Metoden för detta är att genom en kvalitativ textanalysgranska samtliga insatser som påbörjats efter det kalla krigets slut och fram till idag. Analysverktyget som användshar tagits fram för att granska utrikes- och försvarspolitiska doktriner och tjänar därför uppsatsen syfte väl.Internationella insatser är ett bra uttryck för en praktisk politik.

Abstrakt                                                                                             Syftet med undersökningen var att belysa och jämföra förändringar som sker i den kommunala musikskoleverksamheten när den utsätts för konkurrens och finansiering via checksystem. Undersökningen begränsades till Nacka och Österåker, de kommuner där systemet använts längst. Genom intervjuer av kommuntjänstemän och musikskoleledare samt i en enkätstudie hos musikpedagogerna undersöktes vilka faktorer som lett till förändringar i verksamheten och hur dessa upplevdes, samt hur de olika parterna såg på den framtida kommunala musikskolan. Resultatet av undersökningen visade att det var checksystemets utformning och kommunens styrning som bidrog till förändringar i verksamheten. Nacka kommun och Österåkers kommun hade utformat olika checksystem som gav skilda konsekvenser för verksamheterna.

Bootstrapping kan användas som komplement eller substitut till externfinansiering som metoder för resursanskaffning till lägsta möjliga kostnad.Samtliga respondenter föredrog internt genererade medel framför banklån.Ökning av eget kapital med hjälp av externa finansiärer visade sig vara detminst önskvärda alternativet för kapitalanskaffning.Studien visade attägartillförda medel och nyttjande av släkt och vänner var de vanligastförekommande metoderna för bootstrapping i de tillfrågade företagen.Av de tillfrågade företagen var de som ansåg sig existera på en riskfylldmarknad mer benägna att använda sig av bootstrappingmetoder..

Populärmusikforskning med genusperspektiv har ofta fokuserat på kvinnor som befinner sig i maskulina praktiker, vilket därmed gör oss nyfikna på det motsatta. Att som ung kille våga erkänna att man tycker om att sjunga kräver mod samt självkänsla och självförtroende eftersom han trotsar de traditionella könsrollerna. Vi vill undersöka hur de män som har sång som primärt instrument förhåller sig till att deras instrument kan associeras till femininitet.Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka hur manliga sångare beskriver sin röst och röstutveckling, samt hur de hanterar att de verkar inom en feminin praktik.Uppsatsen bygger på fyra manliga sångares skrivna levnadsberättelser och är skriven ur ett genusperspektiv med fokus på maskulinitet inom populärmusiken.

In light of the current debate on gender equality and behavioral finance, the study aims to describe whether gender differences in financial stock picking can be explained by the different multiples found within the Value Investing Theory. Furthermore, the study aims to determine which of the four portfolios, value, growth, male or female, that has had the strongest return. The results suggest that there is an association between female and value stocks as well as between male and growth stocks. To invest money in funds is increasing rapidly in popularity and one of the biggest reasons is that banks are offering a greater range of funds. Information about funds is always easy to find and it is easy to invest money in a fund because the bank takes care of all the management of the fund.The essay examines two funds from two different countries with an aim to choose the one with best potential yield. The first fund is entirely invested in North America and the second fund invests in Asia, with most of its possessions in companies from China. Both these funds invest in wellknown companies in respective region. The essay is limited to compare these funds with data from 2005 to 2009.Information was collected from Morningstar and Avanza Bank for the quantitative examination.

Jag undersöker hur den konstnärliga processen att arrangera inom popmusik påverkas när man som arrangör använder sig av elektroniska instrument, programmerade för att återskapa akustiska klanger, istället för de akustiska instrumenten som återskapats.
