Discussions started on how to handle liquidity problems crises in credit institutions and investment with the financial in 2008 as a research background. This led to the establishment of a new legislation regarding the current managing of liquidity risks which involves major changes in organizations. The changes will address the problems on how a successful implementation work could be completed and what is required of the organizations. Good communication is essential in order to have a successful changing process when everything an organization undergoes requires clear and ongoing communication.The purpose of this paper was to examine if Organization X application communications to the same extent as a deployment model shows. Organization X was the company we chose to investigate as they are one of many banks that are facing the upcoming change.Communication Concepts such as understanding, dialogue, discussion, open mindness, transparency and participation, have been key words during our work.

De instrument som används för att mäta patienters förväntningar av omvårdnaden finns i olika utformanden men det är få som är utvecklade med inverkan från patienternas egna förväntningar. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva patienters förväntningar av mötet med sjuksköterskan. Sju vetenskapliga studier analyserades med en manifest kvalitativ innehållsanalys och resulterade i tre kategorier: Att få en bra relation, Att kunna vara delaktig, Att vilja bli sedd och lyssnad på. Resultatet visade att patienter förväntade sig att etablera en god relation till sjuksköterskan där medbestämmande i den egna omvårdnaden var av stor vikt. Resultatet visade också att patienter ville bli sedda som individer och att sjuksköterskan tog sig tid för att lyssna på dem.

Vi har i vårt arbete studerat hur ART (Aggressive Replacement Training) som metod kan användas ute i skolans värld. Frågan vi ställde oss var: Kan ART användas som resurs i grundskolan och i så fall hur? Arbetet syftar till att belysa och konkretisera ART både som behandlingsmetod för elever med aggressivt beteende samt i förlängningen, integrerat i skolverksamheten som skolämne. I teoridelen beskriver vi ART utifrån litteratur i ämnet, tillvägagångssätt och metodik. I empiridelen har vi intervjuat både elever och pedagoger/tränare ute i verksamheten.

This master thesis is aiming to find out how school libraries work towards children in school years 1-6. The mainfocus is how the school librarians and teachers work with literature and reading. The theoretical viewpoints aremainly the sociocultural theory and the child perspective.The study was conducted with participants from five different schools in Uppsala, in the form of qualitativesemi-structured interviews. The results show that schools work with literature first and foremost in a pragmaticway, with reading-strategies and activating discussions. Very little time is spent on reading for its own sake.

Många barn tillbringar en stor del av sin tid på fritidshem tillsammans med en eller flera fritidspedagoger. Denna studie syftar till att undersöka vilka kunskaper som fritidspedagoger har om barnens utveckling. Tycker fritidspedagogerna att det ingår i deras roll att följa och bedöma hur barnen utvecklas? Hur använder de dokumentation och andra instrument för att följa denna utveckling? Slutligen avser undersökningen att ta reda på vad fritidspedagogerna gör med den kunskap som de har om barnen. Denna studie är en kvalitativ studie där sju fritidspedagoger, tre kvinnor och fyra män, i Kristianstad kommun har intervjuats.

Medlemmar i kooperativa företag är både ägare och nyttjare. Detta leder till en komplexitet i beslutsfattandet, då styrelsen måste ta hänsyn till båda dessa roller. The demand for biogas as vehicle fuel has risen sharply and there is a great need for increased production. A possible addition of vehicle gas can be produced by upgrading landfill gas which is formed by degradation of organic waste. This thesis investigates the potential of producing vehicle fuel from landfill gas in the region of Biogas Öst.In 2008, an amount of 32 million Nm3 landfill gas was extracted in the region. This level can be maintained for another ten years if the efficiency of gas extraction is improved. The annual production will decrease with time since landfills aren?t allowed to receive more organic waste.

This Master's thesis discusses the freedom of speech, the right to freedom of opinion and expression, freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas in the context of public libraries in Sweden. The scope of this thesis is to examine the acquisition and maintenance of the literature about the killing of Sweden's Prime Minister Olof Palme 1986. This literature will serve as an instrument to measure the extent to which Swedish public libraries adhere to the rules set by the Swedish parliament, United Nations' universal declaration of human rights article 19, UNESCO's public library manifesto and the principles of the Federation of Library Associations and Institutions..

It is well known that small businesses and entrepreneurs in the initial phase has difficult to gain access to external capital and bank loans. With the background of the problems that entrepreneurs face when they ask for capital has since the financial crisis the phenomenon of crowdfunding developed and evolved. Crowdfunding is an alternative source of funding for entrepreneurs to fund their ideas through small or medium-sized capital contribution from a larger amount of investors, often investors who have any kind of relationship with the entrepreneur or to the very idea. This study examined the factors that motivate and guide an investor's decisions when they select their projects. The results of the study show that the motives of the various existing forms of crowdfunding is big.

Sweden has a long and extensive wind band tradition. Today the interest for the traditional instruments is decreasing among children and teenagers. What can this be due to? Which conditions are needed for a functional wind band in the future? The purpose of this essay is to find answers to these questions and at the same time shed light on good examples, where the wind band activity works. To be able to answer the questions have I made four interviews with persons who have a big knowledge and interest about the subject.

This study investigates a method for identifying human capital and its effect on company valuation. We devise a measure for the efficiency of human capital based on the personnel cost. We include all companies listed in the financial and industry sector on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm in an attempt to examine human capital and its effect on firm valuation. Our results indicate that a higher efficiency of human capital has a positive effect on return on assets. However, we find that our measure can be interpreted in two ways; either as a firm?s level of human capital efficiency or its dependency on human capital, to achieve its net sales and revenue.

This study evaluates the retention of nitrogen and phosphorus in four newly constructed wetlands in the municipality of Falkenberg, Sweden. The four wetlands have been selected because they have been specifically constructed with the aim to reduce nitrogen and phosphorus in farming areas. The process of selecting the specific wetlands has been done in collaboration with the county administration in Halland. Through field studies in collaboration with the landowners where the wetlands are sited, the areas that provide the wetlands with water were determined. The size of these drainage areas were determined in a GIS computer program. The type of land use within the drainage areas was also determined.

The purpose with this study is to compare different systems of grain storage from a financial point of view. Grain that is supposed to be fed to laying hens. The systems that were compared were different airtight storage of grain and a system of conventional storage. To make this case study I choose to compare four different systems. In the case study there was one system with bin drying of the grain, two systems with airtight storage of the grain and one system where you buy dried grain during the season. I made several of capital investment appraisal where I found the cost of each system, then I took the cost and divided it with the total grain use and calculated the cost for each kilogram of grain, and also the cost of the feed. Then I compared the cost from my case study with the cost of buying feed. All the systems except for one, gave a lower cost for the hen feed than buying feed from a dealer The best system, witch were bin drying lower the cost with about 80 000:- SEK.

Background: Increasingly, companies choose to finance their business with corporate bonds which has resulted in an increased demand on credit ratings. As such the rating agencies have a very important role in the financial markets. Examining the value of a credit-rating can be very interesting for both issuer and investor. Purpose: The purpose of the study is to identify and define the value of rating. Execution: The study is built upon nine interviews with rated and non-rated firms and investors.

VAS-skalan är ett instrument som gör det möjligt att överföra subjektiva upplevelser hos patienter till en objektiv bedömning som hjälp för vårdpersonal. Syftet är att undersöka användningen av VAS-skalan bland sjuksköterskor på opererande vårdavdelningar. Metoden är en enkätstudie och resultatet presenteras i antal. Urvalet utgjordes av samtliga sjuksköterskor (n = 30) som arbetar på två avdelningar. Detta urval är så kallat icke-slumpmässigt och kan benämnas bekvämlighetsurval. Huvudresultatet är att flertalet respondenter använder VASskalan. Det vanligaste användningsområdet är vid smärtbedömning och dokumentationen av användandet i patientjournalen är vanligt förekommande. Studien kan betraktas som en pilotstudie på grund av den lilla mängden datamaterial vilket innebär att den kan ligga till underlag för en större framtida studie.
