During the time between 1660-1680 the nobility in Sweden came to be a gigantic landowner with 65 % of the total amount of land, but only 20 years later they lost almost half of their possessions. The eighteenth century was on its way ? a period in history were ?ordinary? people started to question the nobility?s right to be excused from tax, at the same time as farmers and the ?middlegroup? started to appropriate more and more land from the nobility and the Crown.Through King Gustav III:s document of 1789, land became free to own to whoever it was ? except from the prime nobility?s land; but the Swedish Parliament followed the wind of change, and 1809/10 this land was also free to own. At the end of 1840, the nobility owned about 19 % of the land in Sweden, and the farmers and middlegroup owned 69 %. The tide had turned...But Öja parish showed a different development compered to the rest of Sweden.

Detta arbete är en undersökning kring begreppet muntligt berättande där jag har utgått från min frågeställning som är: Hur kan jag använda mig av det muntliga berättandet som ett pedagogiskt verktyg? Forskning kring begreppet muntligt berättande som ett pedagogiskt verktyg har jag gjort genom olika litteratur, Internetsidor samt genom tre kvalitativa intervjuer med respondenter som bor i en svart kåkstad i Sydafrika.Det resultat som jag har kommit fram till är att det muntliga berättandet är ett bra verktyg att använda sig av i undervisningen. Genom det muntiga berättandet kan man skapa en mer meningsfull skolgång för elever där vardagliga händelser och fakta blandas för att skapa ett sammanhängande budskap..

Nurses have a fundamental responsibility to relieve suffering, and also to offer support to both the individual and the family.Aim: To illuminate experiences of being a family member to a person with schizophrenia.Method: A systematic literature review was chosen. Nine articles were included. After having analyzed the results six categories were found.Result: The family members experienced the disease as fluctuating and stressful. Some felt ashamed for their sick family member and withdrew from the rest of the society.

Detailed information and a good treatment can reduce anxiety and distress for the patient. The purpose of this study was to illuminate the patient?s experiences in connection to MRI, and to describe the patients needs for information and treatment.

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to study the effects that geographical distance have on the control systems in a scattered organization and how this, ultimately, affects the employees in terms of loyalty and motivation. In order to do this, a case study has been conducted on a multinational travel group and its local branches in Thailand. The study is based on a selected number of theories focusing mainly on control systems in multinational contexts as well as on theories regarding communication and autonomy. The conclusion of the study is that geographical distance has led to a rather large autonomy for the local branches and that the headquarter to a large extent rely more on formal control.

This paper illustrates the working conditions at the copper factory in Ã…tvidaberg during 1800-1890 from different views. The highest salary was given to the building contractor. Thereafter came in order the rust turners, the garmaker, the melter, the ore booker, the factory supervisor and the garmaker hand. Also the rest of the working conditions for different employees might differ from each other in this order. The mine workers generally earned a little less than the other workers at the factory, and especially the workers in the Bersbo mine.

Syftet med studien är att beskriva och förstå hur personal inom hälso- och sjukvårdsorganisationer förhåller sig till, samt skapar mening i en pågående, politiskt initierad förändring. Tio fokusgrupper har genomförts och analyserats utifrån teorier om organisationsförändring samt narrativ ansats. Resultatet stöder teoretiska antaganden om organisationer som narrativa system, där fragmenterat berättande, så kallade antenarrativ, utgör en viktig del av personalens menings-skapande. Resultatet visar även hur polyvokala röster är lämpliga att studeras för att skapa insikt och förståelse om hur anställda använder narrativ för att positionera sig i former av motstånd och gemenskap..

Research has shown that immigrants in the Swedish society often, when seeking jobs, don?t get the same opportunities as the rest of the population. This thesis is a qualitative research that examines the problematic situation of unemployment among immigrants in the municipality of Finspång. The purpose of this study is to analyze how civil servants in Finspång apprehend and describe the labor market problems surrounding the immigrant groups that live in the municipality of Finspång. The empirical material is build upon seven qualitative interviews with eight civil servants working in Finspång.

In the same time the democratic development has been replaced by an autocratic rule which has obstructed the Russian- European relations. From a Swedish security policy view the Russian political development is of importance and the picture of Russian as a threat has changed from 1996 to 2008/09.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka hur vårdpersonal kan kommunicera och samspela personer med Alzheimers sjukdom för att undvika missförstånd. Metoden för litteraturstudien var att kvalitetsgranska nio artiklar. Resultatet visar att vårdpersonalens användande av tydliga frågor, att tala samma språk, att bilda gemenskap och att bjuda på sig själv är av stor betydelse i kommunikationen..

Varumärkesidentitet för traineeprogram AcademyI denna studie redogörs för hur ett varumärke är direkt kopplad till sina värdegrunder. Rapporten besvarar hur värdegrunder i en organisation skapas av företagets personal i form av ord som kopplas till företagets varumärke. Metodiken i denna studie har pendlat mellan intervjuer och workshopar. This report will examine various solar energy technologies in order to decide if they could be applied in the Royal Seaport. The Royal Seaport is a Swedish urban district under development in Stockholm, with the goal of becoming a sustainable district. Two main techniques, solar collectors and solar cells, including sub-categories, are addressed in this report. Another sub-category, a hybrid system, will also be mentioned. The main difference between solar collectors and solar cells is the type of energy produced by the system.
