The Mobile phone has contributed to massive changes in the way that human beings communicate with each other and is a technology that is a part of society?s globalization. Opinions differ in the area of user interface where some feel that mobile phones exclude users such as senior citizens or users with an intellectual or a physical disability.Universal Design ??design for all?, is a vision that intends to bring about settings, products and services that suits as many people as possible irrespective of an individual?s needs and prospects. The criteria for ?design for all? are among other things flexibility, user friendliness, comprehensibility and a high tolerance for mistakes.The purpose of this essay is to investigate the mobile phones graphic user-interface from the theory of a universal design.
Bakgrundsfaktorer till att patienter och anhöriga utövar våldshandling mot sjuksköterskor på sjukhus : en litteraturstudie
SammanfattningBakgrund:Tidigare litteratur beskriver att sjuksköterskor frekvent blir utsatta för våld på sin arbetsplats. Våldshandlingar orsakar spänningar i förhållandet mellan sjuksköterskor och patienter, vilket har negativa effekter på omvårdnaden.Syfte: Syftet med föreliggande studie var att beskriva bakgrundsfaktorer till att patienter och anhöriga utövar våld mot sjuksköterskor och annan vårdpersonal på sjukhus.Metod: En litteraturstudie med deskriptiv design, som inkluderade 15 artiklar. Artiklarna hittades i databaserna PubMed och Cinahl, sökorden som användes var Nurses, Patients, Hospitals, Workplace, Violence och Factors.Resultat: Huvudresultatet från denna studie var att bakgrundsfaktorer till våldshandlingar var höga arbetskrav på personal, långa väntetider, tid på dygnet, demografiska faktorer, substanspåverkan, påverkan av hälsotillstånd och inställning till sjukvården.Slutsats: Författaren till föreliggande litteraturstudie fann att de bakgrundsfaktorer som beskrevs till att patienter och anhöriga utövade våldshandlingar mot sjuksköterskor grundade sig i missnöje över vården eller att patienter och anhörigas beteenden påverkades av tillfälliga omständigheter. Socialsekreterares värdering av olika arbetsmiljöfaktorers betydelse för en god arbetsmiljö
Lately, alarming reports have appeared regarding the work environment and work situation of social workers. Research focusing on the promotion of health and well-being in the workplace among other professionals show that factors such as social relationships, ability to influence their work situation and leadership are important. A quantitative study was conducted focusing on the work climate for social workers employed by some of the district administrations in the City of Malmö. A questionnaire with questions and statements on various factors in the work environment was sent to 34 social workers. They were asked how important these factors were for their well-being, as well as to what extent they felt that these factors were present at work.

Abstract (in English) The report clarifies how the economy of Värnamo and Tingsryd area experiencing and implementing APL, it also reveals their need for jacking from the school to improve students achievement.By highlighting some of the requirements, expectations, obligations and rights as schools, businesses and students have between each other can enhance our understanding of each other's activities. With increased understanding of each other's needs, function and values can be a more seamless cooperation take place which can increase the efficiency, usefulness and effectiveness of APL and apprenticeship.The investigation of the report includes a survey of 25 questions that companies involved in APL answers and interviews by two well-designate individuals in the subject, Jonas Olofsson, who among other things, wrote the book "Krisen i skolan" and Annika Jervgren is research assistant in the National Apprentice Committee.The supervisor's actions during the APL are addressed and they are critical to student achievement and how the profession is perceived. It is also evident that there is a desire for increased communication between schools and businesses and that practice is governed by established documented procedures to make the workplace time will be as constructive as possible for the students..
Samarbete, autonomi och stora personalgrupper : En personalvetenskaplig fallstudie om förutsättningar för medarbetare i en grundskola
The study is based on a human science perspective in which we are interested in the school as a workplace for adults and work with personnel issues. The aim is to contribute with new knowledge about what conditions an employee considers important to carry out their work, and employees' experiences of working in large personnel groups.We have made a case study in a Swedish local primary school for students in lower ages, with between 60-70 employees. We conducted nine semi- structured interviews with a hand-picked selection of employees from different occupational groups in the school. The study is empirical data -driven qualitative with abductive approach. To analyze the collected datamaterial, we have used the empirical data -driven thematic analysis.From the results of the study some aspects appear clearly; employees need to be seen by his/her boss, importance of employee autonomy and employee experience of stress.
Den organisatoriska strukturens påverkan på Agile i praktiken
Agile as an idea was created in 2001 through the Agile Manifesto with focus on social relationships, communication and flexibility. This was a reaction to the traditional, hierarchical organization with the goal of restoring balance within organizations in the IT business. Today we can see a transit of Agile from the IT-industry to other industries and areas, such as HRM.There is a challenge in attempting to traditionally control a social idea such as Agile, and there is a lack of empirical studies of the organizational context and its effect on the interpretation of Agile in practice. This study is an attempt to connect Agile to the science of business administration.The purpose with this study is therefore to research the organizational contexts effects on the interpretation of Agile in practice, within IT and HRM. Where Agile is established or well known.To fulfill our purpose we chose social constructivism as our scientifically approach, and conducted 12 in-depth interviews.

Within decision-making theories, the rational decision-making model is the most commonly used. This because of its suitable foundation, enabling a structure to the complex decision process. The rational decision-making model is today not developed to include the aspects of strategic decision-making made in supply chain. According to studies, stress is the main reason for psychosocial illness and affects more women than men.

This is a qualitative study of high school students? definition of their conception of a ?good? teacher. Its purpose is to provide increased insight for teachers about students? ideas of the phenomenon. The study is based on the reports of six respondents, which was later analysed according to the Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis method (IPA).
Konflikthantering : Ett verktyg i det dagliga arbetet
Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka faktorer som kan vara av betydelse för att möjliggöra konflikthantering i det dagliga arbetet. Vi menar att om möjligheter skapas och initiativ tas från ledningens sida så kan organisationen utvecklas i en positiv riktning. Studien grundar sig delvis på teorier om vikten av att ha en tydlig struktur som uppfattas av medarbetarna som rättvis och att konflikter kan få konsekvenser för hela organisationen. Studien är av kvalitativ design och är utförd inom äldreomsorgen i en kommun i södra Sverige. Analysen visar att faktorer som: tydlig arbetsstruktur, gemensam vision och målsättning, utbildning inom konflikthantering, tydlig och öppen kommunikation, att ta sig tid till konflikthantering, att vara professionell och neutral och att ta ansvar och visa respekt har en betydande inverkan vid konflikthantering.
Förändring inom Polisen ? : en fallstudie ur ett medarbetarperspektiv
Background: The Swedish Police authorities have accomplished several changes the last years. We have studied one of these changes, the co-ordination of two supporting functions, economy and staffadministration at the Police authorities in Östergötland, Jönköping, Södermanland and SKL (Swedish crime technical laboratory). The initiative to this change was taken in 2002 and in 2003 a decision was made to create a joint servicecenter.Purpose: The purpose of this rapport is, in a collaborator perspective, to study the employees´ experiences of the change process.Method: The empirical material was collected throw interviews with the employees who have taken part in the change process. Even the leader of the project has been interviewed.Results: We have distinguished five central aspects in the change process. These are information/communication and understanding, the project leader, teamwork, timeaspect/reflexion and the leadership.

The borders between different countries, work places and cultures are diminished to a greater extent than before. Organizations over the world increasingly start to realize the possibilities of the use of a social intranet, also known as Enterprise 2.0. The social intranets can be used to collaborate and communicate with colleagues in the workplace. Both Cook (2008) and Coope (Barnett, 2011) say that Enterprise 2.0 is about to fundamentally change the way organizations communicate. But do companies know how these tools can be used?The study emanates from three questions:How can social intranets be used in business?How can internal communication and collaboration get easier through the use of a social intranet?What are the possible risks with the use of social intranets?In this study we have in a qualitative manner been interviewing two companies that currently use social intranets in their daily activities ? Securitas and Skåneme-jerier.
Lärmiljö, frizon eller sysselsättningsarena? : En kritisk analys av fritidshemmet i en era av new public management
In 2014, the Swedish leisure-time centres after school became widely criticized on several occasions by school authorities. The cause for its criticism was a reflection of leisure time-centres with lots of untrained staff and a lack of pedagogical aspirations. The conclusion of the criticism was that these leisure-time centres do not fulfil their potential. However, these assessments has only to a limited extent become a part of the public educational discourse in Sweden. This discourse has mainly focused on the decreasing results in the Swedish school, which has caught the attention in the media and ended up on the political agenda.
