Denna studie går ut på att undersöka vilka mediekanaler unga förstagångsväljare använde sigav för att få politisk information innan och under riksdagsvalet 2010. Syftet är också attundersöka hur traditionella massmedier, som tidigare varit den dominerande källan förpolitisk information, står sig i relation till sociala medier i den fragmenterade medievärld vilever i idag. Den teoretiska utgångspunkten är utifrån Uses and Gratifications-teorin samttidigare forskning rörande förstagångsväljare och sociala medier. Metoddelen är kvantitativ iform av en frågeundersökning med gymnasieelever som läser sista året på gymnasiet.Datainsamlingen genomfördes i Sundsvall och Jönköping under december 2010. Resultatet visar att unga förstagångsväljare fortfarande anser att de traditionella medierna,främst TV, är de viktigaste för deras politiska information. Det framgår också i resultatet attdet politiska intresset hos unga ökar under valår.

In the construction industry the number of female managers is very low, only four percent (SCB, 2010). In fact, women with management positions has risen by six percentage overall, the last seven years (SCB, 2010). If women in managerial positions continue to grow at this rate, the proportion of women managers will be equal to that of male managers in 2033. More women are needed in the maledominated construction industry in particular because it is deemed that they have a different way of thinking and acting (Granér, 1994). Nelton (1991) believes that companies can take advantage of female managers to be more competitive on the market, the reason why is because women can see other possibilities when solving problems. Rapacioli (2010) argues that the recruitment of women into management positions not only benefits the individual itself but also the company. We have used a qualitative study with a deductive approach. Six respondents from the same company were interviewed, two of them have management positions and the other four were underemployed.The research question of this paper is: What differences and similarities are seen between male and female leadership in terms of their characteristics in the construction industry?The purpose of this paper is to examine similarities and differences in leadership in the construction industry where the focus is on the female and male characteristics. To fulfill our purpose we chose a qualitative study. We have interviewed six respondents at one company in the construction industry. Two of the six respondents have management positions and the remaining four are employed. In this paper we have concluded that there are some differences and similarities between men and women´s leadership in terms of their characteristics.

Finns det någon skillnad mellan äldre (1940-1999) och yngre ledarskapsforskning (2000-2010)? Vidare undersöks typ av artik­lar, var de är skrivna och av vem. Uppsatsens analys består av 2815 artiklar som har ordet ?leadership? i titeln, fo­kus var innehållet i titlarna.

Handelsgödsel och stallgödsel används i stor omfattning i jordbruket, men ungefär en tredjedel av den tillförda kvävegödseln tas inte upp av växtligheten. För att minska förlusterna av näringsämnen från odlingsmarker till vattendrag har det tagits fram åtgärdsprogram inom jordbrukssektorn. Tillgänglighet i vårt samhälle innebär att alla, trots funktionsnedsättningar, ska kunna använda publika lokaler och övriga allmänna platser. Arbetsterapeuter har kunskap om tillgänglighetsfrågor då de arbetar för att personer med funktionsnedsättning ska kunna leva ett så självständigt liv som möjligt. Sveriges regering antog under år 2000 en nationell handlingsplan för handikappolitiken. Enligt denna handlingsplan ska all verksamhet vara tillgänglig för alla medborgare i slutet av år 2010. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka tillgängligheten i gallerior för personer med funktionsnedsättning.

This study investigates three different methods for evaluating MOE,Modulus of Elasticity, in field measurements. The purpose is toinvestigate the possibility to use dynamic measurement methods infield measurements that hitherto (2010) has been performed with staticmethods. The objects of investigation are 20 glulam beams. The firstfield measurement took place in november 2007 and applied a staticmethod based on the standard SS-EN 408. The second measurement,described in this study, took place during summer 2010, and appliedstatic as well as dynamic methods.The MOE of wood is affected by a range different factors.

This thesis describes the introduction of Web 2.0 education into Swedish LIS education with emphasis on the driving forces and obstacles in the process. It also discusses the possibilities of estimating the appropriate time for the start of new educational courses introducing new technologies, when it is uncertain if the technologies in question will sustain for a long enough period of time to make the educational effort worthwhile. The data on the Web 2.0 education was collected during the spring of 2010 from the Web pages of the five LIS departments in Sweden, namely Borås, Lund, Umeå, Uppsala and Växjö, as well as by 10 interviews during November and December 2010 with two representatives from each LIS department..The key finding is that Web 2.0 is covered in Swedish LIS education and embracing both practical and theoretical issues. The main driving forces have been both the needs of the profession and an academic research interest. It is concluded that Rogers??S-curves? as described in ?Diffusion of Innovation? can be used as a tool in order to improve the understanding of when to introduce education in new technologies.

During the years 2006-2010 Gotland University conducted seminars excavations in Västergarn parish on Gotland. Inside the wall a total of six house foundations have been found and a total of 127 combs have been registered. This thesis is based on a material study of the 127 registered medieval combs. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the combs and with their chronology illuminate in which period the society of Västergarn was active. And also to find out what the material remains can tell us about the place and its people.

Fo?r att uppna? underso?kningen syfte har longitudinella demografiska och socioekonomiska data, ha?mtade fra?n databasen GeoSweden, fo?r inflyttare, utflyttare och stannare i Uppsalas miljonprogram analyserats. Analys av sagda data visar att andelen Sverigefo?dda individer i Uppsalas miljonprogram minskade under perioden 1990-2010 i takt med att andelen utlandsfo?dda inflyttare o?kade.

Studien undersöker hur matematiska begrepp etableras i diskursen i klassrummet och hur lärare planerar för, iscensätter och bearbetar matematiska begrepp. Studiens syfte är att studera hur lärare hanterar matematiska begrepp i undervisningen ur ett specialpedagogiskt perspektiv. A new site- and construction-law came into effect in May 2011. The new law, PBL2010:900 implies several different changes of the law. These changes concern bothconstructors, people working in municipality and county councils and other peoplethat in some way are related to the building sector. Except from the change in orderof the chapters and the renewed and modernized language, the law has now beenextended with a few new phases.According to the new law a certificate has to be issued to start and finish theconstruction; the construction consulting has changed name into technical consultingand the protocol for the controls has to show what the control is being compared to.This diploma work concerns control visits on construction sites as related to the newlaw. The reason why visits on construction sites are now implemented in the law isbecause the government saw a lack of trustworthiness in the old law.
