Reklam i din bästa vän? : en jämförelse av uppfattningar av reklam genom E-mail respektive SMS
The work with this paper began with a belief that the permission aspect plays acrucial part when it comes to consumers perceptions of marketing through E-mailand SMS - especially when it comes to advertising that is received through a devicethat the consumer has a strong personal relationship with. The questions to beinvestigated was: "How do users of computers and mobile phones feel aboutadvertisement received through E-mail and SMS?" and "In what way does the usersrelationship to the computer or mobile phone affect how they feel about theadvertisement?". The study was based on a questionnaire as well as an analysis of theresponses in combination with previous research on the subject.The results showed that the majority of the respondents from this papers surveywere found to have a negative attitude toward advertisement through both E-mail andSMS. However, the respondents turned out to have a slightly higher tolerance foradvertisement through E-mail than towards advertisement through SMS.
Ska Sverige anta CISG del II?
Föreliggande uppsats syfte är att utreda huruvida Sverige är i behov av en moderniserad och mer internationellt anpassad avtalslag. För snart tjugo år sedan ratificerade Sverige den internationella köplagen United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, CISG, med reservation för konventionens del II om ingående av avtal. Detta eftersom Sverige tillämpar löftesprincipen vid ingående av avtal och CISG utgör en kompromiss mellan löftes- och kontraktsprincipen. Sverige är tillsammans med de övriga nordiska länderna ensamt om att reservera sig mot denna del och har därför av andra staters näringsliv kommit att ses som provinsiellt samt bakåtsträvande. Den globala handeln blir allt viktigare för Sverige och det svenska näringslivet har till följd av detta ställt krav på landets ledande makthavare att dra tillbaka reservationen och att anta den avtalsrättsliga delen.

Problem formulation: What factors influence the customer?s choice of bank? How is the customer loyalty towards the customer?s current bank?Purpose: The main purpose is to see what factors are definitive to the customer?s choice of bank and how strong the customer loyalty is towards the bank. It is also interesting to see whether customers who are satisfied with their current bank may still consider switching to something else.Method: The method is both qualitative and quantitative methods of data collection, with main focus on a quantitative survey. The qualitative part consists of interviews with a smaller focus group to receive a deeper insight of the consumer?s thoughts regarding the main purpose and problem formulations.Conclusion: The main factor when choosing a bank is recommendations from family or friends.
Relationsmarknadsföring inom modebranschen - En studie av kundklubbar, nyhetsutskick och den personliga interaktionen i detaljhandeln
Relationsmarknadsföring har idag blivit en central del i många företags marknadsföring. Kort sammanfattat är relationsmarknadsföring ett marknadsföringssätt som fokuserar på att etablera och utveckla relationen till kunden. Eftersom en konsument idag, bland annat med hjälp av Internet, har tillgång till väldigt mycket information ökar medvetenheten och ger kunden en större möjlighet att välja var och av vem hon ska handla. De konventionella marknadsföringsmetoderna blir alltmer ineffektiva och företagen lägger istället mer energi på att skapa en relation till kunden som individ. Inom modebranschens detaljhandel syns detta tillvägagångssätt i form av kundklubbar, nyhetsutskick och den personliga interaktionen i butikerna.
Utveckling av intranet på Pharmacia & Upjohn, Helsingborg : Informationsspridning med hjälp av WWW teknologi
The purpose of this paper is to describe how the workgroup and I developed and constructed an Intranet at Pharmacia & Upjohn, Helsingborg. The Intranet was constructed by the help of WWW-technique. The intention was to increase and improve the distribution of information in the large company. Some of the employees were interviewed and asked what they could gain by using the Intranet for information distribution instead of the usual papers. They also got a chance to tell us what they thought about the whole idea with the Intranet.
Utvärdering av Balsgårds nya äppelgenbank :
To identify and evaluate apple cultivars is not an easy task, since the taste and appearances of the fruit are affected by where the apple tree grows. At the Balsgård new apple gene bank there is a unique and interesting collection of over 260 different cultivars from all over the world. To find out if these cultivars are consistent with previously published descriptions, the fruit was evaluated for some of the cultivars. Among the evaluated cultivars some were selected that could be suitable for cultivation and/or fruit breeding. A few cultivars were in addition analyzed at a consumer evaluation at the Kivik apple market where visitors could vote for the most beautiful apple and the best taste.

Almost every day newspapers cover companies and brands in crisis. This should worry companies as negative publicity has been shown to have a great influence on consumer perceptions on brands. In addition, brand crises have been shown to be contagious, meaning that they also affect consumers? views on other similar brands. This study aims to investigate spill-over effects of one brand crisis to another within a product category.
Effektivisering av den administrativa delen av orderprocessen : En fallstudie på Sandvik Wire
Sandvik Wire needed a review of the administrative part of the order fulfillment process and especially the work around packing and the inventory of finished goods. Therefore we acquired the assignment to investigate the administrative part of the order fulfillment process in the company with the purpose to identify potential for improvement. This investigation was performed with focus on the terminal and packing functions. The purpose with the investigation was also to identify critical factors for an efficient order fulfillment process and investigate if information quality is such a factor.Data was collected through interviews and observations on Sandvik Wire. With the help of this data the information and material flows was mapped, the work within terminal and packing, and adjacent functions was investigated.
Drivet bakom klivet - en studie av drivkrafterna bakom steget från näringsliv till ideell sektor
The Swedish nonprofit sector is experiencing a sectoral change, moving closer to the corporate sector to become more commercialized. The recruitment of leaders with corporate experience constitutes one of the factors influencing this development. Hence, to create an understanding of this sectoral change, the thesis aims to investigate the motivational forces underlying the leaders' decisions to work within the nonprofit sector. Additionally, the thesis seeks an understanding of why the leaders' decisions were made later in their careers. Through conducting qualitative interviews with leaders representing top management of six humanitarian organizations in Sweden, the study finds that nonprofit leaders with corporate background, analogous to volunteers and employees, are motivated by a sense of relatedness to the vision of the organization.
Varmformade eller kallformade konstruktionsrör ur ett lönsamhetsperspektiv : Undersökning av ekonomisk differens i valet mellan VKR och KKR
I Sverige kan VKR (varmformade konstruktionsrör) vara 15-23 % dyrare än KKR (kallformade konstruktionsrör) av samma tvärsnittsstorlek. Trots detta lägre pris på KKR har det uppskattats att i Svensk stålbyggnation används endast 5 % KKR, av det totala användandet av VKR och KKR. I detta examensarbete har det först undersökts vilka skillnader i egenskaper som finns mellan VKR och KKR. Därefter beräknas prisdifferensen mellan de två profiltyperna när de utsätts för en centrisk tryckkraft under likadana förhållanden. Målet är att ta reda på vilket som är det mest ekonomiskt lönsamma alternativet i valet mellan VKR och KKR.Tryckkraftskapaciteten med hänsyn till knäckning för alla profilstorlekar i Tibnor konstruktionstabeller har beräknats för varje möjlig kombination av tio olika längder mellan 1 till 10 m, tio olika laster mellan 100 till 1000 kN och två olika upplagsförhållanden, ledad i båda ändarna eller fast inspänd i båda ändarna.

Store windows, as many earlier research studies indicate, is an important factor of the store atmosphere to attract customers into the store. In this study we have narrowed it down and chosen to focus on how different contexts of the store windows will effect customers' evaluation. The purpose is to find out how the context of high creativity and low creativity combined with different time aspect in store windows will affect store image, attitude, entering decisions and purchase intention toward the store. The results are based on a quantitative study where we did an experiment and a field study. The result shows that higher level of creativity is better than lower level of creativity in certain aspects.
Etnisk boendesegregation : En kvalitativ studie om etnisk boendesegregation i Nybro ur ett postkolonialt perspektiv
A refugee reception has been placed in Kungshall, one of Nybros residential areas. The area has a bad reputation and there are arguably prejudices about the area from the local population. I therefore want to investigate if an ethnic residential segregation exists in Kungshall, from a postcolonial perspective. The following research questions have been formulated: How do residents who doesn?t live in the refugee reception, look at ethnic residential segregation in Nybro? How has Kungshall changed since the refugee reception? Does a cultural racism exist in Kungshall? The study is a qualitative study using semi structured interviews of four people living in the residential area, a person who has moved out of the area and a person working on the housing corporation ?Nybro bostads AB?, who is one of the housing corporation responsible for the residential area Kungshall.
Styrmedel och marknadslösningar för minskat matavfall från hushåll
Varje år kasseras stora mängder mat i Sverige. En viss mängd av det matavfall som uppstår kan inte undvikas eftersom ett livsmedels alla delar inte kan konsumeras och därför måste slängas vid matlagning. Trots detta kvarstår faktum att stora mängder mat kastas före användning på grund av att hantering och tillagning inte sker på ett fördelaktigt sätt.
I denna uppsats presenteras och analyseras två svenska kommuners system för avgiftsbeläggning inom området för matavfallshantering. Kommunerna har valt att implementera olika system. Gotlands kommun har valt att implementera en viktbaserad avfallstaxa medan Uppsala kommun istället tillämpar en fast avgift baserad på sopkärlets storlek.

The consumer of today is bombarded by an increasing number of commercial messages, which makes it harder and harder for brands to cut through the clutter. Because of this, new methods are developed and introduced to the market every day. One of the most widely discussed of these methods is guerrilla advertising. Even though the method has received numerous praises there are not any academic proofs supporting these arguments. The authors, of this thesis, have examined if guerrilla advertising is more or less effective compared to traditional advertising and what the reasons for the result are.
Brottsförebyggande arbete i Karlskrona Kommun
Theft without break-ins has increased significantly in the last year of swimming, sports and leisure facilities in Karlskrona, more precisely 60%. Vandalism in the shape of graffiti is another common crime. The solutions are divided into social and situational crime prevention. Social crime prevention engage in actions that are based on social causes of crime rather than the opposite situational crime prevention, which instead assumes that discourage with the help of technical solutions and has as primary objective to hinder accessibility for example theft friendly goods. The main purpose of this work is to come up with solutions to prevent these crimes, while also being cost-effective and realistic to implement.
