This thesis was carried out to give some background information to a report of SLU (Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences) for the Swedish National Rail Administration (Banverket). The requested information was to provide basic data for an environmental impact assessment of the construction of the tunnel through Hallandsås. The aim with the thesis work was to discuss and quantify the leaching of nitrate and the emission of nitrous oxide from the soil at the groundwater level established through the tunnel project. The nitrogen related processes that could be affected were described and discussed. The different areas where a decreased groundwater level can cause changes in the nitrogen processes are the wet and moist areas.

Bakgrundochproblem: Genom vårt intresse kring lönsamhetsstyrning introducerades viinitialt, av vår handledare, till fallföretaget. Fallföretaget hade nyligen startat ett projekt föratt förbättra lönsamheten. Studien inleddes därför med explorativa intervjuer för attundersöka företagets situation närmare. Under de inledande intervjuerna framkomönskemål om en styrmodell med mer inriktning mot intäktsdrivare och kundvärden äntidigare. Utifrån detta beslutades att undersöka om VCM skulle kunna fylla detta behov.Syften: Belysa problematiken kring lönsamhetsstyrning i en komplex tillverkningsmiljö ochutvärdera tillämpbarheten av VCM i densamma.

The examination of the adequate nature conservation methods in a natural reserve, to conserve a specific species and / or increase biological diversity is the subject of this study. This work is based on four species, that can be found during the Spring season, liverleaf, wood anemone, brimstone and woodpecker. The incidence and availability is studied and closely observed for these species in twenty forests, i.e. ten forests which are nature reserves and ten forests with the similar characteristics as the nature reserves habitat, but are not nature reserves in Gnesta mucipality, Södermanland. Measurements of the tree crown and the diameter of the tree trunks where noted to study how these factors could affect the outcome of the abundance and incidence of the four species.

Detta arbete analyserar och exemplifierar initiativ för att skapa hållbara kollektiva odlingar på landsbygd. Arbetet undersöker hållbarhetsbegreppet och fördjupar sig i frågan om vad hållbara jordbruks- och livsmedelssystem kan vara. Främst studeras alternativa kollektiva odlingsmodeller som strävar efter att sammanföra konsument och producent, framförallt via CSA-kooperativ, Community-Supported-Agriculture. Även begreppet Civic Agriculture, CA, uppmärksammas då det beskriver ett odlingsengagemang som går bortom de enskilda kooperativen. CA innebär ett förhållningssätt och agerande som verkar för lokalt hållbara livsmedels- och jordbrukssystem, och som utgår från den lokala platsens behov och förutsättningar med hänsyn till dess ekologiska- och socioekonomiska kontext där den passiva konsumenten istället blir en aktiv ?matmedborgare?.I arbetet framkommer det att långsiktigt hållbarhetsarbete behöver få utgå från varje enskild människas situation, och baseras på lust.

Introduktion och Problemdiskussion: Den ökade medvetenheten om mänsklighetens inverkanpå miljön har bidragit till att begrepp som ?hållbarhet? och ?hållbar utveckling? kommit att bli alltmer vida diskuterade och betydelsefulla i dagens samhälle. I banksektorn syns en ökad trend atthållbarhetsredovisa samt engagera sig i frågor kring Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), menkopplingen mellan extern redovisning och faktisk implementering är inte helt självklar. Även om enstor mängd verktyg för hantering av hållbarhetsaspekter uppkommit i litteraturen så är forskningenkring implementeringsförfarandet samt hur organisationer anpassar sin ekonomistyrning för attstödja hållbarhetsstrategier otillräcklig och behöver studeras djupare. Med utgångspunkt i problemdiskussionenhar denna uppsats ämnat undersöka hur Roslagens Sparbank och SparbankenTanum, som är två sparbanker som aktivt valt att engagera sig i hållbarhetsfrågor, gått tillväga i förfarandetav implementeringen av hållbarhetsaspekter.

Gruvdriftkoncernen Loussavaara Kiirunavaara Aktiebolag tillverkar och levererar förädlade råvaror av järnmalm vilket är en eftertraktad produkt världen över. För att tillgodose den höga efterfrågan måste en hög produktionstakt hållas uppe. LKAB:s mål är att till år 2015 leverera minst 37 miljoner ton järnmalm per år. Järnmalmen som tas upp från LKAB:s gruvor fraktas med tåg till fram till hamnarna i Narvik och Luleå, transporten fortsätter sedan vidare med båt till kunder runt om i världen. LKAB har utvecklat en ny malmvagn där en serie på över tusen järnvägsvagnar är levererade av Kockums Industrier.

Examensarbetets syfte har varit att finna faktorer som påverkar tryckeriet Fälth & Hässlers intagstider och därtill presenteraförslag till förbättringar/förändringar som skulle kunna reducera intagstiderna.Som ett första steg i arbetet för att få en övergripande bild av företaget och identifiera eventuella problemområdengenomfördes intervjuer med ansvarig personal från tryckeriets olika avdelningar.En enkät sammanställdes avsedd till tryckarna med uppgiften att ringa in tidstjuvar som uppkommer under intagsprocessen.Enkätsvaren visade att de områden som uppfattades som mest tidskrävande under intagen var; repor i tryck, mekaniskafel i pressen, att papperet som skall användas vid aktuell tryckning är slut/otillräckligt, speglingar samt att rengöringen avpressen tar lång tid.Totalt följdes 60 intag i tre av tryckeriets pressar under projektets gång. Noteringar gjordes angående allmän tryckjobbsinformation,tider, justeringar och eventuella problem.Utifrån följningarna kunde det konstateras att intagstiden uppgick till mer än hälften av den totala produktionstiden.Den faktiska intagstiden visade sig i genomsnitt vara högre än den kalkylerade. Resultaten pekade i samma riktning närden totala produktionstiden sattes i relation till den kalkylerade produktionstiden. Stora interna skillnader noterades mellantryckarlag och tryckare. Det kunde också konstateras att kundintag tog avsevärt längre tid än ordinarie intag.De tidstjuvar som identifierades som mest förekommande under intagen var; bristande lagsamarbete mellan tryckare, arksom kommer snett och fastnar på registerbordet, svårigheter att snabbt få en korrekt färghållning, manuell rengöring avplåtar och gummiduk samt mekaniska fel i pressen.De viktigaste förslagen till förbättring/förändringar som presenteras är följande:? Engagera medarbetarna och klargör tydligt vad kortare intagstider genererar för mervärden.
