This thesis will address a problem concerning availability of information systems at an enterprise within the financial sector and its external suppliers, so called trusted third party. The information system resides on the internal network of the enterprise and must be available to both employees of the enterprise and the trusted third party simultaneously. This contradicts the company policy which disallows third parties access to the internal network. The HAVECA-model introduced in this thesis provides a framework of methods, each solving a sub problem identified in the model. The identified methods are hardening, verification, control and assurance, together supplying a method for continuously securing the internal network against a trusted third party.

This study aims to build a deeper understanding of how differences in identities and communication can affect the possibilities of achieving a successful merger between companies from different type of industries. Our study is of qualitative nature and looks into the specific merger between Företagshälsovården AB and Managementkonsulterna AB. The study builds upon 16 semi structured interviews which are carried out with employees from both parts of the organization and with management personnel. Firstly our study shows that the different identities existing within the different parts of the organization, highly affect the integration process after a merger. Secondly we show that the level of communication transmitted from the management, but also between the different parts of the organization, affects the possibilities of creating a successful merger.

In today?s society, there are many people who suffer from physical pains due to their work situation. To work sitting down by a desk long hours every day is quite normal but this is a problem. People that sit down and work in the same position all day long the whole week will eventually be affected by long-term work injuries.Large multinational companies around the world offer a customer service where they serve customers who have experienced a problem with that company?s products or services.

Personer som drabbasbehandlasiblandmed käkbensrekonstruktion.Mycket lite är känt om hur dessa personer hanterar sin situation.Syfte: Att öka och fördjupa kunskapen om vilka strategier som personer som genomgått käkbensrekonstruktionefter komplikation till cancerbehandling, använder för att hantera sin situation.Metod: Klassisk grounded theory användes vid analysen av 11 kvalitativa intervjuer, som utfördes medöppna frågorutifrån en temaguide.Konsekutivt och teoretiskt urval användes tills saturation uppnåddes.Syftet med metoden är att förutsäga och förklara det studerade fenomenet.Resultat:I analysen framkom kärnkategorin ?att orka bära sitt öde?.Personer som genomgått en käkbensrekonstruktion p.g.a. osteoradionekros använder huvudsakligen fyra strategier för att hantera sin situation. De tar de chanser de får;börjar om på nytt genom att ta en dag i sänder; skaffar sig ett nytt perspektiv på livet;och söker stöd hos andra i alla tillgängliga sfärer.Konklusion/Implikation:Ett ökat stöd behövs riktat till denna grupp av patienter.

The study seeks knowledge about the Swedish euro-scepticism and about the work of the Swedish euro-sceptical Members of the European Parliament (MEPs). How do they work in an environment where the norm is to have a positive attitude towards a future federal state of Europe? How do they regard their own situation and possibilities to make a change?The study includes a debate on today's Swedish euro-scepticism as background. My finding about the MEPs? work is that their way of acting in the European Parliament does not distinguish from other MEPs? in large.

The Swedish bank Handelsbanken has, according to their own way of measuring, been more successful than a weighted average of their competitors during the last 38 years. They have also handled the recent financial crisis, as well as the one in the 1990´s, better than most other banks. This paper studies their management control system at branch level in order to identify the controls which have been enforced to ensure that a low risk level is retained in the lending. The controls that have been identified are; (1) A decentralized organization with the offices as profit centers where the manager has restrictions regarding risk level and the results are measured as K/I (cost/revenue). (2) The absence of bonuses and individual follow-up regarding performance measurement.

Ibland återger barn, exempelvis i förhörssituationer, otäcka berättelser om händelser som de hävdar att de upplevt, fast så inte är fallet. Möjligen anpassar barnen sig till den situation som den vuxna anger, vilket kan medföra att kriterierna för hågkomsten förändras. Syftet med denna studie var att se om aktiveringen av en kulturell stereotyp, låtsaskompisar, skulle påverka barns rapportering om låtsaskompisar i jämförelse med de som inte fick någon aktivering. Även antalet detaljer och ord i utsagorna studerades. Trettiosju stycken 6-åringar på en förskola uppdelade i två grupper deltog i studien.

Abstract The main purpose of this study was to investigate if and how the employees in elderly care experience stress and which underlying causes they understand to be important in their work situation. The purpose was also to investigate whether Karaseks and Theorells demands and control models could be used to explain the employees feelings of stress and to see in which categories the participants are in. Furthermore, the purpose was also to understand the participants work situation and to describe the factors and remedies the employees perceive to contribute to the stress levels at their workplace. 81 questionnaires were distributed at three different locations, two of which were in Ronneby and one in Örebro. 56 people answered the questionnaires. The result yielded that 80% of the participants felt stress during their working hours the last few years. The results are in agreement with the demands and control models which showed that people with high demands and low control experienced a higher degree of stress than people with lower demands and higher control, which corroborates the hypothesis 1.1..

In this thesis we focus on the issue of crowdfunding and especially how a project relates to and embraces its community. While a lot of related research focus on what makes people give, our research instead delve into whether a creator looks upon the sponsors as something more than just a financial resource. To manage this task we used a triangular perspective consisting of a case study, a questionnaire and a netnographic study. The goal was to gain the perspectives of creators, crowdfunding platforms and sponsors on how the communication between the community and the project works and can be improved.       The three crowdfunding platforms we reviewed (Kickstarter, IndieGoGo, Rockethub) all had fairly similar models on how to attract sponsors and make them involved in the project, while the questionnaire and netnographic study demonstrated how a community could contribute in different ways.

The purpose is also to add explanation by using Behavioral analysis Method: Quantitative research of bankruptcies using financial prediction models and qualitative study of psychological pitfalls. The study is deductive. Results: I found that it is possible to explain the bankruptcies using the prediction models. The behavioural perspective adds further explanation.

I förskolan möts ofta barn med språkstörningar och pedagogerna har ett ansvar att arbeta förebyggande med språket för att motverka språkstörning. Genom rätt stimulans kan barnets utveckling förbättras. Syftet med detta arbete är att synliggöra vilka möjligheter och svårigheter det finns i arbetet med barn med språkstörningar. Vi har genom kvalitativa intervjuer med verksamma pedagoger försökt undersöka dessa barns situation i förskolan. För att kunna avläsa barns situation behöver man se vilka kunskaper pedagogerna har om språket och dess betydelse.

I dagens samhälle är det inte ovanligt att man under någon period i livet varit arbetslös. Har man inte varit det själv finns det förmodligen någon i ens närhet som är eller har varit arbetslös. I detta examensarbete har jag fördjupat mig i hur man uppfattar sin situation som arbetslös då man är över 45 år. Det övergripande syftet med studien är att öka förståelsen för hur äldre uppfattar och hanterar situationen som arbetslös. I min studie har jag använt mig av en kvanlitativt inriktad analysmetod som heter fenomenografi.

Science has shown that siblings to children with a disability are affected by the family situation. The siblings often let their own needs and requests come secondary to their family members. This study illustrates how different professionals, who keep in contact with families with a disabled child, works with its siblings. The purpose with this study was to see how professionals, working as administrators, counselors at the habilitation and kin supporters in the region of Kalmar, include siblings while working with the families. Representatives from the professionals have been interviewed with a semi structured interview manual.The result showed that professionals have various opinions how siblings are affected by the family situation.
