The research is analysed from a socio-cultural perspective on learning and literature reception.The empiric material is based on interviews with the teacher and six of his students.The research shows that there is a difference between what the pupils read on their spare time and what they read during Swedish instruction. It also shows that the pupils wants literature full of action where descriptions of people and the setting don?t slow down the reading experience.The teacher is successful in finding literature the pupils appreciate but sees the value of literature on another level ? in the processing of the reading experience.

The aim of this study is to analyze how intercommunication between offenders are presented with artefacts during the planning and implementation of a robbery in a cash depot in Stockholm. The methodological approach is based on empiricism from police investigation protocols, which leads this study to a case study. The ambition is to analyze the empirical material from a sociocultural perspective. The results shows that the offenders use artefacts to plan the crime with artefacts within an internal intercommunication between the offenders. After the planning artefacts such as a helicopter, explosive material, telephones, saws and ladders have been used in an intercommunication to implement the robbery which leads to an analysis that hierarchy depends on the role of the artefacts, only when technical artefacts are included in the term of hierarchy..

The Internet protocol of today has been used for over 20 years. A new version of the protocol has been developed to replace the old one. Storm water is traditionallytransported by storm sewers to the nearest recipient. In recent years the approach to stormwater management has changed; storm water should primarily be disposed of on site, throughlocal disposal of storm water, LOD. LOD is created by a combination of the function ofseveral smaller local facilities and the general sewer system.

In this thesis I have investigated four housing corporation?s information about garbage disposal for their tenants (primarily immigrants who just arrived to Sweden).   Interviews with renters, employees of the housing corporations and employees of Eskilstuna Energi och Miljö indicates that the garbage information need to be improved to be better adapted to the target group.    To solve this information problem I decided to create an information chart, consisting of illustrations and legible text which informs the renters of how and, above all why it is important to recycle.   The aim of the project is also to increase the renters? commitment and motivation in recycling and also; make the housing corporations, other organizations and authorities aware of how important it is to adapt information to different kind of groups. I wanted to look at school-children's perspective of prehistory. I also wanted to look at the literature at their disposal, provided by the schools.In this essay I am looking at a school-class in the fourth grade from a school in Malmö and a fifth grade-class at a school in Klågerup just outside Malmö. I am trying to determine the student's view of what prehistory is all about, as well as how their own school-literature is connected to that knowledge. Six books in all were examined. The essay is concentrated on prehistory and only at those two schools.

Uppsatsen granskar åtta pedagogiska modeller för att hjälpa läraren till ett bra klassrumsklimat. Fokus ligger främst på vad det ögonblickliga bemötandet av konflikter. Det görs även en jämförelse mellan modellerna för att se om det skett någon förändring i synen på bemötandet av konflikter under de senaste decennierna. Mot bakgrund av detta besvaras söks det svar på följande problempreciseringar: Vad skrivs om det ögonblickliga hanterandet av konflikter i de pedagogiska modeller som finns beskrivna i C M Charles bok Ordning och reda i klassen (1984) och den pedagogiska modell som beskrivs i Treating Explosive Kids (2006), samt har någon utveckling skett i synen på bemötandet av konflikter under de senaste decennierna? Undersökningen bygger på en litteraturstudie.

Urban operations is one of the most difficult challenges a modern army can be tasked with. These challenges have been studied in history and present with various perspectives, but rarely from a combat engineering point of view. The purpose of this thesis has been to study the urban capabilities of a Swedish combat engineer company by examining if it can perform similar combat engineering fieldwork that supported the basic capabilities mobility, defence and effect in Operation AL FAJR, Fallujah Iraq 2004. These are the capabilities a Swedish engineer company are primarily designed to support in urban operations.For example, the study of Operation AL FAJR has shown that fieldwork supported mobility with breaching minefields, obstacles, walls and doors. Defence by creating defensive positions and obstacles.

The aim of this study was to gain a comprehension of managers experience of their identity and their construction of identity in the work sphere. 14 semi-structured interviews were performed with managers in the public sector. The interviews were analyzed from a hermeneutic approach. The results showed that the managers´ experience of their identity and their construction of identity were full of nuances and was characterized by a being and a becoming. The managers had several social identities at their disposal, which were brought to the fore due to the situation.
