The question formulation in the essay brought up whether Clas Ohlson works today with their graphical productionflow and if that way of working leads to a desirable result in press. After a dialogue with Clas Ohlson it emerged thatthey had certain problems with the material that came out of the printing presses. Certain colours were not reproducedaccording to the stated values that had been developed. In March -08 an analysis of the graphical production flowspresent situation were done at Clas Ohlsons in order to find out how they worked with their production of print materials.In the analysis, their way to work with color spaces, displays, ICC-profiles, PDF-exports, pictures and printerswere examined. Occasional interviews were also implemented with responsible personnel about how they worked withdifferent aspects.Deficiencies were found on almost all examined parts in their graphical production flow.

Abuse of alcohol is one of the biggest problems that society faces today. There are between three and four hundred thousand abusers in Sweden. In addition there are about three hundred thousand over consumers. The government bill proposed in 1977 gave the labour market most of the responsibility to solve the problem. Every year new premises are built in Sweden, and even if they are made as energy efficient as possible, this will not reduce the energy demands, but the rate of the increase of the energy use will be reduced. One type of facility in Sweden that is a major energy user is public baths, and this makes public baths an interesting facility to study more closely. There are around 500 public baths in Sweden and about 75 % of those can be seen as older baths with large need of renovation, and they all require a high level of energy efficiency measures. To show how the energy demand increase or decrease depending on the changes chosen to be made, the simulation application IDA Indoor Climate and Energy was used. Simulations were made and compared for several cases, with two extreme cases as starting points.

Föreliggande studie har syftat till att, genom semistrukturerade djupintervjuer med professionella retuschörer aktiva i branschen, undersöka om gemensamma steg kunde urskiljas genom respondenternas beskrivningar av arbetsprocessen.Genom studien framkom det att respondenterna beskrev likartade processer samt att samarbete med medarbetare var en viktig faktor för ett utvecklande arbete. Beskrivningarna av arbetsprocessen tydde på att samtliga respondenter hade ett personligt intresse för arbetet och branschen.Respondenterna ansåg även att retuschörens tidigare erfarenhet var betydande och till stor del påverkar tidsåtgången för arbeten. De menade också att tidsåtgången även påverkas av hur utförlig arbetsordern är vid uppstart av projektet. Det framkom även att respondenterna själva inte genomför någon utförlig uppföljning och granskning av hur det slutliga materialet används..

Vi använder oss av en metod där vi utifrån vår empiri drar slutsatser och skapar prövbara hypoteser. | Teoretiska perspektiv: Vi har använt oss av teorier utifrån Lean Thinking; Specify value, Identify the value stream, Flow, Pull och Perfection. Även Kaizen har varit betydande.

The standard model concerning the relationship between perception and motility is linear and one-way. It depicts the flow between the two as moving from sensation to perception to representation to computation, and finally, to motility and action. According to this model, animal being is basically a bundle of reflexes. But what can correctly be considered a bundle of reflexes from a natural science point of view, doesn't necessarily have to be true. This conception does not take into consideration the more complex interactions between motility and perception that constitutes, or generates, animal and human beings.

Detta har medfört att även introduktionen antas ha fått en mer framträdande funktion.Denna kvalitativa studie fokuserar på att fördjupa sig i hur detta har påverkat introduktionsprocessen av nyanställda medarbetare. I kandidatuppsatsen undersöks hur Handelsbanken, genom sin introduktion av nyanställda, försöker påverka dessa att anpassa sig till organisationens normer, värderingar och arbetssätt i syfte att generera effektiva representanter för organisationen. Datan i studien har samlats in via information från organisationens hemsida, tillhandahållna dokument samt intervjuer som därefter tolkats och analyserats med hjälp av teorier om socialisering och identitetsstyrning.Slutsatsen är att Handelsbanken använder flera olika metoder i syfte att socialisera de nyanställda in i organisationen samt att dessa, under introduktionen, stimuleras att utveckla en identitet som överensstämmer med organisationens behov.

Syftet med studien var att på lagidrottare (1) undersöka samband mellan motivation och socialt stöd utifrån familj, tränare och kompisar, (2) undersöka skillnader i upplevt stöd från familj, tränare och kompisar samt (3) undersöka skillnader mellan kvinnor och män inom variablerna motivation och socialt stöd. Resultatet visade positiva samband mellan motivation och socialt stöd, där framförallt stöd från kompisar var positivt relaterat med inre motivation. En kombination av stöd utifrån familj, kompisar och tränare uppvisade  ett positivt samband med inre motivation.

The cell cycle is the time a cell spends between two cell divisions. The cell cycle includes several parallel processes, all of which must be completed before a cell is mature for dividing. In the first place, all subcomponents (RNA, protein and membrane lipids) need to double in quantity and this occurs continuously through the cell cycle. Furthermore, the genome and some chromosomal proteins must double and this take place during a limited interval in the middle of the cell cycle (S-phase). On either side of the S-phase are two "gaps" which is called G1 and G2. When the cell has passed a point in the G-phase they are irreversibly programmed to progress through the remaining of the cell cycle and will undergo the next cell division. When a cell have passed a point in the G1 phase, approximately four hours after mitosis, a normal cell is in a state of indecision.
