Vid ett besök på en restaurang har förväntningarna blivit högre eftersom restaurangbesöken har ökat och gästerna ställer högre krav i Sverige. Helhetsupplevelsen har blivit en alltmer viktigare faktor under ett restaurangbesök. På Grythyttan i Örebro har man utvecklat en modellstudie, så kallad the five aspect meal model, som hjälp för att analysera vilka faktorer som kan uppfylla gästens krav vid ett restaurangbesök. Måltidens fem aspekter består av rummet, mötet, produkten, atmosfären och styrsystemet, där varje aspekt fyller en viktig roll i verksamheterna. Vi har tagit fasta på de fem aspekterna och applicerat dem mot Hongkongs restauranger.

The aim of this thesis is to investigate how libraries use thetools and ideas from library 2.0 in their reading promotionwork. We also want to include how librarians motivate thisuse and whatever merits and faults they encounter. We haveperformed document studies and interviews which we thenanalyzed with qualitative content analysis. Our theoreticframework in this study which we also used as a part of ourcoding scheme in the analysis was a model over the conceptlibrary 2.0 developed by Holmberg, Huvila, Kronquist-Bergand Widén-Wulff. This model describes seven aspects oflibrary 2.0 which is users, participation, library and libraryservice, web and web 2.0, social aspects, technology andinteractivity.

Location-based services (LBS) contains of services helping users of finding positions of themselves or other objects. LBS applications can present information in varies types of ways, these could be threw speech, text, geographic symbols, photos etc. Not many studies have been done to examine the aspects of LBS communication and there is a demand for user and context centered mapping.The purpose of this report is to present a model for the development of user and context based services. The model will give guide lines of recommendations when implementing LBS. The different technologies that support LBS will also be noticed.

The thesis deals with three document retrieval models based on logic: the Boolean model,the fuzzy model and the Van Rijsbergen model.In Chapter 1, the author presents the purpose of the thesis. This is to give the logical foundationof the models, to describe them and to examine them critically. In Chapter 2, some importantnotions in document retrieval are presented. Chapter 3 is devoted to the Boolean model, Chapter4 to the fuzzy model and Chapter 5 to the Van Rijsbergen model.These three chapters are organized in the same way. First, the logical foundation of the modelis given.

The essay investigates juvenile offenders experiences of the sanction ?ungdomstjänst? and how it may change attitudes towards committing criminal acts. The essay introduces qualitative interviews with four juvenile offenders, which have all executed ?ungdomstjänst?. The juveniles experiences of features that can be a part of the attitude change have been analyzed with a model of the motivation process, called ?Fyra F?, and four elements of persuading, which can affect an attitude change.

Idag lever femton procent av Sveriges befolkning med matöverkänslighet. Det ställer krav pårestaurangbranschen som måste kunna möta dessa gästers behov. Det finns dock problem inom branschen som försvårar situationen, dels bristande kunskap, hög personalomsättning samt en norm i samhället vilken säger att man tackar inte nej till mat som serveras. Uppsatsens teori och empiri utgår från Five Aspects Meal Model från Restaurant and Culinary Arts vid Örebro Universitet, samt författarna Link och Phelans (2001) fem komponenter för beskrivning av stigmatisering. Syftet med uppsatsen är att utforska matöverkänsliga gästers upplevelse och erfarenheter av besök på restaurang.

SammanfattningBakgrund Sedan 2011 är det lag i Sverige på att det ska serveras näringsriktig skollunch i grundskolan. Rektorn bör se till att det finns förutsättningar för eleverna, till exempel tidpunkten för måltiden och trivseln i skolrestaurangen, så att de går och äter lunch. Faktorer som logistiken och ljudnivån i skolrestaurangen påverkar elevernas matlust. Denna studie kommer att utgå ifrån the Five Aspects Meal Model (FAMM), en pedagogisk modell som ser till måltidens helhet.Syfte Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur högstadieelever upplever restaurangmiljön på sin skola i en kommun i norra Sverige.Metod En pappers- och webbaserad enkätundersökning genomfördes på tre skolor i en kommun i norra Sverige. Enkäten bestod av 14 frågor och bearbetades och analyserades i IBM SPSSStatistics 20.ResultatAntal elever som deltog i studien var 254 stycken varav 137 killar och 117 tjejer.

The purpose with this masters thesis was to model the scanner in a system for laser bathymetry. The model was then used to develop a controller for the scanner so a good search pattern was achieved. Two different types of models have been tested, a physical model and a Black Box model of Box Jenkins type. The physical model has been derived from Lagranges equations. Identification experiments have been used to compute the Black Box model and to find the unknown parameters in the physical model.
