Syfte: Att med utgångspunkt i artiklarna 3 och 4 i FN:s konvention om urfolk och lokala samhällens rättigheter och artikel 8j i konventionen om biologisk mångfald undersöka samers nyttjanderätt till privategendom. Artiklarna väcker en rad intressanta frågeställningar. Jag kommer koncentrera mig på att diskutera självbestämmandet och ägandets legitimitet utifrån ett kollektivistiskt och ett individualistiskt perspektiv. De perspektiven står samhällsfilosoferna Karl Marx och Robert Nozick för. Jag kommer även undersöka ägande som rättighet, dels utifrån ovanstående men även utifrån Wesley Hohfeld och Onora O?Neills rättighetsteorier och analyser.

Uppsatsen a?r en litteraturstudie med fokus pa? psykodynamiska teorier och musik- terapi i grupp. Analysresultaten visar teman som mo?jliggo?r fo?rsta?else av musikens roll och dynamik: Inledningsvis beskrivs hur psykoanalytisk teori kan beskriva musik. Baserat pa? den metod Heidi Ahonen-Eerika?inen (2007) utvecklat, Group Analytic Music Therapy (GAMT), analyseras hur musik kan fungera som en bro mellan medvetna och omedvetna processer i en terapigrupp.

The aim of this master?s thesis is to examine libraries which combine the functions of school- and public library and to evaluate the staff?s experience and attitude towards a library profile with the emphasis on children and youth. The purpose of the study is also to examine how the libraries work with several tasks and functions within different target groups with different needs.With new institutionalism and Scandinavian institutional theory the thesis examine the library as an organization and what influences the construction. With a model that describes how the library constitutes four different rooms in the society I investigate the different functions.The methodology is qualitative with interviews of five persons of the staff, four librarians and one library assistant. The study examines how the staff that works at two libraries under similar conditions experiences their tasks.

This study is focused on some individuals' experience of the concept of culture in their everyday life. Some questions about culture were asked to some persons living in a small village in the isle of Gotland and some persons in the capital of Sweden, Stockholm, in the autumn in 2007 in a field study.The study showed that peopele tend to shape their own life world in the continuous activity in their near surroundings, in the garden and in reading literature and listening to music. There were some differences in the life world depending on where they lived,  in the country side or in town. Urban life has more offers as to popera and theatres but negatively more violence and stress.A study of literature on the ethnological concept of culture is included. The answers of the individuals also led to different topics such as nostalgia, mind, fear, feelings, body and soul which were enlightened by scientist from the respective fields..

ABSTRACTTitle: Cultural dimensions? and their relevance in the interpretation of TV commercialsThe purpose of this study has been to explain the cultural dimensions masculinity versus femininityand individualism versus collectivism and see what their impacts on interpreting commercials are.We also wanted to see if there are any other important aspects to consider when looking at theinterpretation of TV-commercials. To fulfill this purpose we also used this research question:?How are the cultural dimensions relevant when it comes to interpreting TV-commercials?We used a qualitative approach when conducting this study. We found that the dimensionindividualism versus collectivism seemed the most applicable, while the respondents? answers fittedthe best to the highlighted theories.

Studien påbörjades hösten 2012 och är ett försök att hitta olika pedagogiska verktyg och förhållningssätt genom strukturerade intervjuer med 3 pedagoger som arbetar eller har arbetat med barn och ungdom med diagnosen ADHD. Studien belyser hur dessa olika pedagoger uppfattar sin undervisning, sin roll som lärare och vad deras generella erfarenheter av att arbeta med ADHD-elever är. Genom intervjuer skapas en bild av lärarna som arbetar med ADHD-elever och deras pedagogiska attribut, och med klusteranalys bestäms deras musiklärartyp. I resultatet framkommer bl.a. vikten av att möta ADHD-eleven här och nu, att varje elev är unik och att vid arbete med ADHD-eleven är tålamod, intuition, kreativitet och samt att vara en flexibel lärare viktiga egenskaper.

This is a study of the way power relationships change when women start to play candombe in Montevideo, Uruguay. Candombe is a type of music, which is traditionally played by men within the black minority in the country. This study has been done with an intersectional point of view, taking the social categories gender, class and ethnicity in account. The method used was participatory observation in a field study made in Montevideo between November 2008 and February 2009.This study?s main conclusions are that the power relationships change with the participation of women in candombe in several important ways: The women legitimize an alternative way to be a woman when they take the men?s role as a drum player.

The background to the study was that the school agency published a report stating that students, after completing school, did not meet the criteria to receive the grade ?Pass? in mathematics. The study presents the reasoning of work teams from five different preschool departments?, about ways to work with the subject with children in the ages four to five. The study may help future teachers to develop new attitudes regarding mathematics in the preschool, by letting them take part of others pedagogues? thoughts and experiences.

This study is based on three focus group interviews with minors living in Örnsköldsviks municipality. The aim is to investigate what minor individuals want to gain more influence in that concerns their citizenship rights. It also aims to investigate what obstacles there is in their surroundings that prevent them from influencing it. I have conducted semi-structured interviews with the focus groups. The theoretical framework consist of T.H Marshalls theories about citizenship, with the division of civil, political and social rights.

In these days we can witness a growing number of combined school and public libraries in Sweden. It can be explained as an economy measure or as an attempt to develop the library work. The aim of this thesis is to picture how working in combined libraries affects high school librarians? own apprehensions of their professional identity. The results are based on in-depth interviews made with four high school librarians, working not only towards the students but also the public.

Platsen för projektet är dagens Sundbybergs IP, med goda kommunikationsförbindelser som buss, tunnelbana och pendeltåg inom gångavstånd.  Allmänna fotbollsstadion bevarar och förstärker kulturella värderingar och ideal genom att betona frågor som är viktiga för AIK samt Sundbyberg. Stadions utformning möjliggör inslag av traditionella material som naturgräs och betong. Allmänna fotbollsstadion är utformad efter platsens förutsättningar och förstärker närområdet genom sin mångsidighet och breda funktion.

A study around some fourteen and fifteen year old boys, who are interested in reading. It is about their reading and library habits, what has created their interest and where they acquire access to literature. A certain amount deals with the habits of the boys? school-friends in this subject. The result compares with earlier made reports.

Uppsatsen består av två delar. Den första ska ge förståelse för vilka kelterna var både som term och som folk. Den ska också ge förståelse för vilken deras religion var och hur samhället såg ut. Avgränsningen blev till att uppsatsen till största delen bara handlar om kelterna på de brittiska öarna och inte de kelter som levde på den europeiska kontinenten. I den andra delen undersöks det om det finns något samband mellan den keltiska festen Samhain och dagens populära Halloweenfest.

Is it possible, and suitable, to use multimedia in classic literature studies at Swedish upper secondary school? What alternatives are there?  Is there any foundation in the curriculum for an expanded conception of text as in multimedia?  Will the conception literacy support use of multimedia in classic literature studies, and in what ways? How do we generally look upon the definition text, is it only printed letters, or something more? To get an answer to the questions we decided to examine a number of theories, Gardner?s theory about the different intelligences, the conception literacy and the expanded text concept. In these three theories we took our starting-point for the following work. The main subjects became two interactive sights on Internet and one CD-ROM, all containing classic literature. Our previous knowledge in this subject field was very meager.  This work has given us an opportunity to discover some of the multimedia that is available, and the result we have come to is that multimedia absolutely belongs in studies of classic literature as well as in other subjects.

Denna uppsats är en studie av fosterföräldrar i en familjeby i Rumänien. Fosterföräldrarna arbetar för en frivillig organisation i Rumänien som har svenska grundare. Studien är av kvalitativ karaktär och mitt syfte är att studera fosterföräldrarnas föräldraskap och familjernas betydelse för barnen som växer upp i frånvaro av sina biologiska föräldrar i dagens Rumänien. Jag belyser hur barnens bakgrund ser ut, hur relationerna till barnens biologiska föräldrar är, vilken motivation som driver fosterföräldrarna i arbetet med barnen och hur den kristna ideologin påverkar deras attityder och arbete. Jag jämför arbetet med forskning om familjehem i Sverige samt teorier om utvecklingspsykopatologi och resilience forskning, samt kristen tro och socialt ansvar, vilket också är mina teoretiska utgångspunkter .
