De kommunala bostadsfastighetsaktiebolagen har haft en fördel jämtemot de privata bostadsfastighetsbolagen när det kommer till risker och konkurrens där stora skillnader har varit tillgången samt kostnaderna för finansiering. För att verka för en mer konkurrensneutral marknad genomfördes en omreglering som implementerades genom en ny lag 2011. Lagen 2010:879 om kommunala bostadsaktiebolag åsidosatte det tidigare förbudet mot vinstdrivande verksamhet och inverkade konkurrensneutraliserande vad gäller bland annat de kommunala bolagens möjligheter till förmånlig finansiering. Utifrån förändringarna antas följande problemformulering:Har omregleringen 2011, genom lagen 2010:879 om allmännyttiga kommunala bostadsaktiebolag, lett till en förändring av de kommunala bolagens kapitalstruktur?Givet problemformuleringen kommer studien att undersöka två teorier som utvecklats genom Modigliani-Miller, vilka är trade-off teorin samt pecking order teorin.

This is a thesis about design of young stands of trees. A big source of inspiration has been Västerskog and Tor Nitzelius Park in Alnarp which both consists of a structure of squares. I wanted to examine if this type of planting could be valuable from an aesthetic and recreational point of view. The communist party Khmer Rouge took over the power in Cambodia in 1975, and ruled the country until the beginning of 1979. During these years they attempted to create a completely new society, a true Khmer nation, which involved massive economic and social reorganisation and elimination of people which did not fit in the new ideal.Three decades has passed since the genocide, and the senior leaders of the Khmer Rouge will now be tried in the Khmer Rouge tribunal, which consists of both Cambodian and international judges and prosecutors. The integrity of those tribunal representatives will be crucial for the integrity of the tribunal as a whole and thus also for the outcome of the processes. It is hard to determine whether the purposes for demand of accountability will be satisfied, it is though clear that there are many obstacles in the way for an unproblematic and fair procedure..

This study focuses on the politics around ecological sustainable development in Sweden today, with emphasis on urban development, building and living. The starting-point for this study is the environmental adapted city district of Stockholm, Hammarby Sjöstad. The primary focus of the study is to investigate what means of control the environmental investment in Hammarby Sjöstad is expressing, and to elucidate their ideological, political and social implications. The empirical material is primarily based up on the local Hammarby Sjöstad environmental program along with qualitative in-depth interviews with citizens of this district. The study is based on critical discourse analysis The result of this study is that the ecological investment in Hammarby Sjöstad partly constitutes a hidden exercise of power, taking shape as built-in physical measures in the dwellings and the neighbouring surroundings.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka sambandet mellan Stockholms parker och offentliga grönområdena i relation till den rådande förtätning staden genomför. Stockholm har en tydlig strategi på att skapa en tät stad vilket medför effekter på stadens parker och offentliga grönområden. Studien diskuterar de värden som tillkommer och går förlorade när exploateringen av staden ökar samtidigt som den totala arealen grönområden minskar. Vidare diskuteras det offentliga grönområdenas funktion i den täta staden. De metoder som använts i studien består av semistrukturerade informantintervjuer i kombination med telefon- och e-postintervjuer följt av en bred litteraturundersökning.
