The study aims to illustrate how women victims of male violence in intimate relationships are treated during the legal process and with professional perspective describe what women?s Experiences considered to be in the legal process. The study also aims to draw attention to the interventions for abused women during the legal process.The results are based on interviews with professionals in the justice system, and on observations in the courtroom. Overall our results show that abused women are in need of a great quantity of help and support before, during and after the negotiation. The legal process is very stressful for the women.

Andelen gravida kvinnor med fetma som skrivs in i mödrahälsovården i Sverige har de sen-aste 20 åren mer än fördubblats. Fetma är förknippat med ökade risker för komplikationer både för kvinnan och barnet under graviditet och förlossning och om viktuppgången hos kvinnor med fetma kan begränsas under graviditeten kan dessa risker minskas. Det finns få studier som har beskrivit barnmorskornas erfarenheter av att arbeta med gravida kvinnor med fetma och hur de upplever att kunna erbjuda extra stöd till dessa kvinnor. I Göteborg finns det sedan 2011 på vissa barnmorskemottagningar möjlighet att inom projektet VIKTiga mammor erbjuda gravida kvinnor med fetma extra stöd. Syfte: Att beskriva barnmorskors erfarenheter av att arbeta med gravida kvinnor med fetma, dels generellt och dels inom projektet VIKTiga mammors interventionsdel.

The aim with this paper is to examine the political background of the schools comission to integrate pupils with special needs in the public school. These following questions are examined: What political documents are the elementary? Which ones are juridically binding for the schools? What are the Experiences for  parents of children with special needs in the school? The method used for this paper is mainly litterature-studies. The four documents which are examined are: skollagen, Läroplanen 94, FN:s barnkonvention och Salamancadeklarationen. The theoretical frame for this paper is political documents, curriculums and how schools concretize the special education.

A study has been conducted with the aim to investigate young people's perception of the relationship between cyber bullying and self-image and their perception of which role gender plays in this relationship. Three focus group interviews were conducted with six to seven participants in each. The majority (16/19) of participants were women. A thematic analysis was used in which five themes were identified. The results show that there is a perception of a link between cyber bullying and self-image in which people who become cyber bullied have lower self-image and poor self-image can contribute to the experience of feeling cyber bullied.

This study explores employees subjective experience of their employment relation before and during an outsourcing process and has its starting point in the concept of the psychological contract. Eight employees, in the process of being outsourced, were interviewed. The focus was on ?the employees? individual Experiences and stories about the subjective and perceived employment relationship. Data were analyzed using basic qualitative analysis.

This thesis, entitled The Headmaster and the Music, is based on interviews with four headmasters, who are all working in the Swedish compulsory school. The purpose is to investigate how they view music, both in general and as a school subject. Since the research on this topic is scarce, the study can be described as explorative.The result shows that the headmasters? personal Experiences have an impact on the way they view music. Four different focus points on music in school have emerged from the material, and these represent the four very different views that each headmaster holds.

From an early age kids learn that their good performance and efforts will be rewarded. Unfortunately, not all leaders in the media industry are rewarded or given the same opportunities to exercise their communicative leadership, according to studies in media research. The aim of our study is to highlight female managers' Experiences of their communicative leadership in the Swe-dish media industry. This study was based on qualitative interviews with four female respondents in management positions. The core of the study concerns female communicative leadership and interpersonal communication.

The aim with this paper is to study Karl Popper?s view on realism and relativism. Further aim is to see whether those ideas have been consistent over the years. The paper argues that Popper since his first interest in philosophy has taken a realistic and antirelativistic attitude. Only his arguments for this position have been developed to meet his critics.Common sense speaks for realism but can neither be proven nor refuted.

Mainstream contemporary phenomenology understands the phenomenology of movement and dance through ?the lived body? of Merleau-Ponty. This paper rather suggests a phenomenology of movement and dance based on an understanding through ?the danced body? with ability to meta-feeling. It is here argued that we need to use a phenomenology of dance to understand the phenomenon of movement whatsoever.

Virtual Communities is an increasingly common phenomenon on the Internet. Most of the Virtual Communities are operated and maintained on a non-profit basis with a direction towards entertainment. However, as more state administrated and commercial services become web-based, we believe that the number of Virtual Communities with a community-based or commercial direction will increase in a near future. In this thesis, we describe our participation in, and studies of, a number of Virtual Communities with focus on the IRC-channel ?3dfxsweden?.

Bakgrund: Nästan vart fjärde barn i Sverige har idag en allergisjukdom med symtom. Att som barn få diagnosen födoämnesallergi har en påverkan på både barnets och hela familjens livskvalitet. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att belysa hur en familjs livskvalitet kan påverkas då ett barn har födoämnesallergi. Metod: Studien baserades på sju vetenskapliga studier, både kvalitativa och kvantitativa. Resultat: Efter att ha granskat studierna framkom tre genomgående teman; upplevelser av oro och rädsla, upplevelser av bristande stöd och information och begränsningar och strategier i det dagliga livet.

Aim: To describe the lived experience of women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Method: Eight scientific articles of appropriate quality were found, analyzed, condensed and synthesized. Different Experiences by women with PCOS were found and ordered into themes. The findings were then anchored in associated literature and discussed. Results: Four different themes were found: Feeling different; Disturbing symptoms; Searching for answers; Care treatment.

The purpose of this study was to look at how clients, in the Swedish criminal justice, experience their involvement in treatment programs. The spotlight in the study was to examine which helpful and unhelpful factors are involved in a treatment process, in the view of individual Experiences. The study is based on a qualitative method, with interviews as an instrument for collection of data.The result is summarized in three fields; is it possible to show vulnerable, the therapist and the meaning of the program. The result is based on interviews with six informants; five of them have been partaking in treatment programs in prison and one in the probation office. The study shows that partaking in treatment programs in prison is combined with problems in aspect of the different roles criminals play in prison.

This essay deals with non-normative gender expressions during childhood. I?m using narrative theory and methods to analyze autobiographical narratives. My questions are:What strategies does the non-normative person use to deal with his otherness?Using the methodological analysis tool ?turning point?, where are the turning points in the narratives? Are their any common turning points in the various narratives?Where is the responsibility placed in the narratives for that someone does not fit in by the adults/ staff at the school/kindergarten- on the non-normative person or at the surroundings?The Experiences are interpreted through theories and concepts from queer theory and gender theory.

Our theatre tradition has a long history where men have written most of the plays. If we want that the theatre should be a place, which should be built as much around womens experience as mens Experiences, how can we relate to the canon? This is a study based on questions around our theatre tradition. Three women dramatists have been asked questions like: What do you think about the classics? About the women roles? Do the classics inspire you, in your writing? Is there a difference in being a female dramatist than being a male dramatist? Femi-nist theatre- theories have been used to guide us through the canon.
