The increased specialisation and complexity in products and services has
created the need for Swedish companies to focus more on their core businesses.
This has resulted in them opting to buy services and products that lie outside
of their core business from consultancy businesses or other types of suppliers.
When companies describe their offers in internal and external marketing it is
done often in terms of company or service attributes that are not based on
customer value or offered value for the customer. The reason for this is that
companies have not adapted their services to the different needs of their
customers. As a result of this, they run the risk of offering the same services
as their competitors and communicate values that the customers either do not
understand or experience as value adding.
By using the theory on the data collection from the case company we have an
understanding and shown how the customer values can be developed from a service
company?s internal and external prerequisites and competitive advantages.

In Swedish school library research, the role of the school library has seldom been studied in a subject-specific context. When it has been, the subject has usually been a theoretical subject such as Swedish or Social studies. The purpose of this master's thesis is to study what role or roles the school library can play in a different context, in the program-specific subjects at a trade oriented program in the Swedish upper secondary school, and to determine what factors affect the possibility for the school library to play a role in such a context. The Food Programme was selected as the specific program to be studied. In this program, the students learn a trade, in this case bakery, and the teaching in the program-specific subjects can be expected to be practical in nature.

At Saab Aerosystems, situated in Linköping Sweden, there is a presentation and manoeuvre simulator simulating the fighter jet JAS-39 Gripen. This flight simulator is called PMSIM. In this thesis we study how to transfer sensor images generated by PMSIM to other simulators or desktop computers. The transmission is band-limited so some kind of image coding must be used. Because of this the greater part of this thesis is concerned with image coding.

Previous research has recognized that advertising creativity can result in positive signaling effects for consumers, thus proving creativity to be a useful tool and not a wasteful effort within marketing. However, research within this matter has only lightly touched upon the outcome of signaling effects within a business-to-business context. Since other implications prevail within a B2B market - for instance the professional position in which individuals act, the existence of buying centers, and the heavy weight placed on most decisions - the conception and influence of advertising creativity may be altered. This paper aims to give an overview of whether increased advertising creativity results in positive signaling effects among individuals employed within a B2B context. Furthermore, the paper aspires to examine the potential influence of aspects prevailing within B2B markets, such as the need for contemplating the desires of numerous individuals involved, on the outcome of advertising creativity.

Vår förhoppning är att denna insikt skall kunna bidra till att minska det informationsbehov som företag i denna bransch ställs inför där de idag kan ha bristfällig information. Metod För att besvara de frågeställningar som uppkommit under problemdiskussionen har vi använt oss av både primär och sekundär data. Vi har utgått från den sekundärdata vi insamlat för att få en teoretisk bas att stå på. Den primärdata vi insamlat baserar på kvalitativa djupintervjuer och samtal med sakkunniga.
Utveckling av affärsmodeller på laddningsmarknaden : En studie av elbilsladdning i Sverige
This paper covers a study of the Swedish charging market for electric vehicles from both the perspective of stakeholders and car owners. By interviewing representatives of four key stakeholders on the market; commercial parkings, malls, service stations and working places, data regarding their business models of today is examined. At present electricity is provided for free, but all stakeholder point out that this business model is not sustainable in the long run. The result of the interviews shows that electricity won?t be offered for free in the future ? the question is which factors affect how long it will take for the different stakeholders to find a suitable business model.

Our purpose with this subject is to increase the understanding of which components affects the relation between internal marketing, communication control and complaints. We have chosen the subject, internal marketing because it caught our interest in an earlier course. On the basis of the literature of costumer complaint there have not been so much research about it and that is why we have chosen this perspective on internal marketing.This study is based on a qualitative approach.
Vägledning i SO-undervisningen : Epistemologiska riktningsgivare för ämnesspecifik språkutveckling
Denna studie behandlar hur läraren vägleder elever i skolans samhällsorienterande undervisning (SO- undervisning) samt hur två lärare arbetar med ämnesspecifika ord och begrepp i historieämnet. Två lärare och klasser i årskurs fyra och fem har observerats med videokamera. Analysen av lärarnas vägledning har gjorts i jämförelse med de fem epistemologiska riktningsgivare, bekräftande, instruerande, genererande, om-orienterande och om-konstruerande, som tidigare identifierats i forskning om den naturorienterande undervisningen (NO-undervisningen). Analysen av lärarnas arbete med ämnesspecifika ord och begrepp har utgått från en praktisk epistemologisk analys vilket innebär att vi analyserat meningsskapande med hjälp av begreppen stå fast, möte, relation och gap samt att vi utforskat lärarens vägledning av eleverna med hjälp av begreppen privilegiering och stöttning. Vi har kunnat se att samtliga fem epistemologiska riktningsgivare som identifierats i forskning av NO-undervisningen också kan appliceras inom SO-undervisningen, samt att lärarens val och arbete med dessa epistemologiska riktningsgivare också gör dennes privilegiering synlig.

Uppsatsen har en kvalitativ ansats med intervjuer som undersökningsmetod. Det
empiriska materialet är hämtat från delvis strukturerade intervjuer med 23
företagsledare för mikroföretag. Analys av det empiriska materialet är sedan
gjord mot befintliga teorier för att
kartlägga hur mikroföretag arbetar med ekonomistyrning.
De slutsatser vi drar av vårt arbete är att mikroföretagare använder
ekonomistyrning utan att egentligen vara medvetna om det. De använder enklare

Olfactory responses of the parasitic wasp, Trybliographa rapae (Hymenoptera: Figitidae)
Delia flies (Diptera: Anthomyiidae) are economically important pests in several horticultural crops. The control is commonly relying on chemical insecticides, though there are possibilities with biological control from the natural enemies in the field. An important natural enemy is the parasitic wasp, Trybliographa rapae Westwood (Hymenoptera: Figitidae) that lays eggs in the Delia fly larvae. The parasitoid larva and the host larva have a parallel development until the host dies within its puparium and an adult parasitoid emerges.
The aim of this thesis was to understand the attraction to host- and food-associated plant volatiles of T. rapae, in order to enhance the effectiveness of the parasitic wasp as a biological control agent.
