Frågan om vid vilket moment bundenhet uppstår vid successivt undertecknande av formalavtal har prövats i Högsta domstolen (HD) vid tre avgöranden de senaste 15 åren, av vilka det senaste avgjordes så sent som 2012. Avgörandena har berört frågan huruvida bundenhet uppstår vid den tidpunkt den andra parten undertecknar avtalet eller om bundenhet uppstår först vid den tidpunkt det undertecknade avtalet kommuniceras till den första parten eller till en i förhållande till den andra parten fristående person.Med anledning av bristen på tydlighet i gällande rätt, vilken tagit sig uttryck i skiljaktiga meningar i rättstillämpningen, har det varit upp till HD att, med vägledning från lagtext, förarbeten, doktrin och allmänna principer, besvara bundenhetsfrågan. HD har, med härledning från en allmän princip, klargjort att bundenhet uppstår vid den tidpunkt köpehandlingen utges antingen till den först undertecknande parten, de av HD specifikt bestämda personerna eller en i förhållande till den sist undertecknande parten fristående person. Genom analys av HD:s resonemang identifieras den riktningsändring som vidtagits av HD samt på vilket sätt HD:s resonemang eller uteblivna resonemang ger upphov till betänkligheter vid successivt undertecknande av avtal om fastighetsköp. Riktningsändringen, som synes bero på att HD valt att utföra en stilfull ändring av tidigare praxis, tar sig uttryck i en komplex definition av den fristående person till vilken den undertecknade köpehandlingen kan utges.

This study focuses on costume as a source of information. By making a case study of an 1880's dress itaims to explore the conservators potential as an investigator and conveyor of the information containedin a costume. Further explanation of this role is made by reference to several statements made by wellknown textile conservators. The paper also explores the different words used to make a new version ofa preserved or inexistant garment, gives an extensive presentation of taking patterns and an insight tothe other methods used for analysing costumes. The case study consists of an investigation of the dressconstruction, during which a pattern is taken, and a literature study of the contemporary fashion, theowner of the dress and the maker of the dress.

As a great deal of people spend more time with their cell phones and computers than with magazines and TV, markets have begun to explore marketing possibilities in digital media. A common form of marketing in digital media is sponsorship of the cyber stars of the Internet - the bloggers. Sponsorship of bloggers has proven to be a highly efficient method for brands to gain attention and positive attitudes, as bloggers are regarded as fashion icons as well as reliable friends. Another up-to-date marketing strategy that has proved successful in gaining consumer attention is the use of incongruent elements in ads. Incongruence challenges consumer expectations and thereby demands attention.

The number of products offered by retailers has increased immensely during the last two decades, which has resulted in an increase of naming decisions having to be made. The importance of product names has become more significant for retailers offering their products online, as these are more visible to the customer in comparison to products offered offline. Consequently, it is of great value for retailers to gain knowledge about how a product name affects the customers' perception of the product. The purpose of this study is to examine whether product names affect customers perception of the relevant products in the online environment. This has been illustrated by applying the following theories to the relevant product names; meaningful and meaningless brand names as well as concrete and abstract words.

Uppsatsen utvärderar om utländskt ägande har förändrat sammansättningen av den svenska VD:ns lön. För att utvärdera detta genomför vi en kvantitativ undersökning av företag på Stockholmsbörsens A-lista. Data består av VD-löner, uppdelat på fast och rörlig lön, samt utländskt ägande. Undersökningen ska visa om det finns samband mellan utländskt ägande och förändringen i VD-lönen under tidsperioden 1999-2004. I undersökningen finner vi tendenser till att utländskt ägande påverkat sammansättningen av den svenska VD-lönen.

Vi har studerat yngre barn i den fria leken, det vi betraktat är den kommunikation och det sociala samspel som uppstår i lekvärlden. Genom att analysera och reflektera vårt datamaterial har vi kommit fram till att barnen väljer att leka i mindre grupper och gärna med samma kamrater. Ibland kan barnen välja att leka i en större grupp om temat inbjuder till att vara många. Vi märkte en skillnad vid dialogerna i leken, de äldre barnens konversation var innehållsrikare än de yngre barnens. Under forskningens gång har vi sett att fast det sker förändringar i leken fortsätter barnens lektema utan avbrott.

Detta examensarbete har som syfte att besvara frågan hur synen på barnet inom Freinetpedagogiken ser ut när det gäller läs- och skrivsvårigheter. Vi börjar med att belysa den litteratur som finns skriven om Freinetpedagogiken men även den litteratur vi fått tillgå genom vår utbildning gällande svenskämnet. Då vi genom litteraturen om Freinetpedagogiken inte fann svar på våra frågor genomförde vi en kvalitativ undersökning med pedagoger ute på Freinetskolor i landet, genom intervju samt enkät. Underlaget i undersökningen blev tyvärr litet och undersökningen kan därför inte räknas som tillförlitlig. Huvudresultatet vi får är att det inom Freinetpedagogiken existerar barn med läs- och skrivproblem.

This thesis aims to explore the use of costumed interpreters at museums. Firstly the thesis examines how extensivethe use of historical costumes is in Sweden, along with some international comparisons. Later on the differentways that the clothes are used is examined, and the costume as a resource for learning is discussed. In the lastpart of the thesis the ?function? of the costume is examined.

A boom in horticulture characterized the 18th century in Sweden and Skåne. Parks and gardens were gradually built out to become, at the end of the 18th century, large and comfortable facilities which responded to European parks. During the late 1700s the new fashion came to Sweden. In Sweden it was named ?the English style? which directly refers to the English expression ?Romantic style?.
