Med anledning av ett antal redovisningsskandaler i början av 2000-talet har revisorers oberoendeställning gentemot klientföretagen kommit att diskuteras. I USA väcktes därför frågan om ett införande av revisorsrotation alternativt byrårotation. På grund av bristande erfarenhet inom området ansåg den amerikanska kongressen att beslut om byrårotation inte kunde fattas och således infördes endast revisorsrotation. I samband med detta införande fick U.S Government Accountability Office (GAO) i uppdrag att, genom en kvantitativ studie i form av enkätundersökning, undersöka vilka potentiella effekter ett införande av byrårotation skulle få på de amerikanska publika företagen.  Med utgångspunkt i den av GAO genomförda undersökning utformades denna uppsats för att på liknande sätt undersöka de potentiella effekterna av ett eventuellt införande av obligatorisk byrårotation i Sverige. Uppsatsens syfte bygger på att undersöka hur CFO:n, eller motsvarande befattningshavare, på samtliga företag noterade på Nasdaq OMX Stockholm ser på förslaget om ett införande av obligatorisk byrårotation, samt vilka för- och nackdelarna anses vara.

Our surrounding world is constantly changing and to be able to keep up with the fast pace of change organizations need to be prepared to transform as well. If there is a need for an organization to undergo a change process, the people constituting the organization also need to be prepared to change their behavior. In order for the change process to turn out successful, it is of the utmost importance that all employees are given the chance to take part in the process. The challenge for leaders during a change process is, therefore, to ensure that their employees actively get involved.The purpose of this study is to apply Human Resource (HR) theories on to an organization in order to critically review how leaders in practice, can involve their employees, on the basis of a change process.The study is a qualitative case study, the empirical material has been collected at Falkenbergs Sparbank with the help of one unstructured interview with an employee at the marketing department and four semi structured interviews with the office managers.Relationship oriented leadership is beneficial to use during change since it advocates an open relationship between co-workers and exchange of information and knowledge. Relationship oriented leadership is considered to be a good leadership style if organizations wants to turn Human Resource theories in to practice.

Reumatoid artrit är bland de vanligaste av de inflammatoriska ledsjukdomarna och som oftast börjar i händer och fötter. Sjukdomen varierar mycket och ger olika besvär i perioder, men på sikt kan hela kroppen påverkas. Prevalensen är ca 0,5-1% och incidensen 25-30/100000 invånare och år i Sverige. Debuterar i alla åldrar, men vanligast är i åldern 55-60 år. Det är 2-3 gånger vanligare hos kvinnor än män.

Inom bilbranchen är produktkonfguratorer, där användaren själv kan sättasamman din bil utifrån möjliga val, en tjänst som återkommer hos de festabiltillverkare. Många av konfguratorerna bygger idag på en teknik och ettföde som innebär begränsningar i fexibilitet och användbarhet. En ny teknisklösning håller på att arbetas fram och innebär möjligheten att vidare förbättrabåde användbarhet och föde, vilket föranlett detta arbete. Genom att attundersöka användbarheten med hänsyn till användarens mål och den totalaupplevelsen kunde således en rad möjliga förbättringsområden identiferas.Dessa ledde sedan till ett antal förslag på alternativa lösningar som hade föravsikt att skapa ett bättre föde och därmed en bättre användarupplevelse. Dealternativa lösningarna ledde sedan till en prototyp som kunde testas för attundersöka hur de bidragit till ett bättre föde.

Concept - detail - buildingStockholm International Fairs, new main entrance I studied at the KTH School of Architecture from 1995 to 2000. After completing my studies I wanted to work in an office that had a structural way of thinking and that knew the building process; I therefore chose to work for Rosenberg Architects. I have worked on a number of projects, among them several for the Stockholm International Fairs, from the Rica Talk Hotel and Hall AE, to the new main entrance.In the projects we undertook at the School of Architecture we had to identify and draw details that were central to our concepts. I have here identified some key details that we considered to be essential for the concept in a built project; the new main entrance of the Stockholm International Fairs completed in 2013. The entrance has complex logistics with multiple intersecting flows: exhibitors, employees, journalists, VIPs and others.

I uppsatsen undersöks upplevelser av improvisationsteater. Syftet är att beskriva och förstå improvisationsdeltagares upplevelse av vad som sker i improvisationsteater. Ett övergripande syfte med detta är att bidra till att tydliggöra dramapedagogik i relation till improvisationsteater. Ansatsen i uppsatsen är kvalitativ och metoden är fenomenologisk. För insamling av data har intervju och fokusgruppssamtal använts.

This thesis is done in cooperation with SWECO Energuide in Växjö. They have been assigned by SKB in Oskarshamn to renew their electrical power supply and the ancillary processing systems in their Central provisional storage of spent nuclear fuel, CLAB. Today in the CLAB facility, the spent fuel is cooled down with water pumps, driven by asynchronous induction motors, where the water is regulated by mechanical valves to the desired flow. After the upgrade, the engines will be powered by AC drives that can control the pumps by changing the rotational speed and thus change the water's cooling effect on the nuclear fuel. In this study, I investigated the interference AC drives causes the feeding network and how to go about averting them.

This study is about a social workers? knowledge of shame. Shame in this context is the embarrassment and humiliation that many people feel when they have to apply for financial assistance which equates to approximately half a million people each year in Sweden. The aim of this study is to understand if and how social workers in this field become acquainted with shame, and how it is exposed and then handled by the social workers in the meeting and work with clients. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, we also to some extent, need to study knowledge and how social workers obtain knowledge in social work.

In a sustainable society the use of renewable energy and recycling of materials is of high importance. Wastewater treatment plants use large amounts of energy in the processing of wastewater. This study seeks to evaluate wastewater as an energy resource and to examine treatment plants potential to become sustainable energy producers. The study is based upon the internal processes of Himmerfja?rdsverket.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka idrottsutövares musikanvändande. Studien genomfördes i form av en enkätundersökning med kvalitativa och kvantitativa frågor där 252 idrottsutövare som utövar individuell idrott som till exempel friidrott och orientering deltog. Enkäten berörde frågor om idrottsutövarnas musikanvändande i vardagliga och idrottsliga situationer, känsloupplevelser i samband med musiklyssnande samt motiv till musikanvändning i idrottsutövandet. Resultatet visade att deltagarna medvetet använder musik för att påverka olika känslotillstånd i sitt idrottsutövande. Främst använder deltagarna musik i sin tävlingsförberedelse.

AbstractThe purpose with this essay has been to gain a greater understanding and clarify how an arena can create value within place marketing and development of a place brand. This will be achieved through a description of which values an arena causes in the surrounding areas and an understanding of how these values can be interpreted through the place brand. We decided to base our study according to the following two questions:1. What are the underlying reasons why there has been such a big trend with arena project?2.

Municipalities in Sweden are responsible for physical planning by developing a general plan. This plan contains intended land and water use for the area. This study aims to investigate the level of integra­tion of environmental issues in the general plan of Arboga municipality and also how well adapted the municipality is for climate change. Further on, the study intends to examine the focus of the gen­eral plan and at what rate the national environmental strategies are implemented in the local physi­cal planning of Arboga municipality. Methods used for this study are interviews and reviewing of the general plan itself and other key documents.

BACKGROUND The economic crimes related to the taxation authorities (SKM), aim at evading paying taxes and/or wrongly obtaining tax revenue. SKM has noticed that many newly established companies have intended to be carried on, only for a short period of time and with the aim of generating grant-revenues and in the meantime omit to pay or wrongly account for taxes. SKM wants to investigate the possibilities to develop a method of analysis to identify those corporations. PURPOSE The purpose of this essay is to make a survey of, and identify companies, who fail in their obligations concerning income-tax return and paying taxes and charges and to try to see what is characteristic for those companies in order to find out a method of analysis. Further a study of literature will be done especially concerning who will commit economic crimes and the reasons why they do it.

This report is the result of a thesis carried out during the spring of 2010 at Sandvik Coromant in Gimo. The purpose of this thesis has been to make an inventory and mapping of information used by flow groups that are most relevant for the day-to-day work. This mapping will then form the basis for information supplied by an automated system.The project consisted of:Identifying how the information is supplied today.Inquiring into the needs of an automated system.Which needs of information that will be provided by the system.Data collection occurred in two ways, both through observations and interviews. Observations of the participants were carried out early in the thesis, where the aim was to create a picture of the problem, and gradually develop a basis for the actual interview study. At each observation, an unstructured observation was used, which means that all activity was recorded.

För att finansiell rapportering ska ge läsaren en så klar bild som möjligt krävs en viss grad av harmonisering och upprättande av redovisningsstandards. Risken blir annars att redovisningen inte blir jämförbar och transparent. I december 2001 kom Redovisningsrådets Akutgrupp med ett uttalande som sa att koncernbidraget ska redovisas efter ekonomisk innebörd istället för, som tidigare, en bokslutsdisposition i resultaträkningen. Det problem som då uppstod var hur de företag som följde, och följer, Bokföringsnämnden skulle göra. Därför har Bokföringsnämnden under 2006 och 2007 skickat ut remisser med förslag på hur koncernbidraget i framtiden ska redovisas.
