Syftet med studien var att unders?ka sambandet mellan anv?ndning av psykedeliska substanser och kreativitet, samt om intelligens och personlighetsdraget ?ppenhet modererar detta samband. Urvalet bestod av 223 deltagare, varav ungef?r h?lften hade erfarenhet av psykedelika. Unders?kningen anv?nde ett bekv?mlighetsurval och inkluderade kortversioner av sj?lvskattningsformul?r och tester s?som Alternative Uses Test (AUT), Short Scale of Creative Self (SSCS), Ravens matriser och Big Five Inventory (BFI-2-S) f?r att m?ta aspekter av kreativitet, intelligens och ?ppenhet.

Borderline Personlighetstörning är en psykiatrisk diagnos som definieras genom symtom som bristande impulskontroll, relationsproblem och självskadeproblem.Flera av dessa symtom är av den karaktären att de förorsakar beteenden som gör att möjligheten till att ge en god omvårdnad försvåras. Syftet med litteraturstudien var att beskriva sjuksköterskors attityder och upplevelser av att vårda patienter som lider av diagnosen BPS.Resultatet analyserades utifrån Evans (2003) modell. Studien har visat vilka utmaningar sjuksköterskan upplever i mötet med patienter med BPS när det gäller relation och omvårdnad.Sjuksköterskorna beskriver negativa attityder och upplevelser i arbetet med patienter med BPS. Vidare har det framkommit att sjuksköterskorna har föreställningar om egenskaper av farlighet och manipulation när det gäller patienter med BPS.

Syftet var att undersöka samband mellan stress, hälsoångest, sjukvårdsbesök samt läkemedelsförbrukning i fängelsemiljö. Respondenterna var 66 män i åldrarna 21 - 68 år med avtjänade straff från en månad till tretton år och nio månader. Studien baserades på självskattningsfrågeformulär vilket mäter stress  (Perceived Stress Scale, PSS ) och hälsoångest (Health Anxiety Inventory, Short Version, SHAI). Dataanalyser kontrollerade samband, predicerbarhet och interaktionseffekter. Resultatet påvisade samband och predicerbarhet mellan stress och hälsoångest samt med hur ofta intagna besöker sjukmottagningen men inget samband med förbrukning av läkemedel.

ABSTRACTThe discussions about energy use have increased year by year everywhere in the society, and so also in the healthcare sector. But what is actually energy use in a hospital facility, and what affects it?The typical way today to express the energy use is in kWh/m2. The problem with a key performance indicator that is expressed as energy use in relation to a specific area is that it does not take into account the activity in the building. Even though the activity to a very high extent affects the energy use.

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to investigate how a public library should sign and organize their resources to make them as accessible as possible to the users of the library. Our theory, Paul Arthur?s and Romedi Passini?s wayfinding theory, is about how people search through information loaded environments. Our empirical material consists mainly of three parts: an inventory of the resources and guiding at Hammarö bibliotek, eight interviews with visitors at Hammarö bibliotek and observations of how visitors use and interact with the library, its resources and guiding.

The main purpose of this Master´s thesis is to examine how Swedish librari-ans manage and relate to social problems within the service to young visitors. To reach understanding in this subject, qualitative interviews with six Swedish public librarians have been conducted. As a theoretical framework the ideas of interactions and identity have been used. These concepts together with attitude and behavior, form the theoreti-cal model upon which the analysis of the material is based. The outcome of the study shows that social problems exists and affect the library staff?s daily work.

The aim of the study was to understand professionals? perceptions and experiences of adolescent stress. In the study I interested myself further if you can identify gender-specific patterns in the professional stories about young people's stress and stress related illness. Five interviews were conducted with professionals in psychiatry and social work. The thesis took its incipience in social constructionism.

Forskning har visat att den komplexa miljö som tränare är verksamma i kan leda till både psykiska och fysiska problem på grund av den press denna miljö skapar. Fotbollstränare verkar i en miljö som såväl på som utanför fotbollsplanen ställer hårda krav på dem och framkallar stress hos dem vilket i värsta fall kan leda till att de blir utbrända.Syftet med denna studie är att identifiera  de mest frekventa stressorerna som upplevdes av svenska elitfotbollstränare som rapporterades med höga nivåer av utbrändhet år 2003.Åtta stycken fotbollstränare på elitnivå i Sverige har identifierats ur tidigare insamlad data där de genomgick en enkätstudie. I studien svarade de bland annat på Maslach Burnout Inventory och Job Stress Survey som mäter utbrändhetsnivå respektive stressnivå.Resultatet visar att det finns åtta stycken stressorer som sticker ut från mängden där den mest frekvent upplevda stressorn bland dessa utbrända fotbollstränare år 2003  är att ?Fatta viktiga beslut?. Resultatet visar också att det finns samband mellan flera av de mest frekventa stressorerna..

Denna studie syftar till att undersöka om det föreligger skillnader i inlärningsstilar mellan blivande psykoterapeuter med psykodynamisk respektive kognitiv beteendeinriktad inriktning. Undersökningsdeltagarna utgjordes av samtliga studenter i de två första årgångarna på Stockholms universitets psykologiska institutions psykoterapeututbildning. Studenter på psykoterapeututbildningen kan välja mellan antingen kognitiv beteendeinriktad terapi eller psykodynamisk psykoterapi. I syfte att kartlägga eventuella skillnader mellan studenterna på de två olika inriktningarna användes två versioner av David Kolbs Learning Style Inventory. Resultatet av undersökningen visade på tydliga skillnader mellan terapeuter med olika inriktning.

Trots en hög andel unga med psykosomatiska besvär visar statistiken även att ungdomar generellt upplever sig ha en god psykisk hälsa, ett gott humör, god självkänsla och en god framtidstro. Denna studie fokuserar på att utforska hur varaktiga mönster av stresshanteringsstrategier hos ungdomar kan relateras till deras subjektivt upplevda välbefinnande i termer av affektiva tillstånd och kognitiva bedömningar av livstillfredsställelse. En enkätundersökning genomfördes med 104 deltagare, varav 80 kvinnor, i åldrarna 15 till 19 år. Mätinstrument som användes var svenska versioner av COPE Inventory, Positive and Negative Affect Schedule och Satisfaction With Life Scale. Resultatet visade att emotionsfokuserade copingstrategier i högre grad än respektive problemfokuserade strategier predicerade välbefinnande, vilket skiljer sig från tidigare resultat där de senare stått för detta samband främst i studier med vuxna.

Employees may perceive the performance-based salary as a motivator or a threat depending on lifesituation and personality. At a perceived threat, the employee may become stressed. Work-related stress has become a serious social problem that can have consequences for both companies and individuals.

AbstractWorking with child and youth welfare is one of the most difficult challenges a social worker might face in the field of social work. Those who work with child and youth welfare are more exposed to stress and burnout than other comparable human service occupations. Research links the prevalence of stress and burnout to several key variables, such as demographics, working conditions and personality factors. In contrast, even though social workers in this field face many negative work-related problems they report a high job satisfaction. The aim of this study is to examine how uplifting and straining experiences affect social workers, who work with child and youth welfare, through the use of The Critical Incident Technique and interviews.

If guidance counselors are to do as good a job as possible, they need to have as much comprehensive information as possible when it comes to possible career paths for their clients. To get on the way to get this information I, in this study, examined how musicians - specifically flute players career paths could seem. I examen this by doing five interviewees. This study is for guidance counselors, so they hade a more solid foundation to stand on, but also for aspiring musicians to get new perspectives to consider when faced with career choices.The study is conducted through five interviews with professionals flutists; Agneta, Harry, Jenny, Eva and Pepita who all work or have recently worked as professional musicians or teachers. With professional musician, I mean the ones in one way or another is or has been employed musicians and also is in the same or higher level in terms of their music ability than those who are employed.
