Syfte:           Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att studera hur personer med hjärtsvikt kan få en förbättrad nutrition genom egenvård.Metod:         Studien genomfördes som en litteraturöversikt. Artiklarna söktes via databaserna CINAHL och PubMed.Resultat:      Studiens resultat innehöll 10 artiklar med kvantitativ ansats. En förutsättning för att personer med hjärtsvikt ska klara sin egenvård och ges möjlighet att förbättra sin nutrition är utbildning. Utbildningsmetoder som i föreliggande litteraturstudie har visat sig fungera är att kombinera skriftlig och muntlig utbildning. Undervisningen bör innehålla information om vilken typ av mat personer med hjärtsvikt behöver äta samt varför.

This thesis investigates and analyses the social media strategy of eight companies. How the companies measure and evaluate their activity and investments in social media channels in general, and Facebook in particular is studied through qualitative interviews. The findings are then compared and analysed. Findings indicate that companies' social media presences to a large extent are dependent on individual employees with high levels of interest for the area and that companies that have integrated social media into their others operations see more value from their efforts..

Kronisk njursvikt ökar varje år och vid terminal njurinsufficiens ses njurtransplantation som förstaval av behandling. Behovet av donerade njurar är större än tillgången, vilket leder till en lång väntan för individen. Studiens syfte var att beskriva individers upplevelser i väntan på en njurtransplantation. Metoden var en litteraturstudien där tio vetenskapliga artiklar granskades och analyserades. I analysen framkom tre teman som utgjorde resultatet: behandling för att överleva där dialysbehandlingen sågs som en begränsning i livet och gjorde det svårt att leva som dem gjort tidigare, känna hopp där en transplantation var något att hoppas på, ett sätt att ta sig ur dialysen och få tillbaka sitt gamla liv, samt känna hopplöshet där rädsla för att njurtransplantationen aldrig skulle bli av och känslor av att vara på is i väntan uppkom.

Leadership is essential for every company. Its strength or weakness of direction, clarity, and evaluation affects success or failure of its organization. With the complex structure of the big and global companies today leadership is more challenging. The traditional view of leadership, with the single individual possessing all the competences and skills, is therefore being challenged by an alternative way of leadership, a shared leadership. Existing research on the subject is still scarce, which makes further studies in this field important.

Bearing this in mind, we can see that Event Marketing, witch is marketing through events, has grown to be a popular form of communication as it has an ability to work its way through the existing media noise. Through events a company can strengthen its brand and image as well as form a lasting relationship with its consumers. What other functions does Event Marketing possess? In what context is Event Marketing an appropriate marketing strategy to use? These are two questions that we aim to answer through this essay.To be able to answer these questions we interviewed the marketing manager of two different companies, L´oréal and TeliaSonera.

ECDIS är beroende av många olika delsystem för att kunna fungera optimalt.Failure Mode and Effect Anylysis (FMEA) är ett verktyg med vilket man kan undersöka ett specifikt system för att upptäcka eventuella konstruktionsfel och brister i produktionsdesignen. Detta examensarbete har med hjälp av en FMEA undersökt ECDIS simulatorerna vid Sjöfartshögskolan i Kalmar för att ta reda på hur ECDIS påverkas när ett eller flera av delsystemen kopplade till ECDIS fallerar. Syftet med denna undersökning har varit att upptäcka konstruktionsfel, brister och begränsningar i ECDIS systemet vid simulatorerna i Sjöfartshögskolan i Kalmar. Det kunde påvisas att ECDIS i vissa fall ej har avgett de larm som enligt tillverkaren skall varsko navigatören att ett delsystem har fallerat.

In 1999 the Swedish Parliament decided about 15 environmental goals aimed to be achieved in time for the next generation. For example physical social planning must be based on programs and strategies how cultural-historical values has been attended, so called programs of cultural heritage. By law the Swedish municipalities are responsible for reaching these goals by creating program of cultural heritage. But only a few of the municipalities have these programs, meaning that many municipalities need to create programs of cultural heritage in the next five years.The aim of this report is to present a model of analysis on programs of cultural heritage in municipalities for preservation and development of cultural environments. By testing the model on the municipalities of Osby and Tomelilla methods on how to create a new program of cultural heritage or how to complete existing documents are formulated.One of the conclusions is that one document, program of cultural heritage, functions as landscape analysis, model of cultural valuation and strategy of developing cultural values.

Background: IT-security is included in the concept of information security, which considers all the security of handling information within an organisation. Good IT-security is about finding the right level of measurement, however, it is hard to implemement new IT-solutions in an organisation, particularly within the health care field, where sensitive information are handled daily. Lately the Swedish government, together with county- and city council, understand the importance of IT and health care. Carelink, an organisation of interest, is working actively for the presumption of benefit by using IT within the health care field. During spring 2006 the Swedish government introduced a national IT-strategy.

This thesis is a case study of the search function on the University of Uppsala?s web site. The search function in this study was chosen since it exists on a large and complex web site and there were apparent lacks in the old version of the search function. The thesis highlights some of the problems that can appear in the development of a search function on a local site. One interesting find is that one of the most difficult issues is organizational and not technical.

This master thesis deals with the looting and destruction of the Iraqi cultural heritage in the wake of the U.S. invasion of Iraq in April 2003. My ambition is to analyse the narratives conveyed by journalists and intellectuals to see which truths that were established. Using discourse analysis methods, my aim is not to find an objective truth in the matter at hand, but rather to se which truths the writers put into view regarding the question of liability and the seriousness of the looting and destruction. This paper further discusses these truths from the perspectives of imperialism and of Edward Saids thoughts about Orientalism.

The aim of this study was to explore and increase understanding of how a team of colleagues at an upper-secondary school in Sweden works with students with special education needs. The team works with a group of students where the majority have experienced school failure in elementary school. The focus of the study has been to analyze a project that the school undertook 2013 to improve students? results and improve their chances to successfully graduate from their program. Data was collected from relevant documents and interviews with members of the project at hand.

Hjärtsvikt är ett sjukdomstillstånd som utmanar patienten både fysisk, psykisk och socialt och utgör idag den vanligaste diagnosen för patienter över 65 år. Därmed är det även den vanligaste inläggningsorsaken för patienter i denna åldersgrupp. Syftet med litteraturstudien var att belysa hur patienter som lever med hjärtsvikt upplever sin hälsa och egenvård. Metoden grundar sig på Polit och Beck (2012) genomförande av en litteraturstudie där en nio-stegsmodell använts som mall för utförandet av litteraturstudien. Sammanlagt elva vetenskapliga kvalitativa studier granskades efter sökningar i de elektroniska databaserna CINAHL och PubMed.

The Homogeneous Charge Compression Ignition (HCCI) engine is promising in terms of lowNOx, low particulates and high efficiency. Due to its homogeneous charge, where thecombustion starts almost simultaneously from a number of points in the combustion chamber,only lean mixtures are possible to burn because of the resulting rapid combustion, which is muchfaster than the combustion in an SI-engine or a diesel engine. When richer mixtures are used thecombustion will start earlier and also be more violent.To phase the combustion later and lower the combustion speed, external cooled EGR can beused. The EGR-system used in this thesis uses a divided exhaust channel where one channel andits corresponding valve are used only for transporting EGR back to the intake system.Consequently the EGR-valve is connected to the intake pressure. This system is called Direct-EGR (D-EGR).Engine tests verified that the CA50 indeed is phased later when cooled EGR is used.

The purpose with this essay is to examine if the Swedish government?s intentions regarding to the mental health care reform, have been fulfilled. We have classified the intentions into three categories, regulation, financing and responsibility for organizing the policy. The intentions have then been compared with the results of the reform.Our theoretical framework starts with a model, developed by Evert Vedung (1998). We use this model as a tool to examine the fulfillment of the mental health care reform.

Det här arbetet vill belysa vilka förväntningar användare (inom vården) har inför ett nytt informationssystem (IS) som ska implementeras och vilka faktorer som kan påverka och förändra dessa. För att lyckas med arbetets föresats genomfördes en semistrukturerad intervju av fyra aktiva sjuksköterskor inom Tibro kommuns hemsjukvård, där i december 2004 ett nytt datorbaserat IS (patientjournal) implementerats.Materialet från intervjuerna spelades in med bandspelare, transkriberades och tolkades med kvalitativ innehållsanalys. En granskning av resultatet gav bland annat följande slutsatser:Användare inom vården saknar ofta en formell datautbildning, men besitter ändå kunskap om det datorbaserade informationssystemet, kunskap som de förvärvat genom att ha arbetat med datorbaserade IS under många år. Kunskap och erfarenhet som användarna ofta får förlita sig på när ett nytt IS ska implementeras då tid och resurser saknas för en genomgripande utbildning.Användarnas förväntningar på ett nytt IS påverkas av faktorer, såsom erfarenheter från ett tidigare datorbaserat IS, saklig information och utbildning. Med saklig information menas information som både visar på för- och nackdelar..
