?Vi vet ju inte vad de kristna egentligen tror på.? En studie om elevers syn på sin undervisning om kristendom i religionskunskap
Johanna Petrén, a prospective teacher of religion, has examined how a couple of students view Christianity as it is presented in a Religious Education classroom. Furthermore, how this image matches their experience of Christianity outside of school. The key questions of this essay are: How do the students generally describe Christianity and what it means to be a Christian based on the image they have acquired from outside of school, or from Christian friends, confirmation or their own faith? How do the students describe Christianity according to what they learn in Religious education at school? What potential differences do the students perceive between the image of Christianity conveyed by the school and the image they have of Christianity from outside of school? Does the school's teaching influence the credibility and interest in Christianity? The questions have been discussed in focus group interviews, in which the students way of reasoning and talking about religious matters were analysed based on previous research. References used in the analysis includes research on topics such as science of religious history, religion in multicultural and postcolonial rooms, secularism and discourse analysis have.
Förvaltningsfastigheter : Problematiken vid införandet av IAS 40 på noterade svenska fastighetsbolag
Bakgrund: Noterade bolag i Sverige skall, enligt ett EU-fördrag implementera IASB:s redovisningsrekommendationer i koncernredovisningen från och med den 1 januari 2005. Dessa rekommendationer lägger stor vikt vid verkliga värden och liknar på så sätt den anglosaxiska traditionen. Sverige har tidigare anammat den kontinentala traditionen som är präglad av försiktighet och en stor koppling mellan redovisning och beskattning. För redovisning av förvaltningsfastigheter gäller numera rekommendationen IAS 40, som innebär att bolagen har möjlighet att värdera förvaltningsfastigheter till verkligt värde istället för anskaffningsvärde. Denna rekommendation har påverkat fastighetsbolagens redovisning i stor utsträckning och en rad problem har uppstått.

The purpose of this essay is to describe how Boverkets Byggregler has affected the cost ofnewly built houses from 2003 to 2012, to Boverkets Vision 2025. The purpose is also to findagent-principal relations in the construction sector.When investing in an energy efficient house the operating costs are reduced compared to aconventional house. But due to the lower operating costs, the investment cost rises. In thisstudy, we find out if it is economically viable to invest in an energy efficient house comparedto a conventional house from the customer's perspective.The study's approach has been qualitatively where we in collaboration with Derome Hus hadaccess to three conventional reference houses and a passive house and data that was necessaryto conduct viability assessments on houses. We conducted five interviews with people fromDeromekoncernen and Varbergs kommun.The calculation methods we have used in this study are present value method, annuity methodand a sensitivity analysis.

AbstractArtists ? the invisible assets; a qualitative study about the view on music rights and artist brands as intangible assets within music companies.This paper is a study of what view representatives from Swedish music companies have on activating music rights and artist brands as intangible assets. Throughout the paper, a discussion is held regarding what the representatives think about activating these intangible assets. From this, we have identified and analyzed possible pros and cons to such activation.Our interest to this question was brought to us when we realized that most music companies in Sweden have intangible assets without activating them. This is, even though these are their main source of income.
Controlled traffic for grass silage production : an economic evaluation for dairy farmers
The farm management system controlled traffic farming (CTF) aims to reduce soil compaction by restricting the field traffic from agricultural machinery to permanent traffic
lanes. Literature and empirical findings show that soil compaction and field traffic from heavy machinery may affect crop growth negatively, reducing crop yields. If grass-clover leys are subject to heavy field traffic the botanic composition might be altered, providing a lower
clover content in the forage. Clover as a silage feed is rich in protein providing good conditions for high yielding dairy cows. Grass-clover silage production is generally associated with intensive field traffic.
"Skönlitteratur i skolan? ? en studie av några lärares uppfattning om skönlitteraturens plats och betydelse i undervisningen
I denna uppsats behandlas deckargenren och Maria Langs pusseldeckare En skugga blott. Syftet är att undersöka hur Lang bygger upp sin variant av deckarromanen och se hur den förhåller sig till de typiska dragen för pusseldeckaren. En stor skillnad mellan pussel- och den hårdkokta deckaren är vilken typ av intresse som läsaren har: nyfikenhet kring vem som är mördaren, som i pusseldeckaren eller spänningen inför vad som komma skall, i den hårdkokta deckaren. I Pusseldeckaren är en av författarens uppgifter att försvåra läsarens möjligheter att lösa mordgåtan. Det finns dock en regel om "Fair play", vilket innebär att inget viktigt i mordutredningen får undanhållas för läsaren.
Prekontraktuellt ansvar inom svensk rätt och UniP samt PECL
Den tilltagande globaliseringen ställer nya krav på juridiken och nationella beteenden ersätts av gemensamma tillvägagångssätt. Internationella regelverk i form av UniP och PECL aktualiserar frågan om vilken betydelse dylika regelverk har för svensk nationell rätt. Den situation som behandlas i uppsatsen är den då två parter har ingått förhandlingar men avtal av olika anledningar inte slutits. Syftet med uppsatsen är att redogöra för det prekontraktuella ansvaret inom svensk rätt samt enligt bestämmelserna i de internationella regelverken UniP och PECL. Detta i avsikt att med utgångspunkt i tre rättsfall, göra en jämförande analys och söka utröna likheter och skillnader avseende ansvaret i situationer då parter förhandlat men avtal inte kommit till stånd.

AbstractIn November 2011 the Swedish Government announced that they were conducting an investigation to examine what impact the conversion of existing rental stock to condominiums could have on the development of the Million programme areas. The proposal of converting rental stocks to condominiums aims to help people living in these neighbourhoods to private ownership, while still allowing people who want to continue to rent their homes to do that. This thesis intends to investigate the effects of the proposed reform from a management perspective. The maintenance of the areas built during the Million Programme gets more neglected every year that passes. The majority of the housing stock is rental properties and extensive renovation of the surface layer, tribes and public spaces are essential in all Million programme areas studied. By transforming a portion of the housing stock into condominiums and by improve the living environment through renovations, these areas would be able to gets more attractive.
Komponentavskrivning enligt K3-regelverket : Hur identifierar fastighetsbolag komponenterna?
Problembakgrund och problemformulering: Komponentavskrivningar är en del av BFN:s allmänna råd som även kallas K3, vilket blev tvingande från och med år 2014. Vi har i denna komparativa studie behandlat hur familjeägda och kommunala fastighetsbolag tillämpar komponentmetoden, eftersom de kan ha olika skäl till förvaltning. Vi kom därför fram till följande problemformuleringar: Vilka kriterier har familjeägda respektive kommunägda fastighetsbolag vid identifieringen av antal komponenter? Hur förhåller sig dessa fastighetsbolag till begreppet rättvisande bild i samband med valet av antal komponenter?Syfte: Syftet med den här studien är att utveckla en förklaringsmodell för vilka kriterier familjeägda respektive kommunägda fastighetsföretag beaktar vid urskiljning av antal komponenter enligt K3-regelverket.Metod: Studien har ett explorativt syfte eftersom området är outforskat. Studien har genomförts med en triangulering, där vi först gjorde en pilotstudie där vi tog reda på om fastighetsbolagen hade tillräckligt med kunskap för att svara på våra frågor.
VÄRDERING OCH REDOVISNING AV FÖRVALTNINGSFASTIGHETER I KONJUNKTURNEDGÅNG
In the year of 2005 the international standard IAS 40 came in to use in Sweden, this lead to an opportunity for the corporations to choose either to evaluate their investment properties according to the historical cost accounting principal. The alternative that IAS40 offers is the fairvalue principal, which evaluate the investment properties by consideration of the income versus outcome and surrounding factors for every accounting periodSince the fairvalue is buildt on numbers the corporations them self choose what to publish and for how long the value depreciation should be lasting before it should be taken up as an unrealized value change in the reporting material. This means that there is a big chance that the evaluation can be distortedSince we just recently have had strong cyclical variation and are on our way from an excess boom into a weak economic climate, this will be the first study performed about fair value in a weak economic climate since the adoption of IAS40.The purpose of the essay is to find out how well the booked value of investment properties owned by corporations listed on the Swedish stock market accord with the fairvalue that the market and the Swedish property index indicates on. To be able to test this connection we gathered information from the corporation?s annual reports which we compiled to see how the market comprehends.
Myrorna - subkulturens butikskedja : en studie i varumärkesutvecklande
AIM This report studies the Swedish vintage store company Myrorna from a branding perspective.METHOD The study has applied the qualitative method where four personal interviews have taken a fundamental ground. The four respondents are taken from different professionals and from different positions by the reason that the brand would be based on a fair assessment. The study is obtaining data that further was collected from the library of University of Gävle, the articles from Emerladinsight.com and remaining pictures- and text materials is taken from the organization Myrorna. The theoretical material have been adapted on the brand Myrorna and then been used to analyze the empirical part. From the general impression that portrays the brand the researcher leads the discussion.RESULT AND CONCLUSION The result shows that the brand Myrorna in some extent do not fulfill the image the brand in the media mediate, between the illusion and the reality there is an empty space according to the research.

This degree project has been carried out by Oscar Adolfsson and Marcus Blomqvist, during the spring of 2010, both studying to become Bachelor of Science in Innovation and Design Engineering, at Karlstad University. The degree project includes 22,5 credits.The work is done on behalf of Etac Supply Center AB in Anderstorp. Etac is a company developing and manufacturing home health care products, with operation in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, England and Germany, and with sales worldwide. Bo Lindqvist, R & D manager has been the contact person at Etac.During the project the students has had a workplace at Semcon Caran AB in Karlstad. Semcon has also been helpful as a sounding board.The objective of the work has been developing a new, wall mounted shower chair, assigned for persons with difficulty to stand up while showering.Etacs requirement of the shower chair is that it should be able to support a user with a weight of 100 kg, the chair shouldn?t have any outrigger, optional should be armrests and backrest.

Background and problem: Whether or not the pay to executives is fair is widely debated. During the last years especially the variable pay has been in the spotlight. But at what levels are the compensations really at? Media?s focus is mainly on the absolute highest compensations which may result in a skew view on pay-for-performance incentives.Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to establish the levels of compensation to executives in a wide range of randomly selected companies listed on the Stockholm stock exchange during the years 2001 to 2005. Furthermore, the impact of a set of firm specific variables on compensation levels will be analyzed with basis in several hypothesis.Delimitations: The variable pay considered in this thesis will only be variable cash bonuses.
