SammanfattningSyftet med uppsatsen är att utröna om det finns omständigheter som medför att säljare av fast egendom blir skyldig att upplysa köparen om fel i fastigheten. Min frågeställning är således om säljare av fastighet har någon upplysningsplikt. I uppsatsen har jag använt traditionell rättsdogmatisk metod. En fastighet kan vara behäftad med två huvudtyper av fel, konkreta fel och abstrakta fel. Ett konkret fel föreligger om fastigheten avviker från en mellan parterna avtalad standard. Om avtalet inte innehåller några uppgifter om fastighetens standard men avviker från vad köparen haft anledning att räkna med vid köpet föreligger ett abstrakt fel.

Benthic invertebrates play important roles as feeding resources for many organisms in different food webs. Shifts in predation of these organisms can generate cascading effects and potentially lead to the disappearance of one or more species from a site. Cascading effects can bring impacts to organisms who aren?t even directly involved, why studies in this field are important for understanding sudden changes in ecosystems. I examined the predation from fish and waterfowl on benthic invertebrates in the shallow and eutrophic Lake Tåkern in the plains of Östergötland County, southern Sweden.

Kylanläggningar som förser kylabonnenter med kyla har många gånger problem medtoppeffekter. Dessa är kortvariga kylbehov som fordrar betydligt högre kyleffekter är normaltoch inträffar bland annat vid höga utetemperaturer. Installerade kylanläggningar är sällandimensionerade för att klara toppeffekter. Då toppeffekter inträffar kan t.ex. innertemperaturerhos en kylabonnent med komfortkyla därför stiga till oacceptabla nivåer.

I Läroplanen för förskolan 98 rev 2010 står det att ett jämställdhetsarbete ska genomsyra verksamheten men forskning visar att man fortfarande behandlar flickor och pojkar olika. Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur personalen på en förskola arbetar med genus och se om det uppstår några dilemman i arbetet. Studien har gjorts på en förskola i en mindre kommun i Skåne. Metoden som vi använder oss av är kvalitativa intervjuer samt observationer. Resultatet i vår studie visar att personalen säger sig arbeta genusmedvetet och materialet pekar även på att det råder ett klimat på förskolan där barnen utmanar de stereotypiska könsmönstren.

Syftet med undersökningen var att se hur korrekturläsning påverkades när texterna maskerades med visuellt brus och lästes i olika ljudbetingelser. Deltagarna gjorde ett korrrekturläsningstest med två olika svårighetsgrader på texterna, visuellt brus och inget brus. Texterna lästes i tre olika ljudbetingelser: tystnad, tal och roterat tal. Detta gav studien en 2×3 inompersonsdesign. Analysen visade två signifikanta resultat, det ena resultatet visade att försökspersonerna som läste texten med brus presterade bättre då de hittade fler utbytta ord än de som läste texten utan brus.

In a complex and turbulent world, several companies begin to realize the value of information as a strategic resource and try to find strategies to manage this. This master thesis aims to describe the information management at Axis Communications AB. Axis is a fast growing company and due to this they have not been able to manage the flow of information whitin the company. To find out how the information was managed at this time we made a survey and employee interviews at three Axis business units. By analyzing the surveys and interviews we found several problems.

Vårt syfte var att undersöka lärares uppfattninar om utomhuspedagogik och hur de ser naturen som resurs för lärande. Vår undersökning sträcker sig mellan årskurserna 1-5. Metoden var kvalitativ och vi utförde semistrukturerade intervjuer med nio lärare i de olika årskurserna, i tre olika skolor. Resultatet visade att de flesta lärarna hade en positiv inställning till utomhuspedagogik. De såg naturen som ett hjälpmedel för lärande, och att det ger många möjligheter som är positiva för barns lärnade.

The aim of this thesis is to practice the theoretical methods that are concerned during the product development process of two new products. The theoretical concepts that embody the two products are created out of a product specification which is given by a commissioner with a private interest. The primary tasks of the design of the concepts are aimed on the products shape, which is to be created as a flexible structure by using silicon rubber as material.The storage box is a further development of the already known food storage box, or lunch box, which is common used in consumer kitchens. The main idea is to design a flexible product by using silicone rubber. It will able the storage box to be compressed when it is not used, be storage friendly and not consume more space than necessary in a storage compartment.

Our digital society encompasses nowadays different channels, which includes social media where many users consider it as a platform where they can fetch news or exchange news and information. This leads to a large spread of news exchange in a very fast speed, which involves the global users within social media to be a part of this social interaction. This study is focused on how Twitter affects the usage of the user?s news consumption. By reaching out to our specific target audience, which includes Twitter users in Sweden, we made a web based survey with a content of relevant questions.

Fenomenet, ensamhet och isolering, som detta examensarbete handlar om, existerar i filosofisk mening inte ?där ute?. Det krävs ett subjekt, en individ, som upplever tillståndet för att det ska existera. Syftet med detta examensarbete är att, genom en litteraturstudie och evidensanalys, undersöka och identifiera eventuella lagbundenheter kring psykologiska effekter av ensamhet och isolering. Det vill säga, finns det psykologiska effekter som kan sägas vara oberoende av personligheten? Vilka är i så fall dessa effekter? Kanske är det så att alla människor, oberoende av personlighet och situation, förr eller senare i ensamhet och isolering upplever ångest, oro och depression? En sådan slutsats går dock inte att slå fast utifrån det material som har analyserats i detta arbete, dels på grund av metodologiska begränsningar och dels på grund av att fenomenen isolering och ensamhet är svåra att isolera från det upplevande subjektet..

The objective of this study was to make an inventory and a potential analysis of the organic beef production in the region of Gävleborg, Sweden. A survey was conducted, where a questionaire was sent to all farmers in the region who had environmental subsidies concerning organic cropping systems in 2001. In total, there were 701 farmers, of which 46 % participated in the study. Three slaughter houses were interviewed to get their pictures of the development of organic beef production. The study shows that there are potentials and interests in the region to increase the production of organic beef.

Syftet med arbetet är att studera hur en undervisningssekvens, som vi utvecklat, kan hjälpa elever i årskurs fyra att utveckla de naturvetenskapliga begreppen fast, flytande, gasform och övergångarna där emellan. Genom en kvantitativ undersökning av resultaten från förförståelse- respektive efterenkät har vi studerat elevernas begreppsutveckling. Vi har också gjort en kvalitativ studie där vi analyserat elevernas diskussioner under laborationerna. Vi har dokumenterat genom förförståelseenkät, efterenkät och ljudupptagning. Resultaten av studien visar hur viktiga vi som pedagoger är för att skapa diskussioner under laborationerna.
