The purpose of this degree project was to examine which remedies are available to individuals when the State has violated their right to a fair trial as stated in article 6 in the European Convention on Human Rights. Furthermore, the aim was to, in cases where the remedy is determined to money, to clarify the indemnity rates that apply in determining the non-pecuniary damages. The starting point was a review of the European Court practice, domestic Swedish practice and relevant literature.The outcome of the review is that the remedies available to the individual?s disposal can be divided into two categories: primary and secondary remedies. Primary remedies mean compensation not consisting of money, and must be exhausted first.

My purpose with this work is to find out how it relates with pre-schoolteatchers view about a quality in comparasion to control document, Lpfö-98, and with factors pre-schoolteatchers consider effects quality in pre-school describe pre-schoolteatchers view on that high quality is in pre- school.The investigation has been done by quality interviews with five pre- schoolteatchers working in pre- school. The results show that they do not make a difference between what are high quality and the factors that affect the possibility of creating high quality. Most important is qualified and engaged educationalist in the pre- school who who shows a good attitude towards the children, and where development and learning is central. The most decisive to a pre- schools quality are the personell who work there. A conditon to achieve high quality in pre- school is a head who knows the pre- school activity and its curriculum, and who takes active part in the activity, invites to discussions and offers pertinent competence development.According to the leading document Lpfö-98 you will achieve high quality by offering children rear and care.

För handels- och kommanditbolag krävs inte alltid revision. Det finns dock företag som väljer att använda sig av revision eller revisor trots att det inte behövs. Vårt syfte med denna uppsats var att identifiera motiv för och emot användandet av revision som tjänst och revisorn som person i små handels- och kommanditbolag som inte är revisionspliktiga. Vi valde att göra en telefonenkät med 36% av de aktiva handels- och kommanditbolag i Skellefteå stad. Vi utförde även personliga intervjuer med tre företag som antingen använde sig av revision, revisor eller inget av dem.

Det är inte tanken, entreprenörskap besår av mycket mer än bara företagsledning, siffror, ekonomi och business.  Syfte:Syftet med detta examensprojekt är att bygga en kunskapsbas gällande det entreprenöriella tänkandet utifrån att entreprenörskap är på väg att etableras som ett centralt begrepp i grundskolan.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how some teachers work with above-average pupils in mathematics. I have issued three questions based on the purpose of this study:How do teachers define an above-average pupil?In what way the teachers stimulate and challenge the above-average pupils?Has the school done something special for the above-average pupils?The method used to conduct this study was a semi-structured qualitative interview with four teachers in primary school. The method consists of interviews and observations.The study shows that the teachers make an effort to give these pupils extra attention and challenging tasks. A major focus is put on problems solving and to develop the pupil's ability to be able to explain how they think and if necessary, they should be able to explain even to their fellow- pupils.

Background: Over the past 30 years the incidence of overweight and obesity has increased. Obesity is a risk factor for many diseases, for instance type 2 Diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, many types of cancer and musculoskeletal diseases. That ready available food today is so accessible can be a reason for the public health problems of overweight and obesity.Objective: The aim was to study what possibilities and barriers there are for fast-food restaurants to sell healthy food.Methods: Information was collected by seven telephone interviews and two respondents answered by e-mail. Nine persons that were in charge of the menu at different fast-food restaurant chains in Sweden participated in the study.Results: To have a large variety was considered to be a problem for selling healthy food, also because the sale of it was low in some of the fast-food chains. Some of the informants did not find any problems with selling healthy food and it was regarded as an opportunity to get more consumers.Conclusion: The demand for healthier food has increased, and the offer and sales of it has also escalated.

The purpose of this study was to create a picture of Södra´s round wood transporters usage, and positive or negative experiences of the KOLA-system. The KOLA-system, owned and managed by SDC, is a program for handling timber orders and displaying their locations on digital maps. The study was conducted as a twenty-three question internet-based survey. Of those asked to complete the survey, 57 percent chose to answer the questions. The results of the study indicated that several of the transporters found the system quite good and used it to a large extent. The system also had many deficiencies however, and there was clear potential for further increasing the usage of the system.

When different type of programs are developed one wants to make these adjustable to future changes and requirements. It must be done a good design of the program from the beginning to make it possible to continue development of it without having to redo big parts of it to high costs. In the area of object orientation there are design pattern, which can be used to design systems that can be adjusted to new changes in an easier way. I have in this thesis chosen to take a closer look at how to design a program that sends SMS to cell phones through a system of an operator. One requirement on the program is that it has to be possible to change what operator to send though in an easy way.

Syftet med konkurs är främst att skydda konkursgäldenärens borgenärer genom att fördela deras förluster proportionerligt. Under senare år har även framhållits att själva konkursförfarandet skall syfta till att främja ett bibehållande av sysselsättning, samhällsintressen i övrigt samt att upptäcka och beivra ekonomisk brottslighet. Konkursinstitutet har även en sanerande uppgift genom att det tvingar fram en avveckling av verksamhet som inte bär sig, En gäldenär, som är på obestånd, skall efter egen eller borgenärs ansökan försättas i konkurs. Möjligheten för tredje man att överklaga ett konkursbeslut har prövats av HD i en rad rättsfall, enligt vilka vare sig aktieägare, borgenär, styrelseledamot eller VD skall tillerkännas talerätt. Däremot har en person som riskerar att förlora egendom genom återvinning medgivits talerätt med hänvisning till att konkursbeslutet i så hög grad påverkar dennes intressen.

Denna uppsats är en fallstudie av ?Klimatpiloterna i Askersund i Laxå?, ett projekt som har velat lära människor hur man kan reducera sina koldioxidutsläpp. Arbetet bygger på semistrukturerade intervjuer med projektdeltagarna och syftet är att beskriva hur de får vardagen att fungera när de samtidigt försöker minska sin klimatpåverkan. En viktig teoretisk utgångspunkt är att vardagen är praktisk och till stor del består av oreflekterade rutiner. Begreppet risksamhälle används för att belysa hur informanterna tack vare klimatexperter, i detta fall projektledarna, blir medvetna om både klimathotet och vilka förändringar de bör göra i sina vardagsrutiner.

The Swedish educational system has taken a step toward change in hopes of a better education by presenting a new national curriculum: Curriculum for the compulsory school, preschool class and the leisure-time centre 2011 (Lgr 11). I have therefore chosen to analyze the textbooks Champion 4 and Portfolio based on the objectives and areas of knowledge for grades 4-6 found in the syllabus for English in Lgr 11 in order to find out whether or not the textbooks are in harmony with the syllabus and if the textbooks can be used to help students meet the requirements found in the syllabus for the English subject.The purpose of this study is to analyze selected textbooks for the English subject for students in fourth grade to find out which of the curriculum?s requirements are met for grades 4-6, that is, goals and areas of knowledge and if they can be used in the compulsory school.The results of this study show that the analyzed books can be used in an education that today follows a new curriculum. However the education should not only be based on the textbooks. The teacher must take responsibility for designing an education that suits the intended student group, but also provides students with different learning styles an opportunity to develop in their individual ways.

Syftet med uppsatsen ar att undersöka hur svenska pensionsfonders riskjusterade avkastning påverkas av fondförmögenheten. Detta undersöks p.g.a. att det genomförs stora förflyttningar av pensionskapitalet just nu, tack vare att man nu får göra dessa förflyttningar av sin tjänstepension.Studien har ett urval av 25 pensionsfonder hos sju av de stora svenska pensionsförvaltarna. Fyra fondtyper hos respektive förvaltare undersöks; en aktiefond, en blandfond samt två olika räntefonder. Historisk data har tagits fram för att kunna mäta sambanden mellan riskjusterad avkastning och fondförmögenhet.Resultatet som studien kom fram till är att det endast råder ett mycket svagt positivt samband mellan fondförmögenhet och prestation hos de utvalda fonderna.

Gestamp HardTech AB, dotterbolag åt Gestamp Automoción, tillverkar presshärdade delar och system åt biltillverkare. Avdelningen för verktygskonstruktion inom Gestamp HardTech har sedan år 2000 konstruerat presshärdningsverktyg i CAD-systemet I-deas. Eftersom mjukvaran är på väg att fasas ut av Siemens, så måste denna mjukvara ersättas och Gestamp HardTech vill därför undersöka möjligheterna med CAD-systemet NX. Syftet är att inför övergången till NX utreda och ta fram en enhetlig, systematisk och därmed även tidsbesparande arbetsprocess för konstruktion av presshärdningsverktyg. Målsättningen är följaktligen att hitta en modelleringsstrategi där kunskap och standard på ett smart sätt finns inbyggt i CAD-systemet.
