Syftet med examensarbetet var att undersöka hur påtvingade brytpunkter, i detta fall nedläggning av en arbetsplats, upplevdes och vilka möjligheter individerna såg inför sina fortsatta karriärval. Den metod som användes var av kvalitativ art med ostrukturerade intervjufrågor riktat till sex respondenter som befann sig i samma situation. Resultatet visade att trots att de flesta respondenter kände chock och ilska när beskedet kom, så upplevde de ett år senare situationen som mer hanterbar och hade börjat strukturera i både tankar och handling vilka alternativ man såg som möjliga och åtkomliga. De slutsatser vi drog var att individens egen motivation har spelat stor roll och beslut som tagits har utgått ifrån den kontext man befunnit sig i. Flera var aktiva i sitt sökande efter nya möjligheter till sysselsättning och kunde med lite distans se denna oförutsedda händelse som ett tillfälle i livet att utifrån ett intresse finna en ny karriär.The purpose with the degree project was to investigate how forced turning points, in this case company closure, were experienced and what opportunities individuals could see concerning their continuous career choices.

Byggserviceverksamhet är något som många företag ute i den svenska byggbranschen håller på med, men i olika stor uträckning och med skillnad i kvalité på utfört arbete. Sverige och Finland har tillsammans med övriga nordiska länder en gemensam värdegemenskap. Detta innebär att vi delar och värnar om gemensamma värden, exempelvis demokrati och mänskliga rättigheter. Att vi även delar en liknande historia, språk och kultur gör att det funnits goda förutsättningar för samarbete. Även om de nordiska länderna är lika ur många aspekter, så finns det ändå vissa skillnader. Denna studie syftar till att påvisa likheter och skillnader mellan svensk och finsk försvars- och säkerhetspolitik med avstamp ur deras senaste försvarspropositioner som för svensk del utgavs 2009 och för Finland 2012.

Utvärderingar visar att svenska elevers kunskaper i geometri har försämrats under de senaste decennierna och att dagens elever upplever geometri som ett av de svårare områdena i matematikkurserna. Samtidigt finns det forskningsresultat som säger att laborativa arbetsformer kan öka elevernas intresse, motivation, inställning och självförtroende gällande matematikämnet. Syftet med detta arbete är att undersöka vilka laborativa arbetssätt i matematik, med fokus på geometri, som av lärare upplevs vara mest positiva eller ge bäst resultat i olika åldersgrupper. Med detta avses både vad som väcker störst intresse hos eleverna och vad de verkar lära sig mest av. I denna studie undersöks vilka laborativa arbetssätt som lärare upplever fungera bäst i olika åldersgrupper, vad i det laborativa arbetssättet som de anser vara positivt samt om nämnda arbetsformer tycks ge elever en ökad förståelse av geometri eller förhöjd prestation i matematikämnet.

I och med Lpo 94 fick naturvetenskapsundervisningen en större betydelse och specificerade mål att uppnå och sträva mot i år 5. Det visade sig dock att naturvetenskapsundervisningen i de lägre åren var nästan obefintlig och lärarna hade inte kompetens eller intresse att bedriva denna undervisning. Samtidigt har studier visat att intresset för naturvetenskapliga utbildningar minskar hos elever och studenter samtidigt som vårt samhälle ställer allt högre krav på fler och välutbildade arbetare inom den naturvetenskapliga grenen.NTA, natur och teknik för alla, är ett projekt som startats för att främja intresset hos eleverna för de naturvetenskapliga ämnena och samtidigt stötta lärare och elever i den naturvetenskapliga undervisningen. Läraren erbjuds lådor med material och teori att arbeta utifrån. Tanken är att läraren ska kunna koncentrera sig på de didaktiska frågorna och inte behöva leta materiel eller laborationer.

This bachelor thesis is a critical study in which we are studying if the swedish reports of the so called ?second revolution? in Egypt have been objective. We have been studying this by using Jörgen Westerståhls objectivity model and we have chosen to investigate whether the reports have been objective balance-wise. The second revolution is a term which describes the protests and demonstrations that led to the military action in which the elected president Muhammad Mursi were forced to resign on the 4th of July, 2013The study includes articles from five leading Swedish newspapers, Aftonbladet, Dagens Nyheter, Expressen, Göteborgs-Posten and Svenska Dagbladet.
