Mitt syfte med detta examensarbete är att få en inblick i gymnasieungdomars livsfrågor, samt studera huruvida det finns en religiös dimension i deras resonemang. För att få svar på detta har jag visat en film och i samband med denna genomfört två kvalitativa fokusgruppsintervjuer med åtta gymnasieungdomar. I transkriberingen av intervjuerna har jag urskiljt sju teman som visat sig vara centrala när ungdomarna resonerar kring livsfrågor. Resultatet av min empiriska undersökning stämmer till stor del överens med den tidigare forskning och de teorier som jag presenterar inom ämnesområdet.När ungdomarna reflekterar och samtalar kring livsfrågor befinner de sig ofta i den egna sfären. De livsfrågor som ungdomarna i min empiriska undersökning uppmärksammar är framförallt kärlek, identitet, orättvisor men också familj och vänner, ångest och stress samt döden.

The aim of this master?s thesis is to examine how managers in some public libraries are using performance measurements and to what extent decision making is based on the results. The main questions posed are:??What performance measurements and indicators are used in the libraries examined???What is the attitude towards performance measurements among library managers???How and to what extent are performance measurements and indicators used in the process of decision making???What improvement would library managers wish regarding the development of performance measurements in public libraries?The theory is based on a model of evaluation of the public sector in addition to general steps of evaluation of quality and performance measurement results. The Swedish Energy Agency has therefore started the campaign ?Halvera Mera? to encourage demonstration projects that will show how to renovate in an energy efficient way, and in doing so prove that it is possible to reduce a building?s energy usage by half and still make a profit. These projects are intended to serve as good examples and give inspiration to residential owners to perform energy efficient renovations. Since the 9/11-attacks several nations have been confronted with a new international threat, its nature traces back to the political- and religious- radical movements of the 20th century Cold War. Ever since, various states have been under threat by terrorist organizations around the world due to mainly participating in worldwide counter-terrorist interventions created by western alliances. In Sweden, amongst other countries, the state took security-precautions that would imply total control of information throughout the territorial borders. The assigned proposition was accepted by the Swedish parliament in June 18th 2008, after this date wild spread criticism was still in effect ever since the Swedish government first publicly announced the proposition in May 8th 2007. This study emphasizes on understanding why the Swedish government chose to present this proposition to parliament, in order to complete this task the study will present the motives and the alleged threats that were the core of the proposition and its value-maximizing goal of creating a new surface for Swedish homeland security.
