In light of the current debate on gender equality and behavioral finance, the study aims to describe whether gender differences in financial stock picking can be explained by the different multiples found within the Value Investing Theory. Furthermore, the study aims to determine which of the four portfolios, value, growth, male or female, that has had the strongest return. I dagens läge arbetar många lantbruksföretag med en ansträngd ekonomi där det gäller att sänka sina kostnader för att öka sin vinst. Då många inkomster och utgifter är rörliga och ändras varje år så som priset på insatsvaror och priset på den sålda varan, gäller det att sänka de kostnader man kan styra över själv. En sådan kostnad är maskinkostnaden, ett sätt för att minska den är att ingå ett samarbete för att bruka maskinerna på större areal. I detta examensarbete görs en analys av två gårdar med hänsyn till deras aktuella maskinkostnader, och de maskinkostnader som skulle uppstå vid två olika samarbeten. De två olika produktionsinriktningar som samarbetet grundas på är en konventionell odling och en ekologisk odling. För att ge en helhetsbild av dessa samarbeten så har vi förutom maskinkostnader även räknat på läglighetskostnader, transportkostnader och intäkter för varje produktionsgren. För att uppnå syftet har fakta samlats in genom litteratur och beräkningar gjorts i ett maskinkalkyleringsprogram från JTI. De två gårdarna som arbetet omfattar brukar idag ca 300 hektar vardera och skulle genom ett samarbete få en samlad areal på ca 600 hektar.
