in its aspiration to aid, streamline and benefit the recruitment and retention process within volunteer organizations. Understanding volunteers? motivation is a crucial component in the process of securing future volunteer engagement in a world where their efforts are desperately needed.This study aims to explain motives and motivation behind volunteer efforts in extreme situations as well as to examine the dependability of the theoretical framework in relation to the forthcoming result, based on the following research questions:What motivated Swedish medical personnel to volunteer during the 2014 Ebola outbreak in West Africa?How could the motives and motivation of Swedish medical personnel be categorized in accordance with the Volunteer Function Inventory (VFI)?Is the Volunteer Function Inventory (VFI) a sufficient tool for analyzing the motives and motivation of Swedish medical personnel in the given case?The presented research questions will be answer through a qualitative theory-consuming study, based mainly on interviews. The interviews are, however, complimented by various written sources in the field of research.The result and subsequent analysis confirms the authors? notion on the VFI and highlights certain deficits in the tool?s execution and its succeeding result.

Ett sådant föreläggande kan även meddelas en mellanhand, i form av exempelvis en internetleverantör, som i objektiv mening anses medverka till upphovsrättsintrång. I praxis har förbudet kommit att innebära att internetleverantörer ålagts att sluta tillhandahålla internetuppkoppling till internettjänster, vilka möjliggjort spridning av upphovsrättsskyddat material.

Several thousand years of human impact on the landscape in the form of cultivation is the reason to many nature- and culture values in the agricultural landscape today. Intensification and rationalization has led to vast monocultures and has forced many farms to close down. These trends have increased in the last years and constitute great threats to the values of the cultivation landscape. The purpose with the environmental objective A varied agricultural landscape is to protect these values. The environmental action plan of the municipality of Lund (LundaEko) 2006-2012 is built on the 16 national environmental objectives. The purpose with this paper is to put together material that the municipality of Lund can use in their work with modifying the local intermediate goals for the environmental objective A varied cultural landscape. The overall issue for this paper is ?What has happened with the state of the cultivation landscape in the municipality of Lund since LundaEko was approved in 2006?? The paper seeks to portrait the current conditions of the following fields: meadows and pastures, organic farming, exploitation threats to agricultural land, landscape elements with cultural values and species that are threatened.

This leads to an opportunity for about 70 % of the joint-stock companies to choose whether or not to keep their auditors. Creditors are affected by this as they may receive a less trustworthy base to make a good credit review if many companies choose to proceed their accountings without the control of an auditor. Creditors have the option to require that companies are to be reviewed by auditors, while authorized accounting consultants may be a possible substitute as a quality control for the accountings.Purpose:The purpose of this thesis is to examine what impact optional audit has had in credit processes so far and look into alternative forms of reviews for businesses.Problem definition:? Does auditing simplify for the creditors in a credit review? ? Is there some kind of accounting that could be a substitute for the audit?Method:The study is qualitative in character through six interviews.

Störningarna kan vara förhindrad framkomlighet, köer och förseningar, förlängda körsträckor där en alternativ förbifartväg är nödvändig. Ökade emissioner och utsläpp etc. Indirekta störningar orsakas t ex av transporter av materiel till byggarbetsplatsen, en ökad trafikbelastning på närliggande vägar mm. Sammantaget medför dessa störningar merkostnader för trafikanterna.
